Pros: The drop off service was a breeze. The pick up agent was very thoughtful and kind.

Cons: There is nothing about the service that I didn't like. If possible try to reduce the pick-up time, but it is already lesser than others that I experienced.

Pros: The vehicle matched the booking and met my expectations.

Cons: SIXT Lisbon airport is by far the worst sixt office and the worst car rental agency i have ever used. First the car was not ready at the time of reservation, although reservation was done 3 weeks in advance, second they wanted me to wait over 30 mins to get the car, when i complained and asked for the manager, they said sorry you have to go to the manager he can’t talk to you on the phone or come to the pick up office. I walked back to the registration desk to speak to him and he was useless.

Cons: Hello, Sixt charged 400€ on my credit card after i returned the car and said everything was okay. I don’t know the reason behind this charge and was not provided with any receipt to know what it is.

Also the residue you have left when returning the car will not be refunded. Our car was a bmw 2 series with a LIST OF 30 ISSUES. All rims scratched, major dents in almost all parts of the car, paint wearing off, washer fluid pretty much only water… So in this sense, way too expensive for the quality of car.

At the Sixt counter they required a deposit (a hold on the credit card for insurance and loss) and additional fees or wouldn't give them the car. In addition they mentioned additional fees of $160 dollars. We are waiting for the credit card bill to see what they billed and if there are addtional fees charged.

Cons: we booked a car for seven people, but found that it had only five seats, with two additional smaller seats in the trunk, preventing the storage of any luggage. no larger car was available when we arrived. the car was not ready on arrival, and check-in took more than two hours. the car had less than 1/8 a tank of fuel when we picked it up, and we very nearly ran out of gas while looking for a filling station.

Pros: -explained everything well without trying to upsell us, ended up upgrading our car as the one we booked wasn't available :-) -well marked in airport

Cons: - we've never waited so long to pick up a car, about 75 minutes as there were about 15 people waiting before us and only 2 agents, one of which was very slow and seemed to be on the phone for several minutes in between each customer - you take a number(like at the deli counter) instead of lining up for service, but this was not immediately apparent and we waited for about 10 minutes in line before we saw another person do it. We watched others do this & told them -no map of any kind avail.

Cons: Never lost you Key.... You will remember it ! The helping agence was not so usefull

Pros: Easy to drop off car

Cons: Length of time waiting to be dealt with, car was dirty and scratched. We were told it was the only one of that size but on asking for a partial refund for one day, they managed to find another. However we would then have to wait as there were two other people in front of us wanting to change cars. The Manager was very rude although the young girl dealing with us was polite and helpful. Overall though the staff were very slow and customer service poor. Would not recommend.
