Pros: Nothing good to say about them, just stay away from this company and their employees in Lisbon! If you somehow book with them, stay away from Bruno and his colleague - they are the most unprofessional agents and should not work directly with clients.

Cons: After they picked us up from Lisbon airport, we waited at their HQ about 3h in total before we got the car. When we asked repeatedly why the delay, they told us they are handling other customers in front of us and we should wait, no other explanation. The agent name was Bruno, very unprofessional. After almost 2h of waiting they finally told us there were no automatic cars available. After another hour of waiting they finally gave us an automatic car that apparently was blocked for someone else.

Pros: They did go around show me the overall condition of the car. However, they were looking at very minute dings to the car insinuating that I would be charged for anything under an inch. They also deflected my attention away from a defect in the windshield that we noticed after we left. They did acknowledge it but they did not show that to me in the Walk around

Cons: It has been over 20 days and they have not released my deposit even though they sent me a receipt to be getting the refund and they said it would take up to 3 days. It's still showing it as a pending transaction with my credit card company. Now I have to dispute the charge because I don't want to be charged what they are holding as a deposit. Very strange policy, that if you don't take the device for paying for roads(1.99 eur a day), you have to bring them receipts for paid road taxes, otherwise they charge 36 eur administration fee. Was super happy that I took photos of the car, as on return, they wanted to charge me for a damage line on the doors, which was there when I picked the car up. There was no wiper fluid in the car.

I didn't understand that (but surely they (Waygo) must have) so at the end I had to pay €20 extra which I'm not happy about. To say at least. He covered all the options well including a reminder of the kind of gas needed. We were upgraded to a slightly larger vehicle at no extra charge.

But the whole process the agent has to go through to finally give us the car keys takes too long (30min). It’s a lot of typing in the computer by the agent and paperwork he needs to print and fill out. A suggestion could be we could provide all that information when we’re making the reservation online or in a check-in process online.

Pros: I was quoted about $7 per day for Insurance and when i picked ip the car was forced to pay $22 per day with no option/choice. Thats not fair. I read the contract and you did explain that but it still came as a big surprise s as nd an unbugeted cost.
