I got insurance premium insurance when booking in uk but was informed that that would cover everything so was charged additional for super insurance.

Cons: I was supposed to rent a Nissan Qashqai, which is classified as an intermediate SUV, but I was given a small compact SUV from Renault instead. When I complained, Guerin claimed that both vehicles are classified as compact cars. However, on Discovers.com, they are listed at different price levels, with clear distinctions between compact and intermediate categories. Despite this, the Guerin rental counter insisted on renting me the compact car.

Also, when importing from my iPhone photo's directory, the photo often transferred into the Guerin app as a black square and only worked reliably when taken right from the Guerin app itself. This delayed the inspection and caused the app to time-out :(

Pros: Really helpful staff both picking up and dropping off. The time to pick the car up took ages as there was only one agent working late and a big queue of people (the agent was great but just over worked)

Cons: Guerin in counter was very hard sell their full coverage better than Discovercars. She threatened no instant support by Discovercars if there were accident happened. Moreover Guerin provided so called same class Fiat car instead of Mercedes Benz B class, I felt it much lower than B class and has a bit feeling of danger.

Pros: Liliana and Duarte are amazing peoples and the customer service the provide was excellent
