Pros: We appreciated that the agent spoke English and took the time to help us understand the contract and insurance. We also appreciated that when we went to check the car out the second agent walked around the entire car with us and made note of existing damage and the reduced fuel on board which he made a note of for both green motion and us. I would have appreciated if the tank had been completely full, but this was a good second option. When I asked for help setting the car to English help given.
Cons: The insurance portion was unclear. What we thought we were going to pay when we booked. The car online was far less than we ended up having to actually pay. I would appreciate greater transparency.
Pros: No much at all
Cons: Upon arrival to pickup car, we waited for 2 hours and 10 minutes with only 3 guest in front of us. I had a changing time to understand the agent. I was sold additional insurance, although I didn't require it. I didn't understand the insurance clearly after being awake for 23 hours because of flying. Called GreenMotion 2 times and emailed 2 times to cancel and NEVER GOT THE ISSUE RESOLVED.
Pros: Only the price
Cons: As mentioned above. But also located 10-15 mins from terminal and only one shuttle bus so if you just missed it you had almost a 30 minute wait

Many highways in mainland Portugal are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
You’ll be charged a service fee of 2.07 EUR per day up to a maximum of 20.81 EUR per rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin, Roman, English alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Licences issued in Mexico are not accepted.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 120 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
