Pros: Fast, friendly service both on pick up and drop off. We purchased full coverage and a reduced deposit, so there wasn’t really any upselling to be done on pick up, or worries on drop off. Far less hassle than most North American rental experiences!

I got the car around 17:00 and I was expecting a VW Polo, but they said it was not possible up change it to another car due to the time. The car had many scratches and bumps over the body, but nothing that would affect the drive.

Shuttle car dispatched as soon as we phoned from arrivals and the return shuttle left their garage as soon as paperwork completed on return. We had thought it was closer to the airport but took less than 10 mins.

Pros: Waited more than 30 mins at airport for shuttle bus. Waygo has only 1 shuttle bus but having a few booking arrival at the same time. The car is given without ad-blue added. We departed the car after more than 1 hour picking up the car, but ad blue warning appeared after 15 mins drive and it tooks is another hour to go back. We ordered two boosters but they forgot to give to us and we picked them up when we came back for Ad Blur. The boosters were old and dirty.

Cons: First I was charged from debit instead of credit which caused me big problem with my insurance company (tied to credit card). Eventually everything was solved but it took time and multiple messages. In future I will double check receipt when I make purchase with my debit/credit card to make sure it is paid from the right side.

We found out that they closed at 6, so when we returned they had closed the gates and told us that they would no longer offer us the free shuttle to the airport. Cons: After they picked us up from Lisbon airport, we waited at their HQ about 3h in total before we got the car. When we asked repeatedly why the delay, they told us they are handling other customers in front of us and we should wait, no other explanation. The agent name was Bruno, very unprofessional. After almost 2h of waiting they finally told us there were no automatic cars available. After another hour of waiting they finally gave us an automatic car that apparently was blocked for someone else.

They also deflected my attention away from a defect in the windshield that we noticed after we left. They did acknowledge it but they did not show that to me in the Walk around

It's still showing it as a pending transaction with my credit card company. Now I have to dispute the charge because I don't want to be charged what they are holding as a deposit. Very strange policy, that if you don't take the device for paying for roads(1.99 eur a day), you have to bring them receipts for paid road taxes, otherwise they charge 36 eur administration fee. Was super happy that I took photos of the car, as on return, they wanted to charge me for a damage line on the doors, which was there when I picked the car up. There was no wiper fluid in the car.

I didn't understand that (but surely they (Waygo) must have) so at the end I had to pay €20 extra which I'm not happy about. To say at least. I also got upgraded to a class above for free as the Clio/Polo I was suppose to get wasn't a available at the time.. so I got a brand new Golf! Bigger than what I wanted but really happy with it! Pros: Staff is very polite and helpful but there was a long wait as they were still cleaning our car despite us not arriving early. Car stank of cigarettes and tank wasn’t full as staff told us, brake pads worn out so we avoided using the car.

Pros: Waygo has the best rental agents and great vehicles. The store is clean and very comfortable. They give you the car you picked on the website. The agents provide all the information you need, and they answer the phone when you call. They also do not pressure you to buy their own car insurance.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Pros: Friendly staff; but the car pick up takes a lot of time as they are slow!

Cons: The car given was clean but the condition was not that good. It was a petrol car, but very noisy.
