Pros: The airport pick-up was very slow, the employee on arrival didn't show me the damaged parts of the car; we only saw them when we arrived at the hotel. When I returned the car, another employee tried to charge me 100 euros for the dent that was already there. I called the manager, and he was very rude. I didn't sign any papers because I didn't dent the car. I will never rent a car from them again; they act in bad faith with their customers. I was very disappointed with this service!

They have opening hours clearly stated online, on the booking, on the contract, all saying opening at 7am, but they opened at 8am. The only person in charge of check in is completely unable to use a computer and unaware of the general format of a car rental agreement.

If you use this company record EVERYTHING, including anything the agent tells you at collection.

His colleague was not able to detect the injuries of the car and refused twice (!) to do it properly. I had never ever had this kind of attitude. I am still waiting for my 200 EUR back.

We ended up waiting nearly 45 minutes for the van to return, and they were less than honest about traffic conditions on the way back

Then we were told we had to buy their full coverage insurance to be covered although we'd already bought full coverage online at the time of booking. It felt very much like a scam, but what choice do you have when your rental company is telling you the full insurance you bought at booking is not going to cover anything?

The employees that were there that night told us that it was impossible, against company policy and that we were lying that one of RecordGo’s employee said that. We didn’t get a refund for the insurance which we only took to be able to return the car early morning next door. Antonio was a really nice guy just trying to help out with a good idea.

Cons: I had no idea where to bring back the car. I the confirmation email I had clear instruction how to pick up. But for the retour it was written that I would have received information during the pick up. At the end I had no idea where to go. Luckily I could find the address in internet.

Pros: I was picked up by the shuttle from the airport to their office within a decent time. Served at the counter in a polite and professional manner. The Check out was quick and easy. All in all everything went well.

Cons: The car was pretty beat up. It still ran well tho. For the price I paid compared to what other companies were charging, it didn't bother me too much.

Cons: The pick up process took quite some time, and I think they swindled us into doubling down on paying for added coverage/insurance. Also, getting a hold of the office and/or a representative was quite difficult. Lastly, we got a hybrid, and they didn't have the battery even half charged.

Pros: I picked up the car at the right time with no lines. I was done in 15 min although the agent was thorough and showed me every (small) imperfection in the car as well as all the controls, and advised me on ViaVerde toll charging. I dropped it off at a very busy time and it still took only 10 min for the agent to thoroughly review the car and process the documentation. It is GREAT that there is a person at the airport to guide those with reservations.

Cons: One small invonvenience. I was told I would receive the returned car condition report by email and I haven't yet received it.

The customer service was good, but I wish The car had been charged since we had to spend a lot of money on gas and would not have reserved an SUV if we had known it was a plug in and that it would be empty.

We also sent email to cust. service and called central booking but no luck. Ridiculous.Spent hours but ended up renting another car for 4 days.
