Cons: Car had a bad battery and left me without a car for an entire day where I had to spend money on Uber rides to care of matters that I needed to attend to. Then they gave me incorrect instructions on how to exchange the vehicle, and charged me for the towing, 390 Euros, and the vehicle exchange 110 Euros. When I dropped off the 2nd vehicle, they did agree that the problem was with the car and refunded the towing fee and the exchange fee, but my original experience was bad.

Pros: I got there late, so the vehicles available may not have been fully vetted. The oil level was a little low, the washer fluid was empty, and there was a dried liquid stain on the right rear shoulder area. Was taken care of quite quickly, but should have been checked before hand.

After 1/2 an hour I figured out with the credit card compangny that there was writen very small credit on the front side. Then she accepted the card for the deposit.

Cons: Only thing that wasn’t clear was where to wait for the transport bus outside the terminal and the frequency of collecting. A sign of the company would be useful here indicating the exact spot for collecting passengers alongside a note to say that transport comes every 20-30 mins etc

Pros: The basic rental price was excellent, but once I added on the mandatory extras, it wasn't such a great deal. The car was a similar story, excellent condition, super clean, but the Nissan Juke was really annoying.

Cons: Pickup was slow with only 1 agent on duty when I arrived. I thought I had gotten a really great deal, but when the electronic toll tag and 'breakdown cover' cost me double the price of my rental, I knew why the rental was so cheap. While the car (Nissan Juke) was relatively new and in great condition, I ended the trip hating it. The constant alarms from the speed limit detector (I know, I should always stay within the speed limit) drove me crazy. Even 1 Km over and it would beep. Never again.

Cons: Very slow service to collect a car. Only one member of staff in the office with a very large queue of people. It took almost 2 hours to collect the car and the agent was quite rude. I would not recommend using them again.

Cons: When I called roadside assistance, I was transferred multiple times to an agent who did not speak English, despite pressing the button for English, and also asking for someone who spoke English. After I finally spoke to someone, I waited an hour, and called back, and they hadn't even logged anything in the system, and we had to start all over again. I ended up stuck on the side of the road for nearly 3 hours.

Cons: I believe that I was given an inferior car than the one I had requested. At pick up, the attendant hardy spoke to me and when I asked questions, he simply replied that he had sent me an email explaining everything. They did not walked me to the car. At drop off pretty much the same not even a simple “good morning”. I had to ask if any damage was found with the car and all I got was a ”NO”, this was three days ago, I have yet to receive any sort of confirmation that the car was returned.

Cons: Every other company has rep at lisbon airport except this company. I waited one hour for the van to pick me up ridiculous and they don't answer the frigging phones why are these companies in business?

Pros: I suggest that on peak season there should be two shuttles on going, I had to call an Uber to take to the airport because the wait was long and due to my anxiety I can’t be put in that predicament and surely there were other people like me.

The car took long to get as they were cleaning it when we arrived and the interior was very dirty. The car had numerous dents and scratches so if you don’t get the damage protection you’d better take pictures of every inch of the car. The car gave low tire pressure warning but pressure was fine.

These customers had come from the airport with family and kids and had to stay there waiting without enough seats and for a very long time. The desk employees served customers without following the order of arrival. I rented a car model but I was given another model because they didn't have it available.

Shuttle ride and attendants were great both from and returning to the airport. The rental facility was nice and clean and checking out was efficient. We especially liked being able to include the toll pass immediately. Fredrico was great when we returned the car.

Cons: The agents in Lisbon were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. They tried giving us the wrong car. And when approached about it being not the correct type of car they tried to say it was correct. They then hesitantly tried giving us a manual van, which I did not reserve. After much back and forth and unwillingness help from the Lisbon agent she finally gave us a run down manual van. All of the warning lights were on (low tire pressure, check engine and check oil lights).

Cons: Terrible experience overall. First, I waited for 1,5h cause they have 1 person on check-in on Friday evening. Online check-in doesn’t give you anything cause you need to fill in the details on a paper anyway. Processing time of each pick-up is way to long. Ridiculous. Eventually they asked for a deposit (for that price) more than I had on the credit card or offered to pay 2,5x to get a lower deposit. no other way to pay it and no other car available. Never again. Just rent at BeRent and be happy

I felt like the agent was lying to me and very forceful in trying to get me to buy extra insurance even though I had purchased full coverage when I rented the car. There seems to be a disconnect somewhere in regards to insurance. I felt very pressured and turned off by the whole company. So I would probably not rent there again.

Cons: Deux jours après la location, une lumière allume pour avertissement de problème. Nous avons du retourner à Lisbonne avec l'essence et les péages à nos frais. Donc lisez bien les petites lignes de votre contrat. Tout problèmes même si c'est pas votre faute est à vos frais et prendra votre temps.

Cons: Due to strikes in Germany our flight was cancelled less than 24 hours before boarding. Newly scheduled arrival time was 4 hours later and we asked to keep the booked car for 3.5 hours. We didn’t ask to change return time or price - just to keep the car that was booked for us. But the company disagreed. Pity that there’re no flexibility in such challenging situations. I would never use and recommend “ok rent a car” in the future

Cons: All'aeroporto difficile da trovare, non sono stati chiari perchè si doveva cercare una persona che aveva la scritta OK MOBILY, e poi il transfert in zona industriale , siamo arrivati alle 09.30 poi per ritirare l'auto siamo arrivati alle ore 13.30 e perciò abbiamo perso tutta la mattinata.

Pros: They did try to sell extra insurance. When we looked at the reviews it seems that ok mobility will be very quick to charge for any minor scratches.

Cons: Car pick up was booked for 10am. It took 90 minutes to hire the car. Very aggressive in their sales pitch to get you to buy their insurance and rent the gadget that is not needed to get through tolls.

Cons: Luckily we took pictures of every mark on the car because when we returned it they were trying very hard to find new marks and kept repeating we would owe them 400+ euros for any new marks. Their upfront cost is low, but then they try to get you to add on insurance to avoid this charge and when we didn't add it, it became clear they would attempt to get extra money out of us in any way possible. I would not rent from them again.

Cons: Didn't provide mats for the floor of interior. Didn't properly check the car before rental (they were not doing it on purpose). Were trying to force more insurance for crazy amounts on me. Tried to scam me and charge me for scratches I did not do. Was EXTREMELY bad experience.

Cons: They were completely inflexible, rude, and are running a business seeking only to scam you out of money. It's unacceptable that you pick up a rental car in a dark parking garage with little light where you can't see any possible damages, and you return the rental car in daylight and they magically find damages that you didn't make.

Cons: There were many scratches on the car that were not recorded on pickup. I worried that I would be charged on my return. OK added a "junk" charge on pickup called a "diesel" fee!! 25 euros for what? I did not order a diesel car. That is what OK provided.

Pros: The only good part of the rental was the price but I guess you get what you paid for.

Cons: They tried to strong me into purchasing insurance from them at a much higher rate than the "full coverage" quote on the Discover Cars document. In addition, they accused me and charged me for damage to their vehicle despite the fact that the missing antenna was actually noted on the check out document when I rented the car. COMPLETELY BOGUS AND FRADULENT CLAIM. Vehicle was clean but I had to add oil to the engine after only 200 km of driving. Obviously it was not mechanically inspected before.

Cons: They are scammers who tried to get us to pay for scratches that were already there when we rented the car. They purposely notated the scratches on the opposite part of where we pointed them to when we were renting the car. Abysmal customer service. Attitude and service changed when we told them we had our own insurance through discover rent a car and did not want theirs.

Pros: The car was clean and easy to drive. I liked having the toll pass to pay at the end. Please note, I am now in Costa Rica and using Discover local CR gov makes you buy insurance so it was a complete waste to buy the insurance ahead. This is also upsetting me. I am not in country and can't make phone calls to handle. Overall, I will never use Discover again and ensure to inform any of my friends. Where I thought I got a good price. They charged later on and it changed everything. Never again

When you pick up the car they try to sell you any kind of insurances (at double of the price that you paid for the rental, then if you insist that you only want to get what you booked - as I did - they charge you on drop off for un-existing or pre-existing "damages". Consider that on pick up it was me that I had to do the car inspection, marking on a paper all the scratches that I could see: a black car in a very dark area of the garage. I marked almost anything

On drop off, the car was examinated in the sunlight and... oops, a really small and invisible scratch appeared on the back - something that you hardly could see. After several discussions, there was nothing to do, we had to take the flight and had no time to further argue, it ended up that they had my card, and charged 260 euro for that. I definitely discourage anyone from renting anything with them

Cons: These guys are rip off artists. I have rented cars all over the world. They kept telling me that my two credit cards were debit cards, and would not allow me to rent without paying full coverage ($250) on top of my rental charge (only $80). So, what I thought was going to be a total of $80 turned out to be $330. They had me over a barrel because I had already taken a shuttle way off site, it was in the afternoon and everyone was shutting down, and I needed to drive 2.5 hours to get to hotel.

Cons: Rude staff on return, who told me that I was obliged to bring the car back clean or be charged €70. I checked with people picking up their car at that time, who confirmed (like me) that this was not explained to them. The assistant then said it was in the contract.

But therefore I had to drive all the way back to the company (said customer service) At the rental desk they said it is no problem, without any signature or something else. Could have be done by telephone. However I couldn’t reach the rental desk in Lisboa And not driving all the way back to Lisboa..

Pros: Collecting the car was straight forward but I had to take a taxi to their rental office as the minibus was taking too long and I didn't know if it will come or not.

Cons: The representative wanted to charge me for the car being dusty on the outside. Ridiculous. There was also a tiny (less then 1 cent coin) chip on the bonnet. Most companies indicate that there is a limit for liability. As a result I didn't record every little chip when renting. Finally, after I got the car and got to my destination 10km away I notice a bulge in the side of one tyre. I pointed this out when returning the car - the representative didn't see it. Again he wanted to charge me!
