Pros: Excellent no hassle, very friendly reception, Did not try to push additional unnecessary insurance

Cons: I was told that the fee for the activation of the e-toll device would be refunded if I didn’t use any e-tolls but it was never refunded.

Pros: The stuff (specially during checkout) were helpful and friendly, the Ford Kuga which I got was a nice car even thought not in perfect visual condition (a lot of minor damage)

Cons: I had to wait quite some time for the shuttle to arrive at the airport and bring us to the office. Even thought the price is really good, there were hidden mandatory costs as Road Assist and E-Toll device, which were unexpected.

Cons: We couldn't leave a shelf from the trunk with the rental company. It was limiting the size of the trunk, but the workers refused to keep it.

Pros: All the details provided online when I booked were excellent especially the clear communication regarding shuttle transport to the rental car location and regarding how to get to the shuttle. Shuttle ride and attendants were great both from and returning to the airport. The rental facility was nice and clean and checking out was efficient. We especially liked being able to include the toll pass immediately. Fredrico was great when we returned the car.

Cons: Tried to sell me more insurance even though I booked the extra insurance with Discovercars.

Cons: No receipt was send on my email, beside the fact that I asked two times. The full tank wasn't full. Additional charges when we picked the car. It took a couple of weeks to get my deposit back.

Pros: The first car was defective. It rolled backwards in a parking garage slope even while in drive and pressing the gas. It was an automatic! The second car was ok but an hour after receiving it, the Service Required light came on. We had to call to make sure that we could still drive the car.

Cons: The agents in Lisbon were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. They tried giving us the wrong car. And when approached about it being not the correct type of car they tried to say it was correct. They then hesitantly tried giving us a manual van, which I did not reserve. After much back and forth and unwillingness help from the Lisbon agent she finally gave us a run down manual van. All of the warning lights were on (low tire pressure, check engine and check oil lights).

Cons: Terrible experience overall. First, I waited for 1,5h cause they have 1 person on check-in on Friday evening. Online check-in doesn’t give you anything cause you need to fill in the details on a paper anyway. Processing time of each pick-up is way to long. Ridiculous. Eventually they asked for a deposit (for that price) more than I had on the credit card or offered to pay 2,5x to get a lower deposit. no other way to pay it and no other car available. Never again. Just rent at BeRent and be happy

Cons: Due to strikes in Germany our flight was cancelled less than 24 hours before boarding. Newly scheduled arrival time was 4 hours later and we asked to keep the booked car for 3.5 hours. We didn’t ask to change return time or price - just to keep the car that was booked for us. But the company disagreed. Pity that there’re no flexibility in such challenging situations. I would never use and recommend “ok rent a car” in the future

Cons: Luckily we took pictures of every mark on the car because when we returned it they were trying very hard to find new marks and kept repeating we would owe them 400+ euros for any new marks. Their upfront cost is low, but then they try to get you to add on insurance to avoid this charge and when we didn't add it, it became clear they would attempt to get extra money out of us in any way possible. I would not rent from them again.

It's unacceptable that you pick up a rental car in a dark parking garage with little light where you can't see any possible damages, and you return the rental car in daylight and they magically find damages that you didn't make.

Cons: There were many scratches on the car that were not recorded on pickup. I worried that I would be charged on my return. OK added a "junk" charge on pickup called a "diesel" fee!! 25 euros for what? I did not order a diesel car. That is what OK provided.

Pros: The only good part of the rental was the price but I guess you get what you paid for.

Cons: They tried to strong me into purchasing insurance from them at a much higher rate than the "full coverage" quote on the Discover Cars document. In addition, they accused me and charged me for damage to their vehicle despite the fact that the missing antenna was actually noted on the check out document when I rented the car. COMPLETELY BOGUS AND FRADULENT CLAIM. Vehicle was clean but I had to add oil to the engine after only 200 km of driving. Obviously it was not mechanically inspected before.

They purposely notated the scratches on the opposite part of where we pointed them to when we were renting the car. Abysmal customer service. Attitude and service changed when we told them we had our own insurance through discover rent a car and did not want theirs.

When you pick up the car they try to sell you any kind of insurances (at double of the price that you paid for the rental, then if you insist that you only want to get what you booked - as I did - they charge you on drop off for un-existing or pre-existing "damages". Consider that on pick up it was me that I had to do the car inspection, marking on a paper all the scratches that I could see: a black car in a very dark area of the garage. I marked almost anything

On drop off, the car was examinated in the sunlight and... oops, a really small and invisible scratch appeared on the back - something that you hardly could see. After several discussions, there was nothing to do, we had to take the flight and had no time to further argue, it ended up that they had my card, and charged 260 euro for that. Cons: These guys are rip off artists. I have rented cars all over the world. They kept telling me that my two credit cards were debit cards, and would not allow me to rent without paying full coverage ($250) on top of my rental charge (only $80). So, what I thought was going to be a total of $80 turned out to be $330. They had me over a barrel because I had already taken a shuttle way off site, it was in the afternoon and everyone was shutting down, and I needed to drive 2.5 hours to get to hotel.

Cons: Rude staff on return, who told me that I was obliged to bring the car back clean or be charged €70. I checked with people picking up their car at that time, who confirmed (like me) that this was not explained to them. The assistant then said it was in the contract.

Finally, after I got the car and got to my destination 10km away I notice a bulge in the side of one tyre. I pointed this out when returning the car - the representative didn't see it. Again he wanted to charge me!

Cons: Great service and very reasonably priced. Due to a rescheduled flight, we had to return the car outside of their operating times. The website said it would cost an additional 50E to do so, but then the agent quoted 80E plus the extra insurance. Opted not to do so. But overall, excellent service. Would use again.

Pros: Absolutely awful service. Got charged $300 for a small scratch in a wheel that was almost surely already there. Will never rent from this company again, totally focused on getting as much money as possible from its customers.

After an ambitious discussion we spend 10,- Euros extra, disapointing … Moreover, 45min waiting time bevor we could return the car.

Cons: I had to wait at the airport for about 45 minutes! The car rental knew when I would arrive, I was there on time. Besides the long wait, the biggest problem is that there is no direct telephone number for the rental agency. I was inLisbon and I had to dial a number in Spain!! Besides that, this number didn't work either. The people at the rental agency tried to compensate the wait and the annoyance by giving me a better car. The staff is great but the fact there is no telephone number is crazy!

Cons: Poor experience all round. Not enough cars available in anything other than economy range so there were loads of people not getting what they ordered. Approx 1.5 hours later we drove out in a cheaper class of car but with no discount! TBH it was a shambles and each person's rental / argument took many minutes to complete. Drop off 4 days later seemed no diferent and the same issues were apparent.

Pros: Brand new car, Kept the car on hold for me an extra day (got in late) and adjusted the rate accordingly. Extremely good value for the money. Have a credit card. Folks in front of me only had debit so they had to pay extra fees (deposit etc.). Very fast and no hassle drop off.

Cons: They are in the process of getting their Via verde transponders (toll) so none were available and had to pay tolls at the booth. Am still to see how they will charge me for the e-toll (plate reader) automatic tolls. Lady at the desk was sole employee to fill out the forms to pick up the car. They should have more desk employees to service customers on arrival
