1.At the arrival hall (after luggage recovery), turn right and follow the signs how to reach the RENT A CAR area, after the coffee shop. Pass through the rent a car hall and follow to the next building where the rent a car parking is located
2.In the rent a car parking building, take the lift to the 1st floor (turn right at the lift exit). You will immediately find our Goldcar parking support counter with the Key'nGo kiosk inside.
3. Use the touchscreen and proceed with the car key collection process.

Pros: Avoiding a waiting line at the car rental at the airport. The price including options was very good. No deposit.. so no blocking on your credit card, only for fuel. But that was released in a view hours after returning the car.

Pros: The car was in good condition.
Cons: I couldn't do the online check in because the link didn't worked. I wrote to support and they asked me to send them my documents. When I arrived to pick up the keys they asked me to go back to the office inside the airport because they needed my documents. The guy in the desk told me they didn't needed my documents again, so I went back to pick up the keys. The process didn't worked because my info wasn't in the system, so the woman there had to fill my info in my moment. It wasn't pick & go.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Tire & Glass Coverage, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
Many highways in Portugal are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
You’ll be charged a service fee of 2.50 EUR per day up to a maximum of 22.50 EUR per rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
Personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Toll pass / E-toll device, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Portugal.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
