Pros: Very good car and took in consideration that i had a big famiky and needed a bigger boot so changed the car to one onbthe same category but bigger boot. The receptionist recognized me from 2 years ago... I was very surprised

The most unpleasant experience I had in all my life with rentals. We are in 2024 and this company still block €2100 in credit cards as deposit. Apart from that, there is an extra charge of €150 in your credit card that is blocked for 30 DAYS in car you use tolls!!! It’s a joke! Again: don’t rent cars with this company

Pros: Klass Wagen Faro is a scam company, pure and simple. Nothing to positive apart from free transfer back to the airport after I refused to be scammed, never to return to Klass Wagen!

Cons: Klass Wagen (Faro) is a SCAM company. Office miles away from the airport. We already had excess insurance but two Klaas Wagen employees claimed that my multiple credit cards (in name of Nigel C T*****, Nigel T*****, N T*****, N C T*****) were invalid according to their T&C's as my middle name was not fully spelt. They said they would overlook it if I paid an extra €170 for their insurance. I returned to airport and rented a way cheaper car with another company. Klaas Wagen SCAMMERS!

It subsequently took 1.5 hours to complete the booking in process. The car we ordered was not available so we had to accept an alternative. We would not use Klass Wagen again.

Nothing against foreign companies and staff but if they try to hide their Romanian origin, it's more trasparent if the customer is aware of it. Road assistance for any problem is not included, possibly in charge of the driver.

They essentially strong arm you in taking the insurance by making it clear that the deposit will be challenged if anything’s wrong with the car and it’s a messy process so if we don’t take the insurance on top of the fully covered insurance bought when checking out originally, you’ll be at risk of extra damage costs. The process was stressful given you arrive and hope you’ll have a stress free pick up as you’ve paid for all your costs up front.

The car provided was as described, in the original rental contract and at a competitive cost-effective price. There were no hard sell tactics, just hassle-free professionalism. The shuttle service from and to the airport was efficient and fast. Highly Recommended and will book with Klass Waggen again on my next trip to Portugal!
