Pros: Because it's computerised, its cheaper. Also there was a shorter queue at Lisbon airport when compared to there companies.

Cons: I had booked the car online before my arrival, and upon arrival I had to fill out all the same information again which took awhile. When I finally got to the garage after some time, the process wasn’t very clear as to how to get the keys from the lock box and I felt like i was burdening the women working out there.
Pros: Far more efficient than any other service I've use in Portugal. Highly, highly recommended!

Pros: The company did not give me the car. Your services sucks. I got car from Europe car. They also deduct 300 plus 100 euros which I could not get after 15 days. I complaint twice to car company but their attitude is very unprofessional

Cons: The drop off is all automated and I would have appreciated having someone there who would look at the car with me at drop off to ensure there was no damage. There was 1 woman in the booth who seemed wedded to her phone and wouldn't even look at me. In the past there were always 3 or 4 people around who would take back the car.

Cons: Guerin in counter was very hard sell their full coverage better than Discovercars. She threatened no instant support by Discovercars if there were accident happened. Moreover Guerin provided so called same class Fiat car instead of Mercedes Benz B class, I felt it much lower than B class and has a bit feeling of danger.

Pros: I liked the text message that you sent before I handed back the car directing me to the nearest petrol station, that was origional and very useful.
Cons: I had to queue for over 1.5 hours after arriving on a 10pm flight to get my booking and again for over 15 minutes to pick up the car. I have rented well over 200 cars over the past 20 years and this is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Because of this, I would not recommend anyone to use your service and this is unacceptable, all the other car hire companies were not as busy and I would prefer to pay more and get the car faster.
Pros: Just about everything except the potential confusion referred to above and the fact that when I dropped the car off, the facility was very, very busy (which was not Guerin's fault) so it took me much longer than I had allowed to comfortably catch my flight.

Pros: Car was clean and met needs. Staff were always courteous and professional and clearly working hard.
Cons: It took 2.5 hours from reaching the rental desk to leaving the airport. I am furious, just absolutely enraged. An unbelievably long time that is completely unacceptable. Initial wait time was over 1.5 hours, then it also took ages to obtain the car from the pick-up point. The first day of our holiday was almost ruined. Yet staff told us this level of busyness was 'normal'. How can that be? I have never, ever waited anything like as long for car hire before (max about 0.5 hours).

Cons: it took almost 2h to pick up car; serce agents took in average 45 minutes per customer due to slow software and changes to original contract. After a 9h overnight flight this was unacceptable, my 2 small kids almost fainted...no water provided.

Pros: Nothing. The desk clerk was not clear during the pick up process and I was charged extra insurance. And she did not explain the toll charge meter rental and why I needed to hold money on my credit card where I then needed to pay toll charges at the return desk.
