Pros: I was given a free upgrade
Cons: At the rental desk (very difficult to find if you don't know that it is the same desk of Hertz) you are served with the lowest priority, after any Hertz bookings also if they arrive after you
Pros: Worse experience ever, i will never use firefly again

Cons: The time spent in line at the Hertz / Firefly desk. The electronic ticket system was awful! Hertz customers were given priority. The recieved a ticket and jumped ahead of us in the queue..I could go on! When we arrive there wete 4 families in front of us, it took us almost 2hrs to be attended to as others simply wete given priority ahead of us! Ridiculous.
Pros: Appalling experience after getting off a flight, so unpleasant and unprofessional that it ruined the start of our holiday and set us back hours - lost precious time with family and holiday arrangements.
Cons: Hertz customer were given priority over our booking waited two hours to have car provided - shocking customer service and extremely disappointing experience
Pros: Fast collection and drop off, no queues, brand new car.

Cons: Everything else, it felt like we had been conned.

Cons: The reception guy we dealt with and long delays to start of holiday
Pros: no queue at pickup therefore quick
Cons: trying to sell me an economical upgrade which would have doubled the cost of the rental time taken by hertz to accept the return and having to then go back to firefly desk
