Pros: Rental at the airport, great car. For security we made a film of the exterieur of the car. When we returned the car they weren’t sure about a scratch, but when they saw our movie there was no doubt about it.

Pros: Queues out of the door for pick up… ticketed service which seemed to take for ages as only a few staff on. But overall experience was ok. No overselling on insurance so was happy.

Cons: After hiring cars abroad for many years- most often with Dollar- it was only on my return to UK that I realised that I had been sold a product I didn't want or need and was not advised about . Given I should have checked the documents more carefully but because of my past hiring arrangements with Dollar I omitted to see this extra product had been added to my rental. I have an annual free standing Insurance policy to cover requirements for car hire but rec. cover had been added without advising.

Cons: I had to take a ticket and wait in line but, there was no line and no backlog of customers, I just had to wait for no real reason, until I was called forward. The price on their system was much greater than the price on my voucher and they wouldn't budge at all. I had to contract the agent after I had no option but to pay 'their' price.
Pros: Awful customer service - refused to serve us until 4pm because our car wasn’t booked till that time! So after 4pm having stood there for 20 mins with 2 children we were then served & they tried to give us a car that was not at all an SUV as booked it was a Citroen
