CRC Car Rental Company at Lisbon Airport

Cons: Just the fact that the car in the picture is very different from what you get. Had to upgrade and pay a lot more!!!

Pros: Nothing, I will advise against using your website.

Cons: I forgot the credit card, only had virtual one, but the worker was very unhelpful and didn't help me with anything. I left emails to discover cards to change the reservation to my friend who was with me, but noone responded. Help line didn't work either. For english press 3 and noone picked up. Will advise against using discover cars

Pros: Brand new car in impeccable condition

Cons: Booked Audi Q2 (or similar) and received Volkswagen T-roc. Not sure if it’s the same category.

Pros: No complains it was perfect

Pros: Easy communication and prompt service when we had a mechanical issue.

Cons: Insurance requirements where a bit confusing on pickup.

Pros: I come back every year because they have great prices and the have a very simple and easy process

Cons: Car had a lot of damage still wants to charge me damage fee

Pros: Explained everything

Cons: Found scratch didn’t see at pick up charged 200 euro

Pros: Eagerness to help us. Still waiting for our refund, though. Then, we can call this rental perfect.

Pros: The possibility for a few more $ to get the insurance for full body coverage.

Cons: It was taking too long to get the car. You have to take pictures of every small chips of paint that could be on the car. They never want to help you to check with you what to look for but when you bring back the car they know exactly what to do to make you pay. Every time you ask them to add a problem you have seen on the car that was not on their pick up report, they don't want to do it, then they do but the service is poor. First day and you take a tons of pictures to protec yourself.

Pros: Everything was fine and excellent

Cons: I don't have any bad reason for the service

Cons: Billing and invoices

Pros: The car was as expected and quite new

Cons: The agents were not helpful, very rude and we had to wait one hour at night before getting our car.

Pros: Very normal

Cons: The rep was rude

Pros: clean, modern, easy, effortless and greta customer service

Cons: that everything was electronic and it was a bit of an hassle getting hardcopy

Pros: Easy check in, clean office space, easy to find.

Cons: Pricing was better than other companies.

Pros: Great service

Cons: Speedy

Cons: We got charged double the price because of a delay in our flight. According to the terms, within 3 hours this should not have been possible but the agent was pushing back very hard and told us Hendrix not have our car available. The only choice was to pay for another car and we did not have another choice than just accepting it. This was a very negative experience for us and a bad start of the trip.

Cons: Fuel payback

Pros: Very friendly staff, neat and fine car.

Cons: At the pick-up we had some extra costs (full and toll)

Cons: Extra charges for upgrade of vehicle. 2years ago I booked a Peugeot 3008 and worked great for my family. That’s what I booked. You didn’t have what I booked available. So you make me pay a stupid amount of money for a bigger vehicle because you don’t have what I booked

Pros: Helpful staff

Cons: The car had not been cleaned properly and there was no windscreen washer fluid in the car

Pros: Everything went smoothly for pick up and drop off.

Cons: The only issue was the car only had half a tank when we picked it up and we were two blocks away before we noticed. Our fault for not checking but we were told it would be full.

Pros: nice cars

Cons: No help with the cars details

Pros: Very professional, new cars

Pros: As for the vehicle itself, it was in great condition. When I noticed the mirrors weren’t working, they quickly replaced the car without any issues. The staff member who handed over the keys was polite, but gave no explanation about the return process. When I returned the car, I asked where to drop it off, and a different representative upstairs rather rudely pointed me in the direction without much willingness to help.

Cons: During the online booking process, there was no clear information that you’re only paying to reserve the vehicle. When you arrive to pick up the car, you're charged more than double on top of what you already paid online. In the end, the total amount ends up being nearly 3.5 times higher than the original online price. Had I gone with Budget, which doesn’t have hidden fees like CRC, the final price would’ve been significantly lower.

Pros: assisting with GPS setup

Cons: policy regarding gasoline

Pros: A very slick and efficient system

Cons: Quick and efficient

Pros: Nothing once I saw saw the cost arrive on my card

Cons: Nothing

Pros: it took us a while to find their agent at the airport but from the moment we found him , it was smooth sailing

Cons: nothing really comes to mind

Pros: Top notch customer service

Cons: no issues

Pros: Friendly and reliable

Pros: Quick in and out. Shuttle also timely

Pros: Extremely efficient, everything well explained, loved the car

Pros: The quickness of checking out

Cons: Change of cars due to size was triple for what I was supposed to pay and the car only had gone up one class higher.

Pros: I never had such an amazing and helpful service

Cons: None

Pros: Overall good service,

Cons: I was told that existing minor scrashes were not a big deal, but that does not apply to rims. Did not focus on this, shoupd hace taken focused picture. I am 100% sure it was not our fault, because we left the car in parking mode 90% of our trip.

Pros: I had a good experience in the past with CRC. Vehicles are clean and in good condition.

Cons: When giving the car back, Jose was very unfriendly and reluctant to answer my questions related to hidden from view scratch that was clearly already there.

Pros: I did not like anything given my experience. This company should be investigated for their dishonest with their customers. Adding charges without consumers knowledge is not a good experience.

Cons: Dishonest company. I had selected insurance through Discover cars website only to find out it was added in my charge when i picked up my car without my knowledge. I will never rent from this company again.

Pros: Pas de gps

Cons: Pas de gps

Cons: Money grab no sense of customer service Waiting to charge for windshield headed straight to the windshield

Pros: Attention

Cons: Car type

Pros: Great, fast and honest service. No pushing extra insurances / packages.

Cons: The car had some minor faults (tyre pressure and steering wasn’t 100%

Cons: CRC started to convince Me for another insurance. I have explained properly that I’m fully covered by insurance from Discovercar.

Pros: Service, efficient and quick pick up and drop off

Cons: nothing

Pros: Consistent and swift

Pros: Well presented premises, ease of pick up and drop off, clean car

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Professional

Pros: Service and car standard

Cons: .

Pros: Pick up was smooth

Cons: Returns were inefficient and slow Was charged for "mandatory fees" at pickup plus the company would only allow a "Full to Empty" fuel policy, but I booked as "Full to Full"

Pros: Cars were clean and new models

Cons: Exorbitant charges for 2 bangs barely 2mm in size.

Pros: Overall great experience.

Cons: The only issue was initially finding the representative at the airport.

Pros: I really like the service

Cons: Efficiecy

Pros: 1) good new car 2) efficient drop off

Cons: 1) they charged 50 euros wrongly by claiming that I had arrived after office hours. The fact is - our flight landed at 1035, I called up the agent immediately and told him we would come out as soon as luggage would come through and he assured us he would wait. Yet when we came out (at about 1105), the agent had disappeared and then they wouldnt pickup the phone for 20 minutes. It was only at 1125 that the phone was picked up and they insisted on charging an additional 50 euros

Pros: Very quick and efficient service

Cons: N/A

Pros: Cette compagnie est excellente et d'un professionnalisme hors pair. Gardez ce genre d'agence et virez les catastrophiques....

Pros: Good value, clean car, good drop off

Cons: Very slow pick up process. Rep not at designated place and took a few calls to locate them

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They cancelled my car because my flight was delayed.

Cons: CRC charged us 50 euros extra at pickup due to "afterhours" service. This is in spite the fact that the so called late pickup (3 minutes after closing time) was the fault of CRC -- their rep met us at the airport on time but their shuttle took a long time to arrive and they obliged us to wait for other travellers to join the ride. By the time we reached the CRC counter and the rep finished explaining all the rental details it was 3 minutes after closing time. The rep claimed the software auto

Pros: Car was new and in great condition.

Cons: Nothing to comment.

Cons: They pressured us into purchasing insurance, spent more on insurance than the car itself

Pros: Honestly, the process of returning the car.

Cons: The way the first 2 employees interacted with me at the arrival. Low empathy and very low customer orientation! They wanted to deliver the car dirty and were sarcastic when I asked if I was supposed to take the car like that. Never apologized during all time.

Pros: Crc has scammed me of my money I have sent them email after email including the week I was hiring the car but they will just ignore and ignore. Awful company. I was supposed to book another week in a couple of months but will be cancelling that. Awful scammers.

Cons: Crc has scammed me of my money I have sent them email after email including the week I was hiring the car but they will just ignore and ignore. Awful company. I was supposed to book another week in a couple of months but will be cancelling that. Awful scammers.

Pros: It took quitte a time to pick up the car. Not that much rental agents . The highway taxes are paid twice and not refunded afterwards. Already made a complane at CRC car rental company

Cons: Quick handeling rental agents, because there where enough.

Pros: Funcionários muito eficientes, todo o processo foi simples.

Cons: Limpeza do carro poderia estar melhor

Pros: Nothing. CRC without a doubt are Absolutely the worst rental company i have dealt with. I will not be using Discover Cars or CRC in the future and will not be recommending your website as there was no support offered. I was not aware that CRC was the rental company until after a payment was made.

Cons: 1. Rude and unhelpful staff 2. Lied about the car class reserved 3. Charged additional money where they should have issued a refund

Pros: I like the car but it wasnt the car i ask for it was somthing similar

Cons: The amount charged of the car and the amount they wanted to charge to go to spain

Pros: Very efficient and good quality car

Cons: Only really that it’s off airport so you have to wait for a bus to and from rental office

Pros: Seamless, efficient quick and automated service

Pros: Brand new car , excellent customer service

Cons: A slight waiting time May be 10 minutes whilst I was picking up the car. Apart from that no problem at all

Cons: Not happy for having to pay EU$400 for an insignificant scratch on the underside of the front bumper that, I know for a fact, will not cost more than EU$50 to have it buffed out. Had I not made a thorough video at the time of pickup, they would also make me pay for scratches on two wheels that were already there.

Pros: I've rented cars many times in Europe, but it was the first time with CRC, very satified with the service, they are very kind and don't try to sell all kinds of insurances while I had them all in my credit card.

Cons: Nothing to say, I liked absolute everyting.

Pros: Premises and new car

Cons: They talking badly of the DiscoverCars’s CDW and TP insurance and trying “physcologically” pressinge me to buy their (which was more expensive than the cost of rental). Of course I did not buy it but the customer experience was horrible. Another thing, if I am the one booking and driving. Why I cannot pay the deposit and the rental with two different credit cards that belong to me?

Cons: They charged me for car insurance despite me saying I had it. They have never refunded the over charge. No one at CRC has replied to my emails, returned my phone calls. Even at drop off the agent said he’d followed up the issue for me and nothing happened. I believe CRC is a fraudulent company.

Cons: see above- bait and switch tactic costing me more than double

Pros: good cars in excellent state, excellent price, nice employees

Cons: long time for pick up

Pros: They were great

Cons: Car tire was low on air

Pros: I received the service I required with no issues or delays

Cons: The only drawback is the fact that the cars are not at the airport site.

Cons: Paid for deposits when collecting the car, to which I was told I would be refunded as long as no damages / no tolls were due and upon returning the car I was told something different. It’s been over 72h since car delivery and I still have not heard back from the CS as apparently “my process was to be raised and managed by CS”

Pros: Very courteous and professional, brand new car, very modern clean premises. Handy shuttle service

Pros: Answered any questions or concerns I had. Overall friendly and professional.

Cons: No issues yet. So far positive experience.

Pros: Great service

Pros: Very good car rental company. Always amazing cars and no problem during the rental

Cons: All ok

Pros: Return employee was very pleased that I did thorough video recording when car was delivered, and was able to correct missing remarks in their system.

Cons: Marking and scratches existing on car upon delivery, was missing from rental system, and could have caused an insurance calim.

Pros: Staff spoke English. Premises were near the airport, modern and clean. Car fairly new and in excellent condition

Cons: Fuel policy was supposed to be full to full, but was changed to pre-payment at the desk. I wasn't happy about this and although it is a convenient option it did cost more overall.

Pros: Car was virtually brand new and it was a nice vehicle too. Clean bright modern facility for pickup.

Cons: Was a little slow processing people in front of us so we had to wait and it’s off site (not at the airport) so took a little while longer to get going than hoped. But we knew it was off-site up front so that was fine. The shuttle could only manage 9 people at a time, so our group came over in two shuttles.

Pros: Excellent staff and fluent in English

Cons: Very efficient service

Pros: Very professional, they don't over cross sell additional products, they have a pick up service to their office. The drop off took 5 mins, and they return the deposit very immediately

Pros: I like the attention, politeness and helpfulness of the staff.

Cons: It was hard to find the pickup place and the employee in the airport. We waited too much for the shuttle to get us to the car. Once we get to that place, they couldn't find my reservation, we panicked. Then they found it and we waited another long time to get to the car.

Pros: Overall everything was ok, all conditions were explained clearly

Cons: I had a voucher from DiscoverCars, which stated that the fuel policy was 'full to full' tank. However, when I picked up the car, I was informed that the fuel policy was 'full to empty'. This is very inconvenient. This is the first time I have encountered this; all other rental companies I have used have a 'full to full' tank policy.

Pros: Riktigt otrevliga personal med dåligt bemötande och respektlösa.

Cons: Fick vänta 52 minuter för shuttel

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Nithing

Cons: Much more money paid for the rental, not the money written on the beginning in the email

Pros: When we had a problem with the car they were quick with follow up and response.

Cons: The front desk staff less than friendly, and at time rude. At check in the front desk made snarky remarks to me, talking down to me as if I did not read or follow directions and a female colleague laughed at his rudeness to us. At check I sought follow to the inconvenience we experienced and was told to call customer service and that I'm all set. I found this less than helpful and off putting.

Pros: GOOD price

Cons: Fan only worked on high. Have an issue with my deposit that has yet to be resolved

Pros: Overall is a good experience, clear communication about options, charges, insurance, etc. Clean car in good condition.

Cons: Received not the car that was ordered, but similar. In my opinion lower class. Unfortunately car did not have rear view camera that would be beneficial for parking in tight places, however did have sensors. Dropping was hectic due to street and ramp blockage by the track unloading another car. Had to wait long time in order to drive to the drop area. Inspection and closing the contract was fast with no issues.

Pros: Everything

Cons: no negative comments

Pros: Answered our questions

Cons: At returning the car, the final bill was not thoroughly explained.

Pros: Very efficient pick up, amazing value for money, and when I returned, the shuttle bus was full, so the manager drove me to the airport in one of the rental cars.

Pros: Car was immaculate inside and out

Cons: Staff not the friendliest very vague on conditions of policy. I am currently in dispute with them over fuel ,policy says full to full but had to leave £100 deposit for fuel I returned the car almost full explained this to them on arrival expecting the fuel I used to be deducted from deposit but they said I have to email them asking for a refund not happy with this

Cons: The transfer znd getting the car costed more than 1,5 hrs. I asked for a Renault Captur but became a Seat. Don't think that is an upgrade or similar car.

Pros: Quick check in and out

Pros: Nice and quick

Pros: Fast and friendly.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Pros: Price, car

Cons: Customer service very poor at least one of the agents working there

Pros: Efficiency of picking up car

Cons: The return representative was rude and unreasonable. She treated us differently then every other car that was returned during that time period.

Cons: Trying to sell several "UPGRADES"

Pros: + opening hours office (from 07.00) + price rental car + 4 out of 5 people are (very) friendly

Cons: - the extra charge of fuel (Agreement was full to full: they wanted to charge more then 80 euros for the fuel in a fiat500) - the extra charge of the deposit (1700 in stead of 1400) - the employee helping us in the office at the pick-up very unhelpful and not friendly.

Pros: Service was excellent. Smooth and efficient

Cons: The car was a bit old and not what I’d ordered

Pros: Adorei tudo!!! Muito Bom!! Preco espetacular!!! Tudo 10 estrelas porque 5 são poucas

Pros: They were efficient and fairly easy to deal with

Cons: The shuttle took a while to come. Then at the rental office they were trying hard to upsell with a larger car, buying insurance etc. I had read many good reviews but also horror stories related to damage on the car people were being charged with. We didn't have any issues though and everything went well.

Pros: Drop off was fine. Car was clean and reliable

Cons: The check in experience was not good. It took 90 minutes before we left with the car. 45 minutes before we could even talk to someone. The electronic check in did not work. No GPS as requested. The check in person tried to tell us the car was to be returned empty and they would fill it for 200€. We refused as that is a ridiculous price. We felt the overall experience was that they were trying to take advantage of us. I would not rent from them again.

Pros: I was quickly picked up at airport and taken to their office about 10mns away

Cons: The fact that I wasn't able to return the car outside of Lisbon. I had to travel 130kms just to drop it off. From what I found out I could only return it either to their office or the airport.

Pros: All good

Cons: All good

Cons: For this particular rental, we did not end up having the car as we had double-booked. This is the reason for the low scores. Although I have given Discover Cars a good recommendation score, I and my wife are both disappointed that neither Discover Cars nor the rental company brought the double booking to our attention in time to cancel so we could cancel one of them.

Pros: Fast when picking up and dropping off; very courteous and helpful representatives.

Cons: A couple of unexpected additional costs (including for full gas tank and coverage toward cost of toll roads)

Pros: Transfer from the airport to the store.

Cons: CRC and other rental companies try to sell even more comprehensive insurance at the desk. Full-full-coverage insurance that increases prices by 500%. So we were forced to check every inch of bodywork to count the risks that could be charged at the time of return. What agents forget is that bodywork risks are not the result of the tenants' fault and are attributed to the business risk. Just a small scratch on the car and they 'll charge you for days with the car stopped .

Pros: Responsive all times

Pros: Great folks. Super service.

Pros: Everything! Service, facility is spotless, staff super helpful, car properly cleaned and ready to go.

Pros: Very professional and helpful.

Cons: Had to wait a bit longer than usual when picked up the car. What annoyed us the most was when the shuttle's driver talked on the phone while driving us to the airport.

Pros: Very easy from start to finish. Had no issues at all.

Pros: Excelente serviço

Pros: Efficiency

Cons: Insurance policy

Cons: Paid to much

Pros: Most beautiful rental car facility I have ever been in. Lots of cars to choose from. Our vehicle was sparkling clean and like new with less than 10K km. Entire transaction takes place inside, including pick-up of car that is in a separate parking space, ready to drive out. Peugeot 208 that I selected for the trip drove beautifully and was perfect for our needs.

Cons: Check-In took some time with three separate payments for car, tolls, and security deposit. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience

Pros: Professional

Cons: Above average

Pros: Downgrade car category

Cons: Still waiting unlock my CC pre authorization

Pros: Everything was excellent

Cons: Facilities ,honest, good service

Pros: Well organised, staff is happy to help, would rent from them again, was not the car advertised however was a nice car on the same segment

Cons: Nothing that would ruin my holidays but only attention to detail, windscreen inside was dirty, so had to buy window cleaning wipes. Other than that nothing to point out.

Pros: Politeness of staff

Cons: Longpick up tome and delivered nopt working GPS

Pros: Convenient location. Drop Off option to airport was good too.

Cons: Felt a bit rushed and cheated that the agent had pre-paid the gas instead of asking me. Did not even let me know that if I had returned the car with gas less than full, then they would only charge the difference.

Pros: CRC is the worst car rental company I came across in my well established travel experience. The company appeal, webpage, building and service desk look fancy and rich but equipped by unskilled arrogant staff and supervisors. My flight was delayed for 3 hours and when arrived to pick my car, they told me my booking was cancelled for no show and wanted to book me the same car for triple the price. They were rude and don’t understand tourism business.

Pros: Fast and competence.

Pros: Car was clean

Cons: Like I said - upselling insurance - over 150 euros and misrepresented credit card policies - also never took the time to explain how the car worked - gps - seat adjustment…. Also pick up was long wait at airport to get to off site - we waited 45 minutes at airport with little information as to why so long - maybe a bottle of water to greet us or a place to sit and wait - no we had to wait at the curb in the sun and left to our own to identify pick up van …. So unprofessional service

Pros: Close to airport. Easy to leave area but not as easy to return when you don’t know the area

Cons: No problems at either end

Pros: Choice of car

Cons: Time spent on collection

Pros: CRC was great. Discovercars is a scam.

Pros: Location, transfer, car status.

Cons: I was not treathed well at the reception. I was forced to take an insurance that I already had closed hence double insured and double paid

Pros: Great employees!

Pros: Personnel were very helpful in selecting vehicle and options

Cons: Excellent support from CRC personnel.

Pros: Airport collection and return was excellent Dropping of car and getting clearance was super

Cons: The person that did the paperwork on the car rental was unfriendly and was keen to sell me car insurance and asked me to pay for a full tank of petrol ( hire was for Full to Full). Said if the smallest amount was missing a refuelling charge of 50 euro.

Pros: Easy to find the office in Lisbon near airport, and offered a good car upgrade but should have not gone with small comapct SUV in the first place

Cons: Trying to charge me £50 for some sand on the seats and almost made me miss my flight finding an alternative place and never had this issue in the past as the car would be cleaned with a vacuum anyway so why would it cost them anymore - money making exercise considering the amount of sand on the seat and floor mats. Why not offer a free vacuum for clients to clear up sand if this is a major issue as will put me off future visits.

Pros: Got the car and it was suitable for our needs

Cons: Not particularly friendly staff. We didn’t receive an email confirming our pick up of the car etc and when we returned it, it was apparent that they had written the email address down wrong. Staff were efficient but not particularly friendly

Pros: Nothing

Cons: CRC decided they couldn't be bothered to meet and greet us at the airport as we arrived 1 minute late. As our flight was 1 hour late, we texted them as soon as we landed, but they did not reply, only to ask for EUR 50 extra to pick us up 'out-of-hours'.

Pros: it was a very smooth and pleasant experience

Pros: It was very well organized and everything was done quickly and efficiently for I and my family definitely will use again and again

Cons: I honestly have no complaints

Pros: 1st time I used them and I must say I was impressed. Very professional and the car was in a very good state compared to others!

Cons: Only thing, when landed there was no rep like they said will be in lisboa airport.

Pros: I fully recommend CRC. New cars, very clean, and great service (private shuttle for the airport every 15’).

Cons: If you do not have a credit card, you have to take their assurance (260€).

Pros: Quick and efficient. Well equipped car.

Pros: Everything was eclipsed by the shocking collection experience.

Cons: Terrible

Pros: The car was in great condition, the costs were clear , no issues

Cons: Found it slightly hard to find. T

Pros: Everything was excellent and serviceable, There is one major problem that it is very difficult to get them on the phone

Cons: The price was too high for the car

Pros: Easy in, easy out!

Pros: pick up

Cons: drop off

Pros: It was a great experience

Pros: very easy to handle the paper work

Cons: it is not very easy to get to the CRC Car Rental Company at Lissabon Airport

Pros: Friendly staff, pick up & drop off car was easy. Didn’t have to wait long at the airport.

Cons: All the unexpected, unexplained charges

Pros: Clean and nice car. The car can be returned until 22:00 which is a convenient one.

Pros: quality of service again

Cons: Discover Cars has to take some of the blame here… - NOT at the airport, despite specifying when booking (needed shuttle, took forever to find) - I don't need insurance (credit card covers it), but CRC claimed that I selected extra insurance when booking, so it wouldn't be covered, and there was nothing I could do about it. Cost me an extra $800. - Needed to pay for UBER to take us back to the hotel by the airport. This wouldn't have been an issue if the rental company was ACTUALLY AT THE AIRPORT

Cons: I had a New Car and with parking in a car park, against a back wall, had minor scuff mark on the protruding plastic overrider. This was not a painted part. €300 non-negotiable charge, no discussion. Brought car back ⁹/10 full. Got charged for a full tank...

Pros: Speedy, efficient and at a good price

Cons: The airport spokesman is very hard to find since he wonders around and he doesn't have a desk there. Furthermore the facility is 10 minutes away by van (provided by them for free).

Cons: I didn't like the service, they were rude at the moment to drop off the car and over charge for a tiny scratch on the windshield

Cons: Very difficult to reach on the phone when booking number not available

Pros: Eficiência dos funcionários e qualidade do carro!

Cons: Gostei de tudo.

Pros: We were lied to by the agent and will be escalating the issue.

Cons: We had to take a taxi to the meet up location which was not at the airport. Communication was not clear. We were also lied to abou5 5he via verde cost and then not given our damage deposit back and was told it would be kept for the tolls.

Pros: Very organized and worked well once we found the meeting point. Rental pickup and drop off was easy.

Cons: We Didn’t understand the meet and greet system. Some additional explanation on website of uniformed representative to meet you and assist to shuttle would be better on website.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff who did not push any extras or upgrades. And the car we got was similar to the one shown on our booking

Cons: Pretty much nothing else to say

Pros: I spent nearly 2hrs to collect the car.1st wait 1h in the airport for the bus from rental company.Another hour collecting the car.

Cons: Very slow service to collect car.

Pros: cars available, clean, staff, office near the airport

Pros: They gave my reservation away because I was over the 1 1/2 hr hold time. We had a slight delay in our airline travel. Then charge me double the amount to get a new reservation.

Cons: They took over 1 hour to come and pick us up at the airport. Their competitors are the ones who kept calling them to help us. Gave us a car that already had issues, then their was no mention of an extra fee for out of hour services, charged us for car damages that where already on the car, example, dent on the door, scratched rim after informing us everything was good. They were not welcoming or friendly.

Cons: Scammed out of money for fuel. Was offered a refill service which we took. However when getting the car it was only half full. So returned with the same amount in and asked for the refund of our refill (€77) and they said it’s not refundable.

Pros: Shuttle to/from airport, car condition.

Cons: 1) No clear instruction in the e-mail about how to find CRC representative in the airport. 2) not all the insurance options were offered, only those most expensive

Pros: Car return was quick and easy.

Cons: We felt that we were being punished for having booked through DiscoverCars.

Pros: CRC made the entire process easy. The facility where we picked up the car was modern and clean, the agents were efficient and professional, and the car was exactly what we reserved. Enabling the toll option was convenient as we didn't have to stop at each toll booth. Returning the car was also simple and we were on our way to the airport via shuttle about 15 minutes after we dropped off the car. I would definitely rent from CRC again.

Pros: Very helpful service, friendly and attentive.

Cons: The CRC company offers a Peugeot 3008 automatic car on your website and it does not have such a car, and the replacement car it offers is smaller. I left with the feeling that they are not reliable. If you check on GOOGLE MAPS you will see that there are a lot of complaints against them. I really hope that the DiscoverCars company will return to me all the unnecessary money that the CRC rental company unfairly charged me.

Pros: Reachability and service is good

Pros: The drop-off process was efficient and fast.

Cons: Misleading or no information about the on-site airport desk. No information about the shuttle pickup. The amount of time it took to get to the off-site office and finally get a car. The car was smaller than the one I had selected on the website. The attitude of the service agent when I picked up the car, especially when trying to up-sell me on a larger vehicle. There was no windshield washer fluid.

Pros: Initially low daily rate. Nice garage and quick puck up process. New modern car.

Cons: They cheat with car damages and push for settlement even with ones existing upon delivery when no insurance with them was taken.

Pros: Quick service and new vehicles

Cons: Drop off took a little longer than expected and did not respond to my what’s app messages on day of return

Pros: Great service, thanks 😊😊😊

Cons: Fast, organized and good communication 😁

Pros: They were friendly

Cons: The insurance was an issue and they said I need a different program and to call Discover for a refund on the other insurance but Discover said they would not refund the money!

Pros: Service was great, easy to get back to rental location, shuttle was exceptionally prompt, great staff

Cons: A little difficult to find the meeting location at the airport in Lisbon

Pros: Very professional, explained everything thoroughly, easy to get too, excellent price, super clean facility, great vehicle, great return back to airport and shuttle service. They made it very easy.

Cons: Confusing at airport terminal in Lisbon on where to get shuttle to CRC location.

Pros: FAST SERVICE

Pros: The staff were excellent. I was a little concerned with all of the credit card transactions that took place initially on pick up. I was very concerned that I would be charged exorbitant amounts in the end upon returning the vehicle. Deposits on my credit card were in the range of 1200$, this was scary when the initial quote was in the 300$ range.

Cons: There was nothing to not like about the staff and facilities of CRC. Totally professional.

Cons: We were ignored for probably 30 minutes as one of the two clerks took care several people returning cars before they address to pick up our car. The second clerk was preoccupied with a customer giving them trouble about renting a car.

Pros: Quick and precise service

Cons: I was not sure what time the agent would arrive to the airport as the pickup time was 7:00 and no-one was there until 7:15.

Pros: Clean, new car. Great value!

Cons: Everything was great!

Pros: All good.

Cons: Agent not waiting where advertised.

Pros: Good service New Car

Pros: רכב חדש ונקי

Cons: חייבו אותנו וממשיכים לחייב עבור סכומים ששולמו בהזמנה

Pros: Staff at airport on arrival was friendly and helpful. Process to pick up/return was easy - noting the comment on unfairness on minor scratch on returns.

Cons: The pick up "no damages worth mentioning" process is unfair, and the charged amount for a minor scratch is not customer friendly.

Pros: CRC appeared to have high quality cars in great condition, but was dishonest and did not honor a prepaid agreement.

Cons: CRC was notified that due to winter storms we would arrive a full day late and told us it would be no problem. That they’d hold the car. When we did get to the CRC we were informed that they no longer had the car we had rented and that we would need to pay between $25 and $30 more per day for our 20 day rental to get a different car. Since they already had our prepayment we paid what they asked to get a car. Dishonest, bait and switch! Buyer beware. We were cheated!

Pros: The car was like new.

Cons: I had to pay CRC insurance since it was not clear that a credit card was needed. I also had to pay insurance to discovery cars so I have payed triple fee instead

Pros: Car was cleaned and it was the car I've booked. Staff was very

Pros: Rien à redire

Pros: Everything was done quickly and efficiently.

Cons: The contract was only in Portuguese.

Pros: The upgrade....

Cons: I was expecting to get the car at the airport.

Pros: The service was excellent. I was worried because the agency is not in the area of the airport and because of a late landing around 23.00. The company representative was waiting for us at the collection point with a list of names. Shuttle picked us up at the car dealership and as above to the airport. Everything worked as it should. We were satisfied with the service.

Pros: the service

Cons: the waiting time at the airport, to be taken to the CRC facilities

Pros: Clean new car. Clean reception area and garage/building.

Cons: 1. In today's day and age it would improve safety if a car rental company would invest in decent child seats (with EASY-FIX!) instead of renting out these cheap base models. 2. When client has 3rd party full-coverage insurance, don't keep pushing and still try and sell your own insurance package.

Pros: He explained why your insurance was not good enough and what was not covered by your insurance

Pros: Ok to deal with once you actually get served.

Cons: Absolutely the slowest process on the planet I have ever experienced. Not just me many people there were frustrated and angry and waited well over an hour to collect my car. Only two agents at the desk, over 10 customers at one point and takes about 10-15 minutes per customer (upsells and paperwork) would not recommend it, it is better to pay the extra $$ for the car at the airport where they move you quickly!

Pros: cARS AND FACILITY WERE VERY CLEANAND NICE.

Cons: WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR CAR RENTAL VAN BECAUSE ALL SHUTTLE VANS WERE FILLED . ALSO RENTAL AGENT SAID A SECOND DRIVER WAS FREE. WE RECEIVED THE EMAILED RECEIPT AND HAD AN EXTRA $112 CHARGE FOR SECOND DRIVER. NO RECEIPTS WERE GIVEN AT RENTAL OR RETURN OR WE WOULD HJAVE CAUGHT THIS.

Pros: quick, efficient and polite

Pros: Super helpful even when our flight was significantly delayed.

Cons: Whilst the opening hours on the website show they close at 11 they do have a 24hr out of hours service. Had we have know this it would have saved a lot of panic! (There is a €50 out of hours fee but we felt this was fair)

Pros: Nothing!

Cons: I apparently took the wrong ticket upon entering, and proceeded to wait 45 minutes as I watched several people who came in after me get their cars. When I asked about it the agent walked over to the ticket dispenser, told me I had the wrong one, pulled another ticket for me, and put me at the back of the line again! Then, the hidden and unexpected fees resulted in my car costing double what I expected. They take advantage of the language barrier and tired travelers.

Pros: Fast for drop out Low initial cost

Cons: Not being directly at the airport is an issue High charge for a supposed bump on the door when I brought it back

Pros: Very nice and clean car, very clean and brightly lit facility

Cons: It is not close to the airport so once you arrive there you need a taxi or other transport if you want too get there quickly

Pros: Nice staff at drop off

Cons: Was super slow to pick the car up

Pros: Staff were friendly and office space was clean.

Pros: Very friendly people and good cars

Cons: Charges for second drive too much

Pros: CRC was fast and efficient. I would absolutely use them again.

Pros: Great car, great company.

Pros: Clean efficient friendly

Pros: Very fast

Cons: Service 100%

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Very quicly and kind

Pros: Great experience from start to finish.

Pros: Excellent service on pick up and drop off

Pros: CRC was great. Very professional and quick service

Pros: See above as major points
