Cons: It took a long time to wait for pick up like an hour plus which being off peak season

Cons: They pressured me to pay more for insurance, even though I already had comprehensive insurance through a third party. I agreed to a deposit of €1,200 instead of paying extra money, but they kept telling me how risky it was. I refused and everything was fine. A week later, I still haven't gotten my deposit back, so I hope that will be okay :)

Cons: Deposit is still not unblocked. Remaining amount from fuel and road toll deposit is not sent back. They are unreachable, not answering to emails either.

Pros: Die Abholung und auch die Rückgabe haben gut geklappt. Das Auto war in sehr gutem Zustand und das Personal am Schalter war sehr freundlich. Alle haben sehr gut Englisch gesprochen, daher ist die Kommunikation problemlos gelaufen. Die Firma liegt ein wenig abseits vom Flughafen, es gibt kostenlosem Shuttelservice, wir hatten ein wenig Probleme den Abholort am Flughafen zu finden, wurden aber dann telefonisch navigiert. Die Kaution für das Auto wurde nach der Rückgabe auch sofort erstattet.

Cons: Die Firma akzeptiert für die Kaution nur eine Kreditkarte, die auf den Namen des Fahrers ausgestellt ist. Dies stand auch so auf dem Voucher. Was jedoch nicht ausdrücklich darauf stand, war, dass von der Karte noch weitere Kosten abgebucht werden und dass sie ausschließlich eine einzige Karte pro Automiete akzeptieren. Daher kamen dazu noch 100€ Kaution für Benzin, 100€ für Autobahnmaut und Restbetrag der Miete. Diese Kosten werden hoffentlic14 Tage nach der Rückgabe abgerechnet und erstattet.

Cons: We selected this rental vecause they were accepting debit cards. However, they refused to take my Revolut Metal Mastercard Debit because they say Revolut has no offices as a bank, which is against the policy I signed while booking. After trying to sell us extra driver + insurance, which we did not need, they accepted my other Mastercard card which is not a bank's issued card but just a bridge to the same Revolut they would not accept at the beginning. So we lost time and patience for nothing.

Cons: RecordGo was terrible. Agents were extremely rude. Different car provided. Car had scratches and the agent did not notate all of them. They wanted to charge me for damage, but fortunately I videoed the car before we rented and it showed the damage was preexisting.

Pros: Upon pick up the attendant was super digent in making sure every ding, bump amd bruise was documented. He did however comment that the location in Lisbon could be quite a stickler for any scratches so wanted to make sure we were covered.

Cons: The car had quite a bit of body damage and the road noise from a broken window molding was annoying for a 800km road trip. The nav system audio was so quiet it was unusable on the trip.

Pros: Record go rent a car was amazing, easy and fast. All team very polite. Eduardo the guy who picked us up was 5 stars.

Pros: Right from the pick up driver to the person at the front Desk amazing service even after I had issues with my international credit card. He was patient waited for me to speak to the CC company and finally they resolved the issue

Cons: Unfortunately your CC gets charged with the deposit of 1500 and get refunded on return of the card. So the foreign conversion for bottle transactions high due to exchange differences

Cons: We had a full coverage with Discovercar, wasn't enough according to recordgo. We had to pay for another insurance because the insurance we already had wouldn't cover for anything... Haven't received all my money back either. The car was dirty when we got it, it was an old car that was very difficult to drive in spain as there are many hills. We would lose speed too quickly trying to get up a hill on the highway.

Cons: Their office is a little hidden in Faro, Portugal, a sign nearby the main road would be useful. We had to ask other rental companies where Record was located, then it was easy to get there.
