Cons: Our first car broke down and they blamed us for putting the wrong petrol in (which we did not and had the receipt to prove we'd used the correct petrol). Then they were rude, they lied to us and spoke about us badly in Portuguese, not realising that one of us could also speak Portuguese. The second car they gave us was dirty.

Pros: To be totally honest, absolutely nothing. the service was appalling. Extremely rude when picking it up and said that we didn't have a booking and hung up on us. late to collect us. car was dirty and warning lights and check engine lights on. The AC which we paid for didnt work.
Cons: The car condition was disgusting, stains on the seats, AC broken, scratches everywhere, dog hair in the car. The gentleman working on the desk at reception was exceptionally rude to us, and called us rude after he'd hung up on us and refused to listen to us that we had a booking. we will be writing a complaint and would like a refund of a portion of the rental, otherwise we will be reviewing the experience online on Trust Reviews and google reviews

Cons: Arriving and having empty gas deposit. Overall aspect of the car, 2017 full of scratches. No water in the windshield. Car with noise since the 2nd day, despite being reported and again 3 days before delivering the car. I did not use car as I wished because of this
