Pros: When we picked the car up the car had lots of scratches and had the odd small dint. But unfortunately he missed a crucial thing the passenger mirrow which was smashed to hell. (Pictures for proof) we did ask him for a car change but he said that’s nothing that’s what car a like in Malta! I did ask to speak to a manager but he said just complain to the company I book it with!
Cons: The 2 agents was not helpful to say as they was only in the company 3 days at the most.Not saying anything wrong which everyone as to learn but be polite with too. I was rather disappointed on arrival at the desk as we was booking in they, stated after doing the paper work we was having a Fiat and not a Nissan Juke which I was hoping for as booked and again a disappointed before our vacation started. The car was ok to say in the end good on diesel and quite spacious as needed for my hubby.

Cons: There was no car that we booked, and the another car that they wanted to give us was full dirty!!!! We spent 2 hours there…and rent a car at another car rental. The women was really unfriendly!!
Cons: Pushy. Trying to get us to take their supplementary insurances (over €100). Not willing to contact broker and trying also to push us to rebook direct with them at a much higher rate or wait 6 hours contact time via broker's Spanish number, who advised us that the booking had been subcontracted to a UK company.

Cons: filthy interior and exterior, not been cleaned in ages. filthy and disgusting child car seats. I had to pay for cleaning the car next day and to disinfect it.
Pros: once we dropped off th car, they checked it and then it was over.
Cons: the first car we were given had the bumper pretty much falling off and the child seat had not been prepared. we had to go back to the office ask for a car seat and aske them whether they really thought the car was safe to drive. It wasnt so they replaced the car, this whole process took over an hour, and by the time we got to our villa it was too late to get any food!

Cons: The time it took to sort out at collection, well over an hour to sort. Then the time it took to find the car, as it wasn't where we were told it should be, the time it took to log all the damage that wasn't on the report. The engine fault, the smashed off wing mirror, the smashed windscreen that affected the driving view. The car was in a poor state. Nothing like the Nissan Juke we ordered.

Cons: They tried to scan my credit card and wanted to charge €1,5k deposit for a fiat 500
Cons: The car had a failure. The steering wheel suddenly locked while driving in the highway and we couldn't turn right or left but just drive straight. We could have been killed or cause a car accident. The company refused to bring us another car at the hotel and they suggested that we should go to the airport to get another car. We decided to leave the car as the company was unreliable and claimed our money back. They refused to pay us back.
Pros: Your staff were friendly and efficient therefore it did not take very long to been dealt with
Cons: The car was cross hired from Sicily By Car and though advertised by yourselves as fuel being full to full it wasn't, the car had not in my opinion been cleaned after the last hire as there were coins and sweet papers on the floor during these COVID times, the floor mat was scrunched up under the seat, there was no spare wheel, some damage on the car had not been noted on the hire contract, I had made time to photograph these before I drove away and your staff accepted the photo evidence.
Cons: I thought I booked a fiat 500 but I got a Peugeot 103 instead that had a burnt out clutch. It was difficult to drive at first.
Pros: The two staff members we dealt with at pick up and drop off were particularly efficient and friendly.
Cons: We didn't get the Golf we'd ordered, or even a car like it, but were given a Citroen Berlingo, which , as I discovered, is nothing like a saloon car, more like a van, and much more difficult to drive, partiicularly on the crowded winding roads of Malta.

Cons: El trabajador de la empresa de Alquiler, OK MOBILiTY es un desagradable. Hablaba mal a la gente, gritaba e incluso a mi me insultó en varias ocasiones. Creo que deberían de despedirlo.

Pros: I have ordered QUASHQUAI automatic and received overdue for service Citroen with manual gearbox. I was charged £ 103 after dropping off the car on time and no any faults. Why? I demand the reverse of this charge. Your service in, Malta, airport is below any EU standard.

Pros: Extremely slow on pickup and drop off. One staff member in the office and there was lots of people in the queue waiting. Took over one hour to get the first car.
Cons: Slow. Very slow. Also got a car originally with a clutch And gearbox that was faulty, and brakes that were rubbing on the discs metal to metal basically. Tried to contact discover cars to get this resolved but they were not taking phone calls and didn’t respond to my email until nearly 3 days later. I had to drive the car to the airport myself and deal with Ok Rent a Car directly.

Cons: first I got a car that I saw was in a bad shape, and then it died after 20 minutes of driving. THe person there was very unhelpful and somewhat rude.
Pros: I cancelled with the rep on the spot. The car hire is cheap but given my experience I'd rather pay more.
Cons: Slow. Inefficient service (many customers in queue, one rep servicing at glacial pace), customers were all clearly frustrated with the wait and issues with vehicle, so much so that I informed the rep that I would no longer be going forward with the rental.
Pros: The service was Ok once they sorted me the right size car however the car they provided me with an extensive body work damage to the extent the rear window could not be wound up or down.

Pros: Total rip off. There was no discovery desk at the airport and it took me an hour to find their bookings were handled by Sicily cars. Then queued for an hour to be told they did not accept debit cards unless I wanted to pay an extra 350 euros. Went next door to Hertz, who sorted me out a car.

Cons: you dont exactly know when car is located. You need to sign a contract on site. You cannot do it via internet. OK rent a car give back money (reserved only for accidents) after one month after you return a car (without any accident).

Cons: The contract stated that I would get a car with a full tank, but it was nearly empty. The identity of the second driver was not mentioned in the copy of the contract I received. Already from the first day the information panel of the car stated that there was a problem with the motor and that the car needed to be repaired.
