Pros: The rep for rent auto was very friendly and informative...Service was great
Pros: The agent was very communicative via WhatsApp, even before our trip. We arrived very early in the morning (around 6am) and they were able to last-minute give us our car a few hours earlier (they open at 8am). The car was great, in excellent condition, and the agent met us in the same garage for drop off. We'd definitely go with this company again in the future.
Cons: Nothing--it was all great!
Pros: The supervisor, Mr. Giuseppe, and the rental agent, Mr. Vasco, went out of their way to assist me. Mr. Vasco even came to the hotel to pick up the car when I wanted to drop it off. Please consider this as a testimonial of the excellent service provided to me by Mr. Giuseppe and Mr. Vasco.

Cons: The brakes were terrible. Metal on metal and didn’t feel safe at times.
Cons: Returning the car at the airport is tense because of the traffic and the signs, perhaps provide a link (or pin drop) back to P1 to assist the people in returning the vehicle.

Cons: My only complaint is that it is difficult to find the drop off location at Orient Station. Also, when we picked up the car, it only had 1/4 of a tank of gas. This made it a little stressful for us as we were trying to find a gas station immediately before hitting the road.

Cons: We didn't get the car we applied for. We had to share VERY sensitive information in order to buy their service (Handwritten card details. I will never do that again. This was a one time thing).

Cons: Car broke down, no help. Got an old Citroen C3, driven over 100,000 km!! Many damage and scratches. After a few days, the car could not start. Contacted the car rental and they promised to call back but nothing happened. Had to call them again the next day. Later in the day, roadside assistance arrived, got the car started. Got it driven home to the hotel. The next day it couldn't start again!!. Drove the car to the auto repair shop new battery had to pay for itself (get it refunde).
Pros: Very efficient pick up and drop off directly at the airport without waiting times. Very friendly staff! Price during high season was acceptable.

Pros: The agent who met us at the airport was great. It was also very convenient to pickup and dropoff at the terminal.

Pros: The service was fantastic, we got in at 10pm and were met by a representative who took us straight to our car. Car was great, almost brand new and return was just as seamless with no hidden costs.

Cons: Gave “upgrade” ha ha ha Seat Ibiza with 128,000 km on the clock. Distinct small of cigarettes and evidence of burnt cigarettes on the seats. Not an upgrade!!!!
Pros: I was very pleased to arrive at the airport and find that there was a person, waiting with a sign in baggage claim, who then walked me to the car and went over all the details. They were willing to meet me at 3am for a red-eye flight and were available via phone, as to guide me to the drop off zone. They were very efficient in getting the paperwork to me for a small dent that happened on the trip.
Cons: My issue is not with Rentauto rather with the dicount organization that I rented through. If I were to rent again, I would rent directly through Rentauto.
Pros: Great customer service was provided ! All my questions were answer promptly.. I was not sure how the Toll road transmitter work and pay for toll fees.Rental car need new wiper blades and to reset the tire pressure light to off and the driving headlight was out on the driver side..but otherwise car ran great.
Pros: The service was impeccable, they had everything organized, the car was in perfect order, i have absolutely not one single complaint, i would most certainly recommend the service from rentauto.

Pros: dropping off the car was a bit difficult as the drop off was not marked. then I pulled into P4 and had to pay for the parking ticket all because the Discover Cars was not in the same row as the other cars. Would suggest a sign that is easily recognized for an easier drop off
Cons: overall the experience was good. I had to call to notify the attendant that I was at the airport. no sign with my name so caused some concern upon landing in lisbon, then was told the flight time may have been written down incorrectly but at the end, after calling, I was able to meet the representative and get the car OK.

Pros: Really nice. Small company where the person met us personally off the plane and was really nice, while the car was smashing. Really recommend them!
Cons: Just one note: they're such a small company they don't have their own office at Lisbon or Faro Airport so make sure to ask them precisely where they want you to drop the car off (ie we dropped off at Faro Airport and didn't know they wanted us to come right to departures rather than a pair car park so we wasted €4.50 on unnecessary parking. No big deal but just something to note)

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge. Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
