We had a choice of vehicle the car was immaculate almost brand.The colleague assisted me to finding my onwards destination using google maps and speaking with the rental villa agent to confirm my destination which gave me confidence and reassurance that I knew where I was going. No hard sell to buy additional cover that I sometimes experience. Great drop off experience inc a lift back to my airport hotel. Superb expierence I can highly recommend.

However, I took photo on the day of pick up and also showed that there was no damage to the door indicated on form so clearly a mistake by them which they accepted.

After driving out, in the dark and rain, it became apparent that the car had been standing in the lot, the sun for many months/years, had not been adequately prepared and, in my opinion was unsafe. No water in the windscreen wash. Inside of the screen thickly coated in film from dashboard vapour condensation. Visibility was inadequate. Tyre pressures were very low.

They give us a Seat 2018, well nice. but this time with no back to hide the car trunk. We had to discuss a lot and talk to 2 employee to have a other one, with all the parts expected on a normal car. (they were saying they dont have more cars ) . well finaly, we got a opel astra, nothing wow, nothing bad. What we were at minimum expecting.

Pros: Price: Rent for 10 days in Portugal -£130 (VW Polo). I have done nearly 700 km and paid 60,60€ for patrol. Taxi fare From Faro airport to Lagos: £75 one way (78 km distance). Other family paid first 75€ for taxi to Lagos and then rented a Fiat Punto over there for 400€ for few days!
