Cons: I could not immediately find a way to contact the agency to arrange pickup from the airport. There was a problem with the USB port in the car, and Waygo offered no help for the entire week I had the car. I think they might have recommended a visit to a repair shop.

Later discovered that the car we requested was broken and our agent was waiting for a “manager decision. “ In all it took over 1 hour to get a car after arriving at office after being told the car was being washed. Would never use this company again.

I got the car around 17:00 and I was expecting a VW Polo, but they said it was not possible up change it to another car due to the time. Shuttle car dispatched as soon as we phoned from arrivals and the return shuttle left their garage as soon as paperwork completed on return. Pros: Waited more than 30 mins at airport for shuttle bus. Waygo has only 1 shuttle bus but having a few booking arrival at the same time. The car is given without ad-blue added. We departed the car after more than 1 hour picking up the car, but ad blue warning appeared after 15 mins drive and it tooks is another hour to go back. We ordered two boosters but they forgot to give to us and we picked them up when we came back for Ad Blur. The boosters were old and dirty.

Cons: First I was charged from debit instead of credit which caused me big problem with my insurance company (tied to credit card). Eventually everything was solved but it took time and multiple messages. In future I will double check receipt when I make purchase with my debit/credit card to make sure it is paid from the right side.

Cons: After they picked us up from Lisbon airport, we waited at their HQ about 3h in total before we got the car. When we asked repeatedly why the delay, they told us they are handling other customers in front of us and we should wait, no other explanation. The agent name was Bruno, very unprofessional. After almost 2h of waiting they finally told us there were no automatic cars available. After another hour of waiting they finally gave us an automatic car that apparently was blocked for someone else.

They also deflected my attention away from a defect in the windshield that we noticed after we left. They did acknowledge it but they did not show that to me in the Walk around

It's still showing it as a pending transaction with my credit card company. Now I have to dispute the charge because I don't want to be charged what they are holding as a deposit. Very strange policy, that if you don't take the device for paying for roads(1.99 eur a day), you have to bring them receipts for paid road taxes, otherwise they charge 36 eur administration fee. Was super happy that I took photos of the car, as on return, they wanted to charge me for a damage line on the doors, which was there when I picked the car up. There was no wiper fluid in the car.

Pros: Specially this car company WayGo most badly service have ever got. They don’t even know what is customer service is like. Can’t help you out only know how to take money extra or not to give money back. They will produce new rule by that time and new problems.

Pros: The car was very new and clean. Rep explained how the toll road reader worked so I didn’t get caught in the wrong line.

Cons: I didn’t know enough about new cars to ask for explanation about how to turn on the radio and how to adjust seat back.

Pros: They were very pleasant and helpful to work with. Airport shuttle pick up was smooth and we appreciated being able to be dropped off at our airport hotel. WiFi tolls were great and easy to use. Car was very new and comfortable to drive in.

Pros: Easy to use. You need to text them upon landing because they don't have an airport kiosk but they were spot on. You didn't have to wait in line so that was great. Don't forget your passport when you pick up your car. I will use waygo again

Cons: They were going to charge us 75 euros because we had sand on the carpet.we had to take the rental to a car wash and vacuum the sand at drop off. Thankfully, we had time and we’re not pressed to take our flight back home right away.we feel 75 euros is too much for vacuuming a car.
