Cons: Clean but very smelly car that was unpleasant , would have been good to have car freshener in the car

Cons: Spent an hour in line to get the car, then spent 15 minutes to drop it off (which meant paying for another day!), when fuel not full on returning they charge 30 euros on top of the overpriced petrol.
Cons: time to pick up car (several hours with young kids in hot place); swapped for inferior car that I could have bought for less; fake charges on the bill (charged for battery charging even though they swapped the hybrid for an inferior diesel model, charged for motorway tolls despite not needing/wanting the tag)

Pros: The car was clean and dropping off early morning was easy
Cons: The agent doing the paperwork made multiple errors and had to restart the whole process twice and then when we went to pick up the car, the agent forgot to do what was necessary for another company to bring the car seats we paid for because Europcar uses another company to do their child seats so we had to restart the process again. I had 2 toddlers with me and it took almost 2 hours to get our car. Meanwhile we were traveling with friends who had another company and we’re in their car within 30
Pros: Bruno at Lisbon pick-up was brilliant - helpful informative and just a lovely guy!
Cons: The return was a bit chaotic at Porto, and the office staff were a bit unfriendly

Cons: Agents didnt check car for damage/scrathes prior to releasingin car. more time needed in this regard. Other rental agencies have details of previous damage prior to your hire. Blank pages and all defect needed to be addressed prior to leaving. Delayed by 30mins.

Cons: Service of car overdue. Many scratches none of which indicated in the original report. Agent had to go over the car in bad light and mark the report. Scratces have most likely been reported many times before. This takes long time and increases uncertainty if the agent does not see the damage.
Pros: I hated my experience with this company and I hope I never need to use their service.
Cons: They are disrespectful and abuse of the customers trying to change the reservations to make more money. Z

Pros: when dropping of the car, they marked that my tyres are damaged. I didnt checked that because i asked to the drop off guy if everything was ok. he said yes. Five minutes later i checked my document an saw that it wasnt like that. i went back an asked that he had to chanhe my form, he did that but he dindnt want to change it on his form. so i asked a stamp to make it official, and he dont wanted to do that. so ik wented to the office and there they did. they want
