Pros: Good customer service, they made everything easy at pick up and check out. Great value for the money.

Cons: We had asked for a small SUV, and on arrival, found they didn't have it. They downgraded us to a smaller vehicle. It worked out. But as a general rule, when a booked car isn't available, we would have expected an upgrade. Or if we were getting a smaller car, as we did, then a credit on our bill. Something for you to consider please.

Cons: I got a mail a day before that if I was late at the airport maybe the car was not there anymore. My plane was delayed, so I was warried. But the people at the airport were very kind. I tried to change the time but the phone number did not answer, and the chat did not work. I worried for nothing.

Pros: Amazing service from Drive4Fun. On pickup, our flight was delayed and the agent stayed very late for us and was very friendly. On pick up, the agent met us as soon as we parked the car and checked us out in less time than it took to fill up the tank with gas. Amazing. Would rent from them again for sure.

Cons: How to do the car parking at drop off was explained beforehand however seems confusing for us, at the day of departure, we directly drove to P4 where the desk is, instead we should’ve parked at P1 and walk to P4, we needed to pay a parking ticket for 4,50 .. our own mistake ..though not so fun to pay ..

Cons: Apparently, you have only one hour after your picking up time to collect the car. Otherwise, you may not get one. We made it just in time so we were ok BUT if we were another 15 minutes, we may have had to argue with them or lose our deposit and pay more at their neighbours car hire. Many ppl mentioned that is their objective. I don’t know if that’s true.

Pros: The pick up went well and we were directed to the right desk and served immediately. We had trouble finding the desk only because we thought it was with the other rental companies. The price was really good but the car was very hard on the road so was uncomfortable to drive in and there was a crack in the windscreen which worried me.

Cons: The lady inspecting it at the end took ages and was angry about a few specs of sand in the car. She tried to make us feel bad for the fact they would have to clean it! She said she would let us off but next time she would charge us extra for the cleaning! This is madness as we were on holiday with 3 kids and visited beaches everyday! We brushed all the sand out before dropping it off. We have hired cars before with other companies and the drop off has been quick with no issues over sand.

Cons: Charging €20 for tolls even after telling them I would not be using the motorways. First rental company that I came across to add on this charge to my credit card. The cost will be refunded one week after you have returned the car after they check if any tolls have been charged. I am not home a week yet .
