Pros: Customer Service is very good. Unfortunately they gave me car very very bad. Clutch wss super hard. Gearbox stiff, car make crazy noise. Light on dashboard, no phone charger, no Bluetooth music. Absolutely ridiculous car. Didn't enjoy at all.
Cons: Thr guy pick me up from airport. Very nice gentleman. I liked his service.
Pros: They stole $$300 out of our wallet left on the counter , when asked about it they said someone must’ve took it . That’s it, oh well your out $300! Thieves with no accountability
Cons: I would stick with the cars available at the airport this one is a mile or 2 away and you have to meet them after calling . It’s not convenient at all

Cons: The only car available for me was all beaten up, with a broken and loose bumper, cracks in the doors and large stains all over the seats.

Pros: They drove us to the airport, although did not help with the bags.
Cons: Agents are not interested, not courteous , not honest, wanted to give us a total junk car with dents and bumper hanging off etc...with an empty gas tank. They did not tell us or provide us with the highway pass even after requesting this so we ended up paying a large fine for the toll route. Should of been 22 Euro but we were fined 65 Euro. We should get a refund of 43 Euro. Also upon leaving a warning sound and red wrench appeared on my dash. I was told there was nothing to worry about. Help!

Cons: Not present at the our arrival. we had to call them took @15 mints/ longer to pick us up. Vehicle the passenger side seat was all stained , deiver's side seat was ripped along the seem, the storage compartment between the seats dirty. Couple of days after driving vehicle a squeequing noise started on and off. This noise progressed more constant by the last week. Day of depart while driving on hyway gear jumped,loud noise only able to use 1-4 gear. called emg.#provided no answer.

Pros: Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The car also worked very well for us.
Cons: The pickup process, from the airport until leaving with the car, took a very long time. Returning the car was better, but still quite slow.

Cons: The pick up at the airport. The was no one there and I had to use a phone to call them to pick me up. At the pick up only the driver can go to bravacar location to pick up the car and the second person has to wait at the airport. The conditions of the car wasn't good and not properly clean.
Cons: the car was with suspension problems, broken things in the interior and a different pressure in each tire. we warned the person in the desk we were in for a long travel and they told us that the car was all reviewed and ok. The car was a fiat panda from 2015, we were informed that they don't even have any Chevrolet. the car documents weren't in order (we just noticed that on the way back). the guy pushed us to the car and to leave as soon as possible after charging extra 50€ for an insurance.
Pros: Nothing to like. Bad attitude or service representative. I had to replace the wiper blades. Clearly they don't check their vehicles. I would like to corresponde with Bravacar directors to sort out their staff attitude.
Cons: Car was filthy dirty. Back tyres were not roadworthy. Tread was smooth and Tyre wall was brittle ( cracked).I indicated to the representative and their workshop manager, and they both responded with attitude that it was fine. I have pics as evidence. 30 min after I left, it started raining. When I turned on the wiper blades, I noticed it wasnt wiping clean. The wipers were broken. I have pics of them completely rusted. Their attitude to get them replaced was just as bad.
Pros: The wheels in front was work up and dangerous to drive in.
Pros: The personnel in the office were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons: La voiture n'était pas très propre et présentait de nombreux défauts : remise avec le tiers du plein d'essence (impossible à rendre quasi à l'identique), pare-soleil côté conducteur cassé, voyant jaune "attention" s'allumant à chaque trajet (l'agent qui a récupéré la voiture n'a pas pris en compte notre remarque), enjoliveur manquant, etc.
Cons: When we arrived we had to wait a very long time for the shuttle driver to pick us up. When he arrived he was extremely rude and refused to take more than just one rental driver to the pick up location. He told us if we didn’t like it we could rent somewhere else. As a result we only got one driver on the agreement even though we had requested two drivers on the agreement. His terrible attitude and service resulting in us only having one driver really messed up a lot of plans we had for the week.

Cons: Initial agent quite rude and did not come when and where he was supposed to. Ended up changing cars twice due to not operating properly. All three cars were FILTHY and not maintained well (a/c did not operate, cracks in windshields, warning lights on, 360 degree body damage - and none of them had ever been cleaned.)
Cons: The car had mechanical issues and when notified about the issue was told we either needed to drive 45 minutes each way and take time away from our vacation or deal with it. The brakes were down to metal on metal and were grinding.
Pros: I was given a number of cars to pick.
Cons: Not being at the Air Port to meet us and having to take out other insurance with Bravacar I had other insurance which I had payed for.
Pros: Friendly staff - Hugo & rest of staff were very helpful and gave us info on toll roads (we didn't use these).

Cons: Unfortunately not cleaned very well. After lowering the back seat there was some fungus visible. Because of the heat it disappeared quickly. Bravacars' office is situated in the car-rental district next to the airport. The office itself is not the most welcoming place, it looks like they reopened an office which was closed for several years.

Cons: Everything. The car and the service was the worse. The car was filthy. Passenger windshield wiper was falling off. Only had one headlight working. There was no antenna which I had to get on my own. Cigarette lighter did not work so I can use the charger to charge my phone for GPS had to get a fuse to fix that myself. I called them and complained about the issues with the car and they said they can’t do anything about it until I come back. I returned a car a day early they refused to refund

Pros: Good and nice agents. had a problem with a.c.. they wrote me in whatsapp where to fix it and paid me the amount I paid me back cash , the amount I paid the garage, when I returned the car.

Cons: The cleanliness was very poor. We had to clean the car ourselves as it was philthy. The engine management light come on after driving for about 10 miles from the rent a car. I call them and was told that they wouldn't be able to do anything unless there was a mechanical failure. So for the all length of our rental we had to drive the car with an engine fault light on concerned with the safety of the car and if the car was going to breakdown at any point. Pros: They responded quickly to my WhatsApp when I was ready for pick up at the airport. Upon return the man helped me figure out which bus to take back to my hotel and drove me to the right bus stop.
Cons: Advertised Amex accepted but then didn't want to accept when I arrived.
Pros: the pick-up and drop off service was quite good and I would keep using Bravacar services if the cars they rent did not have problems of if they proposed to replace cars with problems in a efficient way. which is not the case
Cons: The car they gave us was quite old and started having the following errors after ~230km: Engine Fault: Repair needed + Service +Starting prevented in 1000 Km + UREA Emmissions control fault. They gave us the instructions to add AdBlue which did not solve the problem and refused to change the car until it was completely useless. We have rented the car for 1month and kept it parked until the day we had to drive to the airport just to be sure we would arrive there.
Pros: The service was fine. The car was abused and not restored to a reasonable condition, broken mirror, worn tires, interior stains. Fortunately it ran fine.

Cons: Just a bit late and not clear where they pick you up, at the airport. Also at drop off, had to wait until they showed up to open office, during their open ours.
Cons: the car was about 8 years old ,the front tyres were illegal by UK standards ,wipers did not clear the rain ,as soon as we came to a hill the clutch would start slipping so lost power on all hills, the car an old micra was filthy inside and out and full of scratches . it ruined our holiday as we did not have any confidence in using the car. the Bravacar staff said they did not understand.

Cons: - ambiguous about where to meet rep. in airport - complicated to ask questions to Bravacar---had to go through DiscoverCarHire, although they were prompt to answer email - We don't use a cell phone. That might have made things easier. - drop off location was difficult to find, but now we know for another time

Cons: Everything was fine except maybe right at the start - the part where we had to phone to arrange for the 'shuttle' to pick us up. We looked for Brava Rep every where before another Car Rental Agent said we had to phone. AS our SIM was for an Asian country had to rush to buy a local SIM etc. Could be made more clear that a phone call has to be made for the Shuttle pick up. Chap who pick us up appeared to be pretty 'taciturn' - but in fact turned out to be a really nice guy with lots of advice etc.
Pros: They picked us up from the airport exactly on time and when we returned the car, offered to drive us to the hotel we were staying at before our flight the next day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: YOU DON'T HAVE A RENTAL OFFICE AT THE FARO, PORTUGAL AIRPORT, SO I HAD TO MEET YOUR REP. AT A GAS STATION IN ORDER TO EXTEND MY 30 RENTAL TO A 60 RENTAL....MYSTERIOUS.

Cons: Understaffed, hard to get in contact with, the wait at the airport for shuttle, the lack of newness and cleanliness of the car, the AC didn't work at all on our first car or properly on the second replacement car. I will go with larger name brands in the future.

Pros: 1. no up-selling and no pushiness from the agent - overall they appeared quite efficient at pick-up and drop-off 2. pick up of the car as per previously agreed terms at time of order/pre-booking/deposit payment 3. the exact car that was ordered, was actually the car that was delivered
Cons: 1. the sketchy map describing the location of the rental office which caused quite a bit of stress at the end 2. very poor condition/state of maintenance of the car - the brakes in particular and the light suggesting a problem with the brakes kept lighting up frequently. we had to add break fluid which only partially alleviated situation, also some light bulbs were burned out - outside and also inside
