Pros: The service was very easy and I was apprehensive about using a rental brand that I had not used previously. The shuttle to airport was less than 10 min. to office to pick up the car. The car was basic but functioned well for our trip. Flavio was very helpful in the office. All of the employees were very helpful. I would not hesitate to use EPI again. They went above and beyond to help us.

Cons: The car had 5/8 of a tank of fuel even though the ad for the company said ´full to full’. I would have appreciated to start and end with a full tank because invariably I return the car with more fuel than I received and then feel a bit ripped off.

Cons: I had asked for a car with GPS included and they paired my phone to the car which was basic and I had difficulties with WIfi coverage which had more to do with the Wifi associated with the building I was in rather than haveing a nation wide Wifi

Pros: The staff were great. David had to wait for us when we landed because the wait time at customs was over an hour. He welcomed us and never complained. Great kid. The agent at the rental office (sorry forgot his name), couldn't have been more helpful. When we dropped the car off, we had planned to get an Uber or Taxi back to our hotel. The agent and David insisted on taking us. What great service. We would highly recommend EPI. You won't be disappointed.

Car was in good shape and we received the exact make and model that was advertised. No surprises and no hidden charges. Pros: Despite me being late and unable to find the meeting spot (it was crowded, my first time in Europe, my credit card wasn’t working for some reason, etc), this was still a breeze to rent a car. A representative was there waiting for me, had the car available right away, was very kind and funny putting us at ease, and the car worked great for the trip from Lisbon to Lagos. The return process was just as easy. Highly recommend.

Cons: There was an appointment pretty close after mine, so it did feel a little rushed since I was lost and felt the pressure to get to the representative quickly before he needed to go meet his next appointment. But everyone was very kind, and it was smooth sailing once I found him.

Cons: The only issue is that EPI doesn't have a kiosk or other physical location to find them so you have to arrange to meet with their representative. This was a bit awkward when returning the car because we didn't know exactly when we would be there. However, they were patient and didn't mind that we were later than expected, so it turned out not to be a big problem for us.

Pros: Great people to deal with - they did not try to push extra insurance on us and when we returned the car (after 6 weeks) they took a very casual look at it and did not look in great detail for scratches or dents that we may have put into their vehicle.

Cons: For rentals the car was a high in mileage - 60,000 kms. - so definitely some scratches - but worked good. Also the car had "pitch" marks from parking the car under a tree and having the sap drop on the car.

Really great communication and cooperation at pick up and drop off which they were super flexible and relaxed about. Pros: Roberto was super professional and accommodating. Our flight was delayed 4 hours and we didn’t arrive to collect the car until 1am. This was no problem for Roberto who was so friendly who took time to explain toll roads and other useful information about driving in Portugal. Communication with Roberto and his team was easy and quick from start to finish. The rates with this company also beat everything else.

Cons: Don’t see the need for paper forms given all the information is online. The agent has to transcribe everything from the online form to paper- seems a bit old school. Would make them much more efficient.

They didn't try to sell us any add ons at the time of collection which was very much appreciated. They wore face masks throughought the process and the car had obviously been thoroughly cleaned. In all an exemplary service.
