Pros: Very easy process
Cons: Car not quite as big as the one I ordered. It was supposed to be a megane estate or similar but it was a Kia Proceed estate which has a much smaller load area so we couldn't get all our things in.8

Cons: It took 90 mins to pick up the car (waited for a long time in the queue + formalities). Agent kept pushing to convince me to get extra insurance, though I clearly said i dont want to. Archaic practice requiring credit card or name on card. No drop off point in town (Faro), inconvenient to get back late at night. Agent sugested calling a Uber, but failed to mention uber drivers near the Faro airport are all scammers. Car was nice, but terrible mileage. I should have been asked if i want it.
Pros: Excellent, efficient, attentive service. New and very good cars. Flexible with the drop off in a different location (free in the same region, Algarve in my case, picked up in Faro, dropped off in Lagos). Trustworthy and honest with the car condition check out, check in inspection, I never experienced cheating attempts to make me pay for a hidden scratch with Keddy and Europcar.
Cons: Insisted a bit too much that I take a full insurance, despite the one I had already with DiscoversCars. Full insurance being moreover much too expensive as usual with rental car companies.

She said awful thing to us about your company, and this was a manager to two customers myself and my girlfriend . She ridiculed your insurance policies as totally useless. She was just rude , and bad mannered..

Cons: Waited at airport for 3 hours, called their desk & emailed over 20 times with no reply. Spent 45 mins walking around the airport including outter terminal even though it was listed as inside terminal.

Cons: On return car examined extensively until small scuff found on a wheel - then major fault procedure with communication only by email - way of increasing hire costs - will not reuse. Also company complained about 3000 kms over a ten week hire on a unlimited mileage hire.

Cons: I was shocked at the cost of an additional driver. It is normally 25 Euro pr the whole period of the hire. Not charged on a daily basis. I declined. Will not be booking with Keddy again.

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees. The following surcharges may apply: Toll pass / E-toll device.
For rentals of 1–29 days, mileage is unlimited.
The cost for additional mileage (mileage extension) depends on the vehicle type.
Minimum rental age is 25 years for car group Luxury, Premium, Fullsize, Economy Elite, Special.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Economy Elite, SUVs, Special a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack, Toll pass / E-toll device, Wi-Fi, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
