Pros: If Europcar allows to book the car via discover car website, they should be more forthcoming in terms coaling what type of equivalent car you will get. I was not happy with the type of car given when I specially booked a car via discover car which had bigger boot. Overall very dishonest.!!
Pros: That they are close to the airport and quite fast
Cons: Very old and damaged car, unbelievable. In addition, at first, we could not pay with separate cars, only if we took an extra insurance (which we already had). Overall: bad experience with Europe Car
Pros: Good car and covers all insurance liability
Cons: waiting for a long time to receive the car, and hand over the car after we've done, also the prices was very expensive with no alternative options
Pros: Friendly staff and service on pick up and drop off. Even we’re alerted by staff on drop off one of the kids left their mobile phone in the back of the car!
Cons: Didn’t get the exact car we ordered, after specially sending an extra request as such. We got a great car though, (BMW 330e) same category but at some extra cost. Other option was smaller, or more aged car, with lots of damage. So we got car with some damage, scratches etc. However, car was heavily smoked in. As there was no other option we took this car as we had te leave for our destination bit this wasn’t ideal. Smell stayed on whole week…
Cons: THEY CHARGED US FOR CROSS BORDER FEE TO SPAIN THEN THEY GAVE US SPANISH NUMBER PLATE CAR WHICH WE DID THEIR FAVOR AND STILL CHARGED THE WHOLE FEE WHICH IS 1000 EURO
Cons: As said I was charged an amount higher than the one agreed and nobody explained me the reason. Really disappointing!
Pros: Return was easy
Cons: The ridiculous long wait even though there was only myself & one other couple. There were lots of reps. It took around 1 1/2 hrs. The rep was rude & very hard sale to take more insurance even though I had fully comp via the website. She said they would charge me €910 when I returned it. The car had loads of dents & scratches. I was very fearful they would say I had done one of them on return to charge me the money. I didn't use the car very much as she had scared me to use it. Horrible
Pros: Efficient. Clean car. Reasonable price. Efficient road assistance
Cons: Several dents and scratches. Engine light (yellow light) lit up after 4 days. However, not critial so we could continue to use the car.
Cons: Wrong transmission car provided. No response to their error. Although complaint was made, no apology or any refund of the difference.
Pros: Easy access to their office and overall customer management at centre.
Cons: The drop off location is confusing as if go by google (like most of us do) it takes us to their office which is far from airport. Also their entrance to airport parking is confusing as written something else on the board (something in green but not the Europcar )
Cons: A bit inflexible. I had to hire the child seat for two weeks when I only wanted it for one. I had to take the additional driver for two weeks when I only wanted one week.

Cons: the car will be not controlled by pick up because was late, when we dropping off the car, charge us 250 €uro for a damage. we must come buck after 2 days to europcar because Tires completely down.
