Pros: Quick dropping off

Cons: They told me the full insurance with you wasn;t going to cover at all and the only one that worked was their insurance. Also, they didn;t let me pay the difference and deposit with different cards.

Cons: never knew where the pick up point was from terminal as no/ small rhodium sign. payment taken on day of pickup to cover fuel but i filled it right to the top on return but 3 days after return my €65 still isnt in my account

Cons: All the hidden fees. We picked up the car from goldcar hire. The staff were really rude and dropped about £180 worth of fees on us and said that we can't go anywhere else because we wouldn't find a better deal... which I was pretty sure was a lie. The car was scratched and dented and not what we had chosen online. We only had the car for 24 hours. We dropped it back and about 8 hours later when I was on my way back to the UK someone from goldcar hire rang me and asked why I hadn't given the car

Cons: Given a diesel when ordered a petrol, not shown the invoice on the back of the damage report showing in Portuguese it's am extra 22 euros. Lady checking the car on return was unfriendly Packed up my car with luggage, baby in car seat only to find out car was half full with fuel, instead of being able to return it half full I had to unpack including a screaming child into a new car.
