Masterkings at Faro Airport

Pros: Pick and drop off local to air port. Car is what I ordered.

Pros: The car was new, clean and in great condition! Great value for money.

Cons: The location of pick up from the airport wasn’t mentioned on the emails so it took us a while to find. The car was picked up from us a couple hours late but the guys who collected were really nice

Pros: Efficient and friendly. Easy to find, very easy to return.

Cons: Problem with American Card could’ve been resolved faster, but agent was very helpful in the end

Pros: When our car broke down , a taxi brought us to the airport for a replacement car , fantastic thank you .

Cons: Drop off awful only one guy on the desk , poor guy needed help and extra assistance. Had to queue in same queue as people picking cars up and having to give credit card, passport details etc Waited an hour and nearly missed my return flight

Pros: Staff were lovely and friendly upon pick up and drop off. I was an hour late dropping off as I had forgot something and had to go back. The staff member was friendly and understanding.

Cons: The desk is a real disaster, only one person to help and with lots of People waiting. Not clear where the person is standing who has to help you. Can be better organised

Cons: Service at pick up was not good. Agent failed to record existing damage on the car, and wouldn’t re do the form. Told me to take pictures and show the damage when I dropped the car off. Car needed windscreen wipers, cruise control didn’t work.

Pros: After a short walk from the terminal we found the kiosk and collected the car within seconds after filling in the forms, it really was that simple.

Cons: The inside of the windscreen was filthy which made driving into the sun quite difficult, so my only criticism would be to ensure the car is clean both inside and out.

Cons: I scheduled an 7:15 a.m. drop off. No one showed up and I had a flight to catch. I had to leave a note, leave the keys on cars visor and catch my flight. That was poor service and stressful.

Cons: We arrived at Faro airport at 7.30am but were told that we couldn’t leave it until 8am without incurring a €40 charge. The man was there, it was very quiet so that seemed daft??

Cons: Had to wait about 35 mins to collect car as three other drivers collecting in front of me and also people returning cars and needing staff attention.

Pros: I saw some bad rewievs for Masterkings car rental, so for that I was scared, but in Faro was everything completely ok. The guy by pick up was very helpful and dear, car was very clean and had mileage of 18 000 km. Droping of was withou problems too. The another guy was ok too, he had only fast look on the car and said that everthing is ok. The deposit was unblock after 4 days.

Pros: Rented from master kings in The airport who were fab. But of a queue to pick up but they hit through it super quick. Came to meet us as we dropped off so done in minutes. No hanging round

Pros: Absolutely nothing. I was hugely disappointed by the service. We brought the wrong credit card with us and when we asked to pay with debit card, we were being charged double, an extra €400 for the privilege. No representative on site to help and couldn't get anyone on the phone. We had to wait with crowds of people in a small kiosk to be seen. It was a total nightmare. I will avoid Discover Cars like the plague. It was a nightmare of an experience and we had to walk away without a car.
