Drivalia at Lisbon Airport

Pros: The service of attending clientes is great but charging double the price because the car I rented wasn’t available .isn’t my fault so they charge me 800 euros instead of 400 .

Cons: Because they make you take any car but not the one you chose. To me that’s fraud . I will no longer recommend or use drivalia . Also neither will my family or friends . You did us wrong . Also a car rental company should be open 24/7 because I almost lost my flight cuz they open at 8 am and my flight was at 10 am .

A pleasure, and I am recommending to my friends that they use Drivalia when boooking through Discover Cars. The staff are fluent in English, they are professional, and very personable. Smiles and respectful tones. Helpfulness. I LOVE these guys.

Cons: I needed more orientation to the car features, like how to find the direction indicator on the display (am I headed North, South, East West?). Otherwise, everything wa fantastic

They charged me 213.05 Euro instead, never called me, and never invoiced me. Charged me another 72.35 Euro, without my authorization, invoice, or notification. I call - nobody answers or calls me back. When I email them, they do not provide any invoices or answers to these charges.

Cons: My husband and I rented an automatic car from Sadorent. When we landed, there was no one at the airport to pick us up. We got a ride to the actual location and they were closed. Even though we stated on the form that we would be there at 6, the employees did not arrive until 8 am. First they tried giving us a car on empty with the gas light on, next a car with severe dents and scratches, and finally the only other car left had no radio. So we went two weeks of traveling the county without radio.

Pros: The representative took the time with us to look at the car and find the already existing dents and scratches (there was not that many but it's definitely better to find them all before taking off). If we missed some he looked at his list to let us known. When bringing back the car they seemed to have faith in us and barely checked if we added any scratch, they just gave us back our deposit and we could leave.

Cons: It was very long to pick up the car and get a representative to talk to when we arrived, althought maybe it was because of picky clients, we just don't know, however we were satisfied of the service in the end.

Pros: Fast and efficient. It turns out that it was beneficial that Sadorent is not at the airport terminal. The other major car rental agencies (Hertz, Avis, etc) all had long lines. We were picked up by Sadorent agent, brought to their garage, quickly processed paperwork, and we were out the door. No lines. We did wait for 15 minutes for the agent to pick us. But in the end, that was a plus over waiting in long lines at the airport.

Cons: Sadorent doesn't have a booth at the Lisbon airport. We had to wait 15 minutes for the agent to arrive for pick up. I guess we just missed the cycle of when agents were at the meeting location.

Pros: Easy enough to use, had to wait around the airport for quiet some time to be collected. Coming from a foreign country ours phones didn’t work, which in turn had to buy SIM cards in order to call for collection
