I asked if they could help me with a vehicle and they stated no and hung up on me. Terrible company. Reported to the better business bureau about how bad they are.

Safety is very important I had called prior to arrival Sunday to confirm there would be a car seat for my child and also chat service before. So I would have a peace of mind. Pros: The car was old with no android auto, Apple car play, navigation, etc. The wind shield glass was so bad that it feels like prescribes glass kind of blurry vision, difficulty reading road signs, gave lot of strain on eyes during long drives. Customer should not be informed about insurance requirement in Florida at the time of booking. Because of this I end up paying 2.5 times more money than booking amount.

I had to pay more than expected because discovercars did not clarify what expenses and fees I would need to pay. The shuttle driver on my way to and from the airport drove like a maniac. They lied to get you in the door (which was a 45 minute wait for a shuttle and then a 20 minute ride with no air in the summer heat of Orlando) and then told you you have to pay $384 in addition to the price of the rental ($135 for 5 days) because the insurance isn't enough... To which I researched and the insurance they require does NOT exist in the United States. I also think their 'ins' they say covers isn't real either, I think it's just to get more money from people.

Pros: I surfed I scam at Seven Auto Rent & Sale, I rented a car for a price and arriving there he charged more than $300 for a insurance plus some tax( recovery fee Orlando, vehicle license fee and solid waste). When I returned the car the guy said that I’ve done some scratch on the car and changed me plus $250 without showing me the quote for that, and the insurance that I’ve paid($323) didn’t cover that because was for damages above $5000. Basically you pay for an insurance that you can’t use!!

Cons: The office is behind another rental company called NEXT. I had to enter the NEXT shuttles at the airport so it seemed to make sense I had to go into the NEXT building. I waited 1.3 hours in line (NEXT only has one person working and every customer had some sort of major conlmplaint or issue). When it was finally my turn..I was told I'm in the wrong building. Discover Cars should have a sign and also make it more clear you have to go in the back. I wasn't the only customer that had this issue

She didnt like questions regarding the conditions of the car and what had been documented. I wouldnt deal with her again even if it were free. When I asked why the car AC wasnt cooling I was told it was normal, if I want they could put me in a smaller car which was NOT what I paid for. I guess, You get what you pay for!

Cons: Their liability requirements of 300/300/300 are ridiculous, 100/300/100 is the norm. The policy must be in place 15 days before the rental so I couldn’t call and increase my limit. Most companies don’t offer those limits. Next available is 250/500/250, which still wouldn’t be acceptable.

Cons: Was charged $550 more than originally thought I would have to pay when picking up. Then dropping off they found a tiny chip, about an 1/8 of an inch, in the windshield and charged me another $550, which could have been fixed and filled for free. It was so small it could have been there before but wouldn't have noticed. When they gave me the car, they didn't go over anything. Just handed me the key to a running car. The desk attendant barely spoke English and needed to translate using his phone.

They never sent me any notice that I needed $300,000 property damage. Also I tried to research the requirements needed from this rental company ahead of time and there was no mention of $300,000 property damage car insurance needed for renting a car. I couldn't be more dissatisfied with Seven Auto and recommend Discover.com remove them.

On a 10 day rental the access charges are $300. Waiting for refund of deposit that was stated to be 100% refundable.

A second car seat was brought out, but it did not have all of the pieces and could not be installed. Finally, the third car seat that was brought out was sufficient. Additionally, the representatives gave me the car seats and walked away, leaving me to install them without ensuring that I had everything I needed.

Pros: I admit I was skeptical at being able to rent a TOYOTA COROLLA for such a low rate. I reviewed the company and customer comments and took a chance. It was a seemless process and great car! The Mercedes I drove had less than 6,000 miles on it. It was a base model, but TOYOTA COROLLA has a lot of great features on their base models so I'm not complaining. The staff was extremely professional and polite. I would use them again.

Their response was not immediate (5-10 minutes before getting a reply) so that was frustrating!

My insurance didn't have that much coverage. Also, they had a policy over not going over 50 miles a day. Also, if you didn't take their $10 a day fee to be able to use their EZpass, then if you went thru a toll by accident, they would charge you a penalty of $25 plus the toll! It's a crime!!!

When we returned the vehicle, with our toll receipts in hand we were met with confrontation and was going to be charged the toll fee plus a surcharge ($25 each) because we used the tolls. We did agree to pay only one.

I also have Progressive for my RV, but they wouldn’t take that either because I didn’t have $300,000 property coverage. Also watch out for the toll transponder scam. They wanted $10/day just to use the transponder plus the cost of tolls or $15/day to cover tolls. Without paying the transponder fee, there’s a $25 fine.

I told Discover Cars about my experience to which they said the company said “we were late for our car, so the company gave it away,” even though we landed early and were within business hours. I sent screenshots of everything to receive a refund and have been ghosted by Discover Cars. I would never use Seven Auto or Discover cars.

Rented 2 cars advertised at $133/week--cost well over a thousand after their add-ons.
