Cons: They didn’t explain how to use Portugal’s till roads and it caused me confusion while driving. And I paid an extra fee for it, so they knew I’d be using the tolls.
Pros: Efficient service. No hard sell about purchasing BeRent insurance.
Cons: They have policy of returning with amount of gas you left with (in our case half tank) rather than full to full. Obviously chances are you will return car with more gas than starting point without getting a credit for this. ALSO local gas station they recommend runs scam of prepaying a minimum set amount on credit card and then giving a cash rebate after you fill up with less than prepayment. At some point they increase the prepayment so cash rebate is insufficient to make you whole.
Pros: Very close to the airport. Super straightforward collection and drop off and friendly staff.
Pros: Great car. Friendly and helpful agent.
Pros: The agents were pleasant and polite, yet professional. No hassle or difficulties.
