Cons: Car was slightly damaged and on return noticed the damage had been indicated on wrong door which caused a slight problem when returning car. However, I took photo on the day of pick up and also showed that there was no damage to the door indicated on form so clearly a mistake by them which they accepted.

After driving out, in the dark and rain, it became apparent that the car had been standing in the lot, the sun for many months/years, had not been adequately prepared and, in my opinion was unsafe. No water in the windscreen wash. Inside of the screen thickly coated in film from dashboard vapour condensation. Visibility was inadequate. Tyre pressures were very low.

They give us a Seat 2018, well nice. but this time with no back to hide the car trunk. We had to discuss a lot and talk to 2 employee to have a other one, with all the parts expected on a normal car. (they were saying they dont have more cars ) . well finaly, we got a opel astra, nothing wow, nothing bad. What we were at minimum expecting.

Pros: Price: Rent for 10 days in Portugal -£130 (VW Polo). I have done nearly 700 km and paid 60,60€ for patrol. Taxi fare From Faro airport to Lagos: £75 one way (78 km distance). Other family paid first 75€ for taxi to Lagos and then rented a Fiat Punto over there for 400€ for few days!

Cons: There is no desk service at the airport. You have to find a place (hard) where their shuttle bus will take you to their HQ. You walk with all suitcases in hot hot weather and then you wait in hot hot, etc....

Biggest problem for me was having to pay an extra €30 even though I was already in Portugal (l live here) and the rental car company was not in the airport perimeter.
