Everything went smoothly in the office, everything was explained to me in detail. The employee even told me that I didn't need a Toll box or pay tolls for my trip around the Algarve, because from 2026 everything can be driven on toll-free roads without any problems. However, I took photo on the day of pick up and also showed that there was no damage to the door indicated on form so clearly a mistake by them which they accepted.

They give us a Seat 2018, well nice. but this time with no back to hide the car trunk. We had to discuss a lot and talk to 2 employee to have a other one, with all the parts expected on a normal car.
