BeRent at Lisbon Airport

Pros: Efficient & Friendly

Cons: Issues around the GPS needed quite a long time to resolve, before we could leave.

Pros: Friendly reception

Cons: They tried to deceive me by delivering a car with some dents on the bump and charging me 233 Euros for repair. Lucky me I made a video before taking the car.

Pros: Returning car was hassle free. Staff all very courteous and polite. Car was clean and reliable.

Cons: Confusing finding rep as there is a Vodafone store in the terminal. Instructions should say got to exit and look for Vodafone. When in rental you lace seemed to take an age to get served yet there were plenty of staff. I had registered online however have same details again. Are 2 desks needed to serve customers?

Pros: The representative of BeRent at the airport wasn’t very professional. He didn’t bother step out of the airport to guide us the shuttle bus meeting point, unlike others. He told us the shuttle bus would be arriving in 15-20 mins, but we ended up with waiting for almost an hour. We went to find out several times but couldn’t find him at all.

Cons: Just trying to find the drop off location was more difficult as my data had run out.

Pros: It was great value for money and they were modern , fast and nice

Cons: Only thing I could fault is they don’t offer zero liability which I always like to take. Other than that I could not fault them.

Cons: More explanation about the SCUTS tolls that we werent aware of when we went to Porto which cost us 20Euro. Wasnt explained too well

Pros: We were lucky enough to be offered a slightly larger suv than was ordered, the quality of cars in a very good and clean condition, only 5 minutes from the airport, and we were late dropping the vehicle off, but there were no extra charges applied. The staff are friendly and clear with the instructions and there were no hidden charges, will be definitely use them again

Cons: Frequency of transfers could be improved. Waited 40 mins for return to airport following drop off, although staff set expectation of 10 mins once car was checked in.

Cons: Pick-up from airport was a bit slow. Finding how to let BeRent know we'd arrived wasn't easy. Drop-off was at T1 instead of T2.

Pros: Service was great from the meeting at the airport, the transfer to BeRent premises and the car return process. The staff were all very friendly and efficient.

Pros: Excellent customer service skill. They offer you insurance and other benefits but dont make you scared if you dont take—this is i like most- Brand new cars. 7-10 min drive from Airport. All staff are amazing accept the one who dealt us at the Airport. Very clean place and sitting area toilets are clean up-to high standard.

Cons: We booked the car as party of 5, the lady we met at Airport said only 2 can go to pick up the car rest will stay at Airport you can pick them later, it was quite strange as never heard this. She said this is company policy however it not mentioned anywhere. She was quite rude honestly. But all five star goes to shuttle driver we request him travel together and he obliged that. Fantastic Service By Him. Drop off and Pickup may take time you should spare 45-60min for total process.

Pros: Cars were very good and look after. Drop off process very quick and easy and overall staff were polite and helpful.

Cons: Pick-up process was not great - had to wait for minibus which wasn't that obvious where, and then over an hour wait to pick up the car at their centre.

Pros: Meet and greet useless. Picked up the 2 drivers. Left one mum two kids 10 and 4 plus grandad at the airport for 2 hours before they had to get a taxi costing 25 euros. Absolute disgrace. When we returned the cars we were charged 72 euros because they were not clean. We were NOT TOLD THIS on puck up. We were charged 20 euros for each cars toll box. That's the price you buy them for and they last 6 years or more the annual fee is less than 7 euros. I know because I have one in my motor home. THEF

Cons: Everything. Utterly ripped off. I will return to Lisbon but I won't go anywhere near your rental firm. It seems your just a broker the company you picked were a disgrace and thieves. I await the refund fro. You for the 20e fee for toll for each car, the 72e cleaning fee for both cars a which I paid and the 25e fee for the taxi.We were ripped off. Do the honourable thing and send a refund.

Pros: Very professional outfit new cars all under a multi story car park with meet and greet at the airport taking you to there site…. 5/10 min drive in a mini bus

Cons: That you need a credit card and not a debit card. That I wasn't told I could collect the car at Parque gas Nacoes - the airport was an unnecessary hassle for us as we were already in Lisbon.
