Cons: The return was organized disgustingly. We waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to the airport. We almost missed the plane.

Cons: Non mi è piaciuto che l'auto fosse diversa da quella scelta e con il tipo di carburante diverso. Aggiungo che la tariffa prevista è confermata via mail era di 266 € (compreso assicurazione kasko all risk) , mentre la cifra pagata è stata di 485 €. Cercherò di ottenere un rimborso e, ahimè, i feedback non saranno positivi.

Pros: Allow customers to pay price of vehicle at booking. I was charged 2xs more on site because the agent didn’t honour the price I was given online despite me having all my booking papers

Cons: Pickup was at 13:30, but I arrived at 19:00 due to delays. I tried calling CRC multiple times, but calls were either unanswered or dropped. At the desk, I was told my reserved car was gone and had to upgrade, costing €350 more. The deposit also rose from €1800 to €2100. I asked if the total would stay under my €2500 credit limit, and the agent said yes—but the charge failed at €2520. This resulted in a need to change to €300 deposit but pay extra €150. In total, paid €600 instead of €270 origin

Cons: Waiting time till we got pick up from the airport to the rental company. Drop off at another terminal from where the plane departed.

Cons: Before renting a car , staff when I texting was rude and he didn’t explain how can I get to car. When I just returned the car due to a small scratch on the rear fender, I was told the entire fender would need to be replaced, at a cost of €150. I request relevant documentation demonstrating that this part was replaced on this car. But they said we don’t have any obligation that showing any documentary. This situation is totally tourist trap and don’t choose this company.

Pros: It was easy to find the agent in the airport. The transfer was fast in both sides. The car was in a good condition.

Cons: Some scratches on the car weren't specified in the car condition report. So it's better to take photos of the car from all sides before the rental.

Cons: My flight was delayed but I ran to the pick up point and still had 20min to spare before the offices closed. I was told I made it on time to avoid out of hours charges. They asked me to wait for the driver and then when the driver came I had to wait for other passengers. When they took me to the office, it was past 11pm, and I had to wait my turn. I was charged 60€ out of hours. I will be doing an official complaint of this issue and will not be using this company again.

Cons: At the pickup the driver didn't care if he had clients inside the van or not he was speeding and didn't slow down at the speed bumps. It was a roller-coaster inside.

Cons: CRC/Wheego is Terrible. It seems that their business model is to rent cars cheaply and then find minuscule scratches on the car after return and charge you a lot for it. I was charged $400 for a 3 mm scratch that is visible only with difficulty! Other car companies would not even comment on such trivial findings. For all I know the scratch may have been already present, but it is so small you can’t see it with the resolution of the pictures I took when I picked the car up. STAY AWAY!!

Cons: When returning the car I waited to my turn long. Than as in my car there were previous damages the lady showed me “new” 2. On one she agreed to skip on the over one she told me I will be charged 400 Euros. How? Why? All in all it took almost one hour I was sitting on in the shuttle back to A/P

We’re reluctant to answer question and waited for me in a rude mood to clear the desk. When return the car I was overcharged. I immediately told the agent, but he refused to credit my account and referred me to contact customer service to be refunded. Within 14 to 21 days. I tried to talk to a manager, but he also were reluctant to talk and waived me

Cons: Dropoff was slow and shuttle to the airport was terrible

Cons: Wheego was trying to upsell a bigger car since we were 5 passengers with luggage. They showed our reserved car, Peugeot 3008, and another one just slightly bigger for 700 euros more. We decided not to go with the upsell. Then they would not give us Peugeot 3008 claiming it was reserved (while we also had that car reserved). Then they gave up Cupra Formentor A which was significantly smaller. We had to put luggage with passengers and it was inconvenient.

Pros: They are thieves, they steal money to customers. The location of CRC is terrible, very far from the airport.

Cons: Waiting for a pick up from the airport took a while. But it was also first thing in the morning so it's understandable

Pros: one agent tried to help best he could but the company policy in terms of renting the car and payment found us having multiple issues (along with 3 other families). The manager did not care much and was rude and unhelpful. Support team do not even respond to the guys on the desk trying to process rentals. We waited for over 2 hours and reluctantly paid an extra £300 to process the rental quicker.

Pros: The CRC rep was not at the meeting point. We had to find the transport bus ourselves which took a long time to come. Once at the rental location things went very smoothly. The car was good and in very new condition.

Cons: On returning the car we had difficulties with the CRC reps over a light 2mm paintwork scratch. The CRC doc they produced (in Portuguese) says this is wear and tear but they tried not to allow me time to read it. Whilst I was going through it, they closed the contract and told me I would anyway have to pay. Pros: Plate was late 3 hours, could not contact, got to desk 3 hours and 10 minutes late. Said 3 hours maximum. Had to wait for shuttle. Would not honor contract or rebate money.

Pros: Every stage of renting the car was smooth and respectful. We got the car which we expected, nice, clean, fairly new car. We spent a reasonable time at pick up and no time at return of the car.

Cons: high deductible on credit card (couldn't handle it on average joe's card and was forced to get extra insurance to get lower deductible), extra costs that weren't announced beforehand (like the Via Verde 50€ etc.)

Cons: Overcharged the additional driver even if the day of the return the designed driver was sick and could not leave the house. While on the drop off it seems that they won't charge it, then they did.

Pros: They were great except charge for the easy pass when I tell them that I don’t need it, they tell me if the lower the car have to take it and I know a lot of other dealers they give it to you but they don’t charge and Wheego charges $1.50 a day that I don’t like. Overall is great.

Pros: Picked me up at the airport and drove me to the offsite location promptly. Everyone I dealt at the rental desk and in the shuttle service was professional, efficient, and courteous.

Cons: I arrived at the Lisbon airport for the first time. The instructions were to wait for the representative by the Vodafone store. There is one store inside the secure area of the terminal and a second one closer to the airport entrance. I did not know this and ended up waiting a while at the first Vodafone location I saw. After a while I went further out and found the second location. Please let folks know to to to the location near door #X past customs.
