Cons: It was taking too long to get the car. You have to take pictures of every small chips of paint that could be on the car. They never want to help you to check with you what to look for but when you bring back the car they know exactly what to do to make you pay. Every time you ask them to add a problem you have seen on the car that was not on their pick up report, they don't want to do it, then they do but the service is poor. First day and you take a tons of pictures to protec yourself.

According to the terms, within 3 hours this should not have been possible but the agent was pushing back very hard and told us Hendrix not have our car available. The only choice was to pay for another car and we did not have another choice than just accepting it. This was a very negative experience for us and a bad start of the trip.

Pros: As for the vehicle itself, it was in great condition. When I noticed the mirrors weren’t working, they quickly replaced the car without any issues. The staff member who handed over the keys was polite, but gave no explanation about the return process. When I returned the car, I asked where to drop it off, and a different representative upstairs rather rudely pointed me in the direction without much willingness to help.

Cons: During the online booking process, there was no clear information that you’re only paying to reserve the vehicle. When you arrive to pick up the car, you're charged more than double on top of what you already paid online. In the end, the total amount ends up being nearly 3.5 times higher than the original online price. Had I gone with Budget, which doesn’t have hidden fees like CRC, the final price would’ve been significantly lower.

At check in the front desk made snarky remarks to me, talking down to me as if I did not read or follow directions and a female colleague laughed at his rudeness to us. At check I sought follow to the inconvenience we experienced and was told to call customer service and that I'm all set. I found this less than helpful and off putting.

We didn't have any issues though and everything went well.

So we were forced to check every inch of bodywork to count the risks that could be charged at the time of return. What agents forget is that bodywork risks are not the result of the tenants' fault and are attributed to the business risk. Just a small scratch on the car and they 'll charge you for days with the car stopped .

Pros: Most beautiful rental car facility I have ever been in. Lots of cars to choose from. Our vehicle was sparkling clean and like new with less than 10K km. Entire transaction takes place inside, including pick-up of car that is in a separate parking space, ready to drive out. Peugeot 208 that I selected for the trip drove beautifully and was perfect for our needs.

The company appeal, webpage, building and service desk look fancy and rich but equipped by unskilled arrogant staff and supervisors. My flight was delayed for 3 hours and when arrived to pick my car, they told me my booking was cancelled for no show and wanted to book me the same car for triple the price. They were rude and don’t understand tourism business.

Cons: Trying to charge me £50 for some sand on the seats and almost made me miss my flight finding an alternative place and never had this issue in the past as the car would be cleaned with a vacuum anyway so why would it cost them anymore - money making exercise considering the amount of sand on the seat and floor mats. Why not offer a free vacuum for clients to clear up sand if this is a major issue as will put me off future visits.

Gave us a car that already had issues, then their was no mention of an extra fee for out of hour services, charged us for car damages that where already on the car, example, dent on the door, scratched rim after informing us everything was good. They were not welcoming or friendly.

Cons: Scammed out of money for fuel. Was offered a refill service which we took. However when getting the car it was only half full. So returned with the same amount in and asked for the refund of our refill (€77) and they said it’s not refundable.

Cons: We felt that we were being punished for having booked through DiscoverCars.

Pros: CRC made the entire process easy. The facility where we picked up the car was modern and clean, the agents were efficient and professional, and the car was exactly what we reserved. Enabling the toll option was convenient as we didn't have to stop at each toll booth. Returning the car was also simple and we were on our way to the airport via shuttle about 15 minutes after we dropped off the car. I would definitely rent from CRC again.

Cons: The CRC company offers a Peugeot 3008 automatic car on your website and it does not have such a car, and the replacement car it offers is smaller. I left with the feeling that they are not reliable. If you check on GOOGLE MAPS you will see that there are a lot of complaints against them. I really hope that the DiscoverCars company will return to me all the unnecessary money that the CRC rental company unfairly charged me.

Pros: The staff were excellent. I was a little concerned with all of the credit card transactions that took place initially on pick up. I was very concerned that I would be charged exorbitant amounts in the end upon returning the vehicle. Deposits on my credit card were in the range of 1200$, this was scary when the initial quote was in the 300$ range.

Cons: There was nothing to not like about the staff and facilities of CRC. Totally professional.

Cons: We were ignored for probably 30 minutes as one of the two clerks took care several people returning cars before they address to pick up our car. The second clerk was preoccupied with a customer giving them trouble about renting a car.

When we did get to the CRC we were informed that they no longer had the car we had rented and that we would need to pay between $25 and $30 more per day for our 20 day rental to get a different car. Since they already had our prepayment we paid what they asked to get a car. Dishonest, bait and switch! Buyer beware. We were cheated!

Cons: Absolutely the slowest process on the planet I have ever experienced. Not just me many people there were frustrated and angry and waited well over an hour to collect my car. Only two agents at the desk, over 10 customers at one point and takes about 10-15 minutes per customer (upsells and paperwork) would not recommend it, it is better to pay the extra $$ for the car at the airport where they move you quickly!

Cons: I apparently took the wrong ticket upon entering, and proceeded to wait 45 minutes as I watched several people who came in after me get their cars. When I asked about it the agent walked over to the ticket dispenser, told me I had the wrong one, pulled another ticket for me, and put me at the back of the line again! Then, the hidden and unexpected fees resulted in my car costing double what I expected. They take advantage of the language barrier and tired travelers.

Pros: There were plenty of attendees, so wait times were minimal. The agents we worked with were nice, efficient and well-informed.

Cons: The experience waiting for and picking up the shuttle at the airport was confusing and chaotic. Directions for where to meet the agent were confusing. Once we found the agent, we were greeted with the most drab and uncaring presence. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it was hard to trust the information she was giving us. We waited quite a while for the shuttle, and once it came we had to basically dart in front of people to get one of the six or eight seats in the van. It was stressful.
