Keddy at Faro Airport

Pros: Easy to find and great car

Cons: Bit slow to get served by europcar

Pros: Very helpful agent when receiving car

Cons: Also have found them to be very good and well kept cars

Cons: They just trying to upsell , put down wrong email address

Pros: Keddy did not provide anything for us except Insurance we couldn't use. All 10 point are for Europe car who were fantastic !

Cons: No prior indication that it was actually Europcar who provided the service and waste a lot of time searching for a Keddy office which didn't exist. No visibility whatsoever of Keddy - anywhere in the process.

Pros: In hindsight, nothing. Totally false representation. It wasn't made clear from the outset that deal was through Europcar who then tried to make me purchase their products claiming they didn't recognise yours!

Cons: I didn't like the information on my invoice though it's mentioned that by Eurocar but it's wasn't high lightning so it was difficult for me to find and I took long time to find the place as I was looking for Keddy!

Cons: The car offered was undersized, damaged all around. Normally the cars offered by Europcar are good. The car offered through Keddy was substandard and an ex-rental van Goldcar.

Pros: I got a more comfortable car than the one I selected (Peugeot 2008 instead of Renault Clio)

Cons: It took 90 mins to pick up the car (waited for a long time in the queue + formalities). Agent kept pushing to convince me to get extra insurance, though I clearly said i dont want to. Archaic practice requiring credit card or name on card. No drop off point in town (Faro), inconvenient to get back late at night. Agent sugested calling a Uber, but failed to mention uber drivers near the Faro airport are all scammers. Car was nice, but terrible mileage. I should have been asked if i want it.

Pros: Excellent, efficient, attentive service. New and very good cars. Flexible with the drop off in a different location (free in the same region, Algarve in my case, picked up in Faro, dropped off in Lagos). Trustworthy and honest with the car condition check out, check in inspection, I never experienced cheating attempts to make me pay for a hidden scratch with Keddy and Europcar.

Cons: Insisted a bit too much that I take a full insurance, despite the one I had already with DiscoversCars. Full insurance being moreover much too expensive as usual with rental car companies.

Cons: Your company is great , your agent Europcar was appalling . I was dealing with a girl who introduced herself as the manager . She said awful thing to us about your company, and this was a manager to two customers myself and my girlfriend . She ridiculed your insurance policies as totally useless. She was just rude , and bad mannered..

Cons: Waited at airport for 3 hours, called their desk & emailed over 20 times with no reply. Spent 45 mins walking around the airport including outter terminal even though it was listed as inside terminal.

Cons: It is not clear that Keddy is a subsidiary brand of Europcar and there is no Keddy branded desk. It took some time to find the right office.

Cons: On return car examined extensively until small scuff found on a wheel - then major fault procedure with communication only by email - way of increasing hire costs - will not reuse. Also company complained about 3000 kms over a ten week hire on a unlimited mileage hire.

Cons: I was shocked at the cost of an additional driver. It is normally 25 Euro pr the whole period of the hire. Not charged on a daily basis. I declined. Will not be booking with Keddy again.
