Booked a car through this site and the whole experience was super easy and seamless. No issues at all with the booking process, and the rental office was great too. They returned the deposit within 7 days, only charging for tolls, which was totally fair. Overall, very satisfied – would definitely use them again. 10/10! One small issue with the renting company itself (Avec), which were trying to upsell for another insurance (although i booked the full coverage with discovercars) saying that if i had an accident and didn't do the police report, this extra insurance would have covered me. It was a hefty 45 euro for 4 days. So I simply ignored them.

Great experience with EPI
It was easy to find the EPI reps at the airport. The shuttle was quick and easy to their location. Checking out the car was easy. So happy we got the Via Vende toll responder. It made the toll highways much easier by not wasting time stopping to pay. The employees were very helpful and went out their way to help us.
