Pros: The ease to pickup the car through their shuttle at the airport.
Cons: Not getting the car I asked for or similar, I order a mini Fiat, got a larger car, 4 doors and accidented in both sides, hits over the back wheels. Also, made a deposit for "Via Verde" which is in case you pass through those lanes crossing the tolls on the highway, which I didn't, I passed through regular tolls in which I had proof of payment in both of the occasions I passed through tolls. Four(4) days after my arrival I still haven't gotten my reimbursement of €100.

Cons: There was a very long wait time to get the car (1.5 hours and I was 4th In line), there were many hidden fees, the car was not well maintained. I have rented many cars before and this was my worst experience.

Cons: Took an 45 minutes to be seen by an agent to pick up the vehicle, and we're additional costs on collection. Staff were helpful once we were seen.
Cons: my deposit with DiscoverCars was not included in the overall rental cost, and after returning the car RecordGo added an additional 125 euros charge to my Visa, for which they have not yet provided a clear explanation; we only incurred 25 euros of toll charges, returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas, and caused no damages to the vehicle, so it remains a mystery despite many emails and phone calls to the company.

Cons: Upon arriving at the rental location, I expected a quick and efficient process, but instead, I found myself waiting for what felt like an eternity. The representatives appeared to be understaffed, and there was a severe lack of organization. It took an excessive amount of time to complete the paperwork and even longer to receive the car keys.

Pros: The person I interacted with at the front desk was pleasant.
Cons: They combine the cost of the rental car and the gas deposit into a single purchase, rather than charging them separately. This makes it more difficult for a customer to keep track of their refund, and perhaps more difficult for RecordGo to GIVE the refund. Although, maybe that's done on purpose?

Pros: We had a terrible experience with RecordGo. We went the night prior to ask where to drop the keys off since Antonio told us the business next door. The employees that were there that night told us that it was impossible, against company policy and that we were lying that one of RecordGo’s employee said that. We didn’t get a refund for the insurance which we only took to be able to return the car early morning next door. Antonio was a really nice guy just trying to help out with a good idea.
Cons: The other employees that told us we couldn’t return the car like we had been told by Antonio and that they couldn’t do anything for us made RecordGo’s service terrible and we will never do business with DiscoverCar or RecordGo again.

Cons: They didn’t pick me up the first night from the airport and I had to spend the night at the airport cause I had no where else to go. Then in the morning when they finally came and pick me up, the car was ent ready, I had to wait for them to wash it. I still got charge for the first day and not sure how the $100 deposit for gas is been reimbursed cause I returned the car with a full tank. Check in was really bad cause the girl didn’t speak any English and spoke very fast portugués.

Cons: No drop off outside working hours (morning opening hours at 7:00) - late if you have early flight. Spent 1 hour waiting in queue for car pick up. Car had a faulty tire pressure sensor and was always indicating pressure loss even after checking the pressure. Exhaust pipe damaged and hanging down below the car so it scrapped the floor a few times on speed bumps. Car windows and windshield were dirty inside. Not possible to reach by phone. Had to get their extra insurance.

Pros: the first car was not very confident, because we were going to take the highway, I went back there the next day, I asked to change the car, I had no problem and in 5 minutes everything was solved
Cons: the car company asked for a security deposit of 1100 EUR, they said this would be refunded immediately after return of the car. I delivered the car according to contract m but instead of returning the deposit they charged my credit card with the full amount of 1100EUR. I'm sure this is a mistake, but after contacting their customer service I didn't get a reply yet.

Pros: Car functioned beautifully. Finding the pick up location/shuttle at Lisbon was GREAT...as I simply phoned the number provided and the driver directed us to his location (SO EASY).

He did not deactivated it and that prevented us from properly paying our tolls. Pros: I picked up the car at the right time with no lines. I was done in 15 min although the agent was thorough and showed me every (small) imperfection in the car as well as all the controls, and advised me on ViaVerde toll charging. I dropped it off at a very busy time and it still took only 10 min for the agent to thoroughly review the car and process the documentation. It is GREAT that there is a person at the airport to guide those with reservations.

And they also first suggested that I should go and repair the car myself and pay for it because otherwise the cost of the tyre would be deducted from my deposit. All this even though the car was clearly faulty from before! Luckily, after arguing for a while and convincing them it wasn’t my fault they let me have a new car, but it really shouldn’t been a question…

The staff was helpful though and kind, and tried to charge it for a bit but the battery was still less than a 1/4 and we weren’t allowed to bring the charging cord. We do not want an estate The car was covered in scratches and we had to take numerous photographs of these and the clutch position is very high so very difficult to drive in hilly Lisbon. We then have been charged a couple of bills with no email information as to why - toll charges were expected.

Also did not like the insurance cost offer from Record-go. It is same for 7 days as for 1 day! That is extremely unfair and I would not book insurance with them again.

The car was completely wet when we picked it up. And it was inside a dark building with glaring lights. It was impossible to see all the MANY scratches and scrapes on the black car. But the rental agent assured us that was normal, and they weren't concerned about that. When we returned the car they billed us for a scratch on the bumper.

Cons: When I arrived at the airport, The directions provided to navigate the airport to the Vodaphone boutique were not accurate. I arrived a few minutes after my pickup time and there was no Record-go representative. I had to call record go and they sent someone right away to pick me up.

Cons: The time it took them to pick me up, was promised they would be there in 5min and it took them 45min. The car also had issues.
