Cons: Seems a bit overwhelmed at pickup as long queue had built up and lots of people seemed to have issues. Car had not been thoroughly cleaned as it was likely in and straight out again, we had to get them to remove some sticky muck from the central console, and replace the keyless fob battery which triggered a low battery warning on the days, so took and age!

Cons: This is not a dislike,just a suggestion . As cars now have lots of "features", it would help if either a car manual or some simple instruction material on use of on board computer screen and things like cruise control and where to find the catch for the petrol and the bonnet was left in the car. It tool 20 minutes and a lot of searching to figure out how to open the bonnet and fill up the washer reserve. And I never did manage to use the cruise control on a long motorway journey.

Pros: They provided a literally new vehicle.

Cons: There was a hidden cost which I could not see online before the day of the rental. They set up an extremely high excess wave limit, then introduced me another c.200 euros can eliminate this excess amount. I had to choose to pay 200 more since they allocated me a new car, any small dent would be blamed and claimed if I did not buy this option in.

Cons: At the rental facility, someone should take the time to go over the features of the vehicle, as some foreign tourists aren't familiar with european vehicles. It was obvious that the attendants wanted you out of their as soon as possible. There wasn't a vehicle manual provided either. The driver seat in this vehicle was extremely uncomfortable.

Pros: Frankly not much. I am a frequent traveler and I have Hertz President’s Circle and Avis Preferred status…nothing about this experience was seamless it up to current par of the industry.

Cons: I was not aware of HOW budget the rental car company was and the whole process was “nickel and dimed” the whole way. The staff was friendly…enough but the car was NOT as advertised (a base model BMW M2) with no bells and whistles and yet I had to pay a $4200 euro deposit for a “luxury” car…no rear camera, No seat warmer, etc…multiple transactions for basics that you don’t have to deal with when using Hertz or Avis…will definitely not use your company again.

They forgot the child car seat we had requested, we had to put in ourselves with no help, no installation instructions etc and was told that an external company fitted the seats so they couldn't help. We know from friends using the same company at the same time that this was not the case. We spent extra for a premium vehicle similar to Alfa Romeo Stelvio. There were plenty available but we were given a Citroën. In our opinion, Citroën are not premium cars!

Cons: La mancanza di serietà. Mi sono rivolto a loro perché cercavo un mezzo (un van 8 posti) , che mi è stato prima preventivato ad una cifra, poi quasi triplicata. E quando, con diverse difficoltà date dalla distanza dall'aeroporto, mi sono recato presso Drive on Holidays, ho perso più di un'ora del mio tempo per non avere il van (con la solita scusa di un incidente avvenuto poco prima) e mi sono state consegnate due auto ad un prezzo più che triplicato rispetto al prezzo di mercato. Una vergogna!

Cons: P4 is quite a long way from arrivals, we had lots of suitcases and children. The car hire company drive on holidays tried to give me a much smaller car than I had paid for! I had paid for a car that would accommodate 5 people and 4 suitcases! The full insurance without excess was extremely expensive! I ordered two large cars for my family holiday and in total it was almost £3500 for two weeks car hire! Disgraceful and considerable significantly more than quoted! I will not use again.

Pros: So much quicker and easier than other rental companies we've used in the past. I was slightly sceptical of the affordable price, but they were fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful staff from the pickup to drop-off. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Cons: Be aware the main driver needs to pay a large deposit that needs to be made on a credit, not a debit, card.

Cons: It was appalling that there was one charge after the other despite our online booking with fully comp. The excess was only payable with a credit not debit card, and not putting 2k euros on a British credit card meant essentially being obliged to pay yet another fully comp fee of over 100 euros extra. Car seat charge (not visible online) we’re double that compared to other companies. Given late evening and outside of airport we paid the extra price but I will not be going with this company again.

Pros: The return was efficient and pleasant. We were in and out in very quick time and on our way to the airport.

Cons: The credit card issue. We will be pursuing this with Mastercard. No one else in Portugal had issues with our not having a PIN with our cards.

Pros: We had originally booked a 6am returning had paid an out of hours surcharge for it. When we changed the time to 8am they reimbursed us with no problems. To have a second driver with no surcharge was excellent.
