Pros: The car itself was as expected, though a little bit dirty.
Cons: The customer service of Rhodium was horrible. Counter agents were rude, and filled with misleading statements in order to charge additional fees. They wouldn't let me take the car without agreeing to some of the additional fees, like a Minimum Driver License issue fee. They said I could either pay the fee, or rent a car from someone else. Also, I'm continuing to receive charges on my credit card that don't reflect the original agreement, nor the additionl items such as tolls.
Cons: We had already paid airport surcharge but they insisted on charging us again.

Cons: They don’t take American Express (which gives me insurance on the car for $25 per rental no matter how long I rent the car), and have add-on costs that tripled the cost of our rental. It costs about as much per day to rent their GPS as it does to rent the entire car. Fortunately with international service on our phones GoogleMaps worked just fine. You have to get a number to be served at the counter. I did not notice the ticket machine, which added 15 minutes to the time it took to get served.
Pros: Everything was good and the information too
Pros: Honest rep at pick up. Didn't push insurances. Deposit, fuel and other charges handled correctly.
Cons: Hidden fees and the worst cars ever made
Pros: They explained tolls and other admin well given they had to speak in English.
Cons: Waited nearly an hour to be served at the pick up desk at Lisbon. There is a false (very old) address on their website for Porto airport which cost us a lot of time.
