Pros: We got a very good car, clean and comfortable. It had a little bent on the door but of no importance. They returned my deposit very quickly.

Cons: They tried to convince me to pay 130 euros more for a bigger car, which I didn't ask for. I refused and paid a regular price for an economy car, which I booked. I didn't receive any document confirming the car condition during the pick-up. I was told to take some photos of the flaw on one door instead.

I call - nobody answers or calls me back. When I email them, they do not provide any invoices or answers to these charges.

Cons: My husband and I rented an automatic car from Sadorent. When we landed, there was no one at the airport to pick us up. We got a ride to the actual location and they were closed. Even though we stated on the form that we would be there at 6, the employees did not arrive until 8 am. First they tried giving us a car on empty with the gas light on, next a car with severe dents and scratches, and finally the only other car left had no radio. So we went two weeks of traveling the county without radio.

Pros: The representative took the time with us to look at the car and find the already existing dents and scratches (there was not that many but it's definitely better to find them all before taking off). If we missed some he looked at his list to let us known. When bringing back the car they seemed to have faith in us and barely checked if we added any scratch, they just gave us back our deposit and we could leave.

Cons: It was very long to pick up the car and get a representative to talk to when we arrived, althought maybe it was because of picky clients, we just don't know, however we were satisfied of the service in the end.

Pros: Fast and efficient. It turns out that it was beneficial that Sadorent is not at the airport terminal. The other major car rental agencies (Hertz, Avis, etc) all had long lines. We were picked up by Sadorent agent, brought to their garage, quickly processed paperwork, and we were out the door. No lines. We did wait for 15 minutes for the agent to pick us. But in the end, that was a plus over waiting in long lines at the airport.

Cons: Sadorent doesn't have a booth at the Lisbon airport. We had to wait 15 minutes for the agent to arrive for pick up. I guess we just missed the cycle of when agents were at the meeting location.

Pros: Easy enough to use, had to wait around the airport for quiet some time to be collected. Coming from a foreign country ours phones didn’t work, which in turn had to buy SIM cards in order to call for collection

Cons: They advised the deposit was cancelled and no funds taken However still awaiting funds to hit my account as they advised it would take 24 hours to be returned

Pros: Prompt, friendly, efficient service

Cons: I booked a BMW series 4 car but was given a Volvo V60. Secondly. both for pickup and drop, I had to wait at a meeting point in the airport, call the Sadorent car rental company and then taken by them to a location 15 kms away from the airport to get the car and drop it off. I could have missed my flight due to this delay. Even though, I delivered the car back on time, they first charged and then refunded Euro 30 for delayed return

Pros: Agent was pleasant & helpful. Car was new and worked perfectly.

Cons: We will never again use your services. We waited one and a half hours at the airport ti be picked up after svereal phone calls to the agent who always said hed be there in 10 min. After an overall of 2 and half hours we finally gor our car. Bad communication w/ Rental Car provider and unfriendly and incompetent customer service.
