Cons: No proper signs to the place. Waited a long time for an Agent. The automatic check-in didn't work. Got stuck in the middle, and there was no indication until they had to shut it down manually so people won't waist their time. Agent was rude and impatient since I had one document missing (and could help but didn't want to).

Pros: Nothing special my previous experience with them was more professional and welcome. This time it started very wrong when they handle a premium car on bad state. Staff didn't talk much with me only when it came to payment they only told me the outstanding balance to pay and that was it.

Cons: Ripped off, charged twice for the same insurance cover, they charged me for two additional drivers when there was only one. I've been lied too in the fact that I was refunded for the extra driver, which I have not!!

Cons: In an emergency I needed to hire an infant seat for one day as Ryan Air left my daughter's car seat in Stansted. Guerin insisted I rented the seat for the whole rental period charging £95 to hire a £70 car seat.

Cons: Scam. Avoid at all costs We got a basic flat tyre, they towed the car rather than just changing the tyre. Charged us $700. mad price unless that tyre was gold plated or something? No response to emails, useless!

Pros: Fast document filling. Did’t need to book a car 24h before. We did it ~20 min before picking through App.

Cons: Small deposit only 300€. Got allmost new car. Took full insurence so there was nothing to worry about in our trip. That was bit more expensive that we expacted, but ortherwise all good. Only later found some small scraches on the body that was there already at the picking, but did’t saw at first look. So good I took a full insurence. Never know..

Cons: Discover cars directed us to car park P8 at Faro. It doesn't exist ! The Guerin unit is at the very opposite end of the huge site - most annoying. The agent was honest enough to describe the 9-seater Toyota as "the dinosaur" of the fleet - he wasn't joking - every panel, bumper and wheel trim was marked !

Pros: They are more friendly like the others who needs a lot of money as deposit.

Cons: They are not speaking English so they picked up phones and didn't want to talk in English. Five times I had that story. however they called me back after.
