Cons: Reliant cars demanded I pay for extra insurance, when I have my own car insurance. They said it’s the law I do this since my policy doesn’t have $300,000 liability. I rent cars 5+ times a year and have never had to pay for extra insurance. When I asked where it stated this, they couldn’t produce it. Just kept stating it’s a law. Showed him the rental statement where it said it was optional, refused to allow me to not pay for extra insurance. Ended up renting from a different company.

At the counter straight from the airport, 15 min away via shuttle, you have NO CHOICE but to do it. I want my additional $35/day refunded!!! BS!!!!!!

I am now seeing I’m charged again another $50 to return the car. And when we went to return the car the office was locked and a non English speaking person took us to the airport in the actual car we had rented. Cons: So when I signed up for this car online, I was led to believe that my own insurance would cover it. When I got there, with my parents in their 80s and my daughter crying in the airport needing a ride, I was forced to pay an extra $400 for insurance that I was not planning on. I was livid and my only other option was to cancel it and spent two more hours trying to rent another car which my parents definitely could NOT handle. I would really like some money refunded on the $477 insurance!

Then when the paperwork has the wrong price and you bring it up, the message is that "the owner doesn't give refunds". Stick to a better known place in the airport.

I received an email with highlighted terms and conditions page that the reservation can be cancelled if we are late. I wasn't able to rent a different vehicle, they were all sold out. So, I paid $77.40 for nothing!! I received nothing in return. What a racket!! I deserve a refund!

No other car rental company has ever required that from me (because other companies don't have ridiculous requirements). Will never use again.

We paid almost the same price for a car that had a lot of issues and wasn’t even clean when we picked it up because what they do they asked you to have a minimum of 300k cover per accident if not they charge you $29 a day for their insurance.
