Pros: I will say the driver who took us to the rental office was very nice. But when things were wrong had to wait 45 minutes to get back to airport
Cons: Can’t really answer car conditions,car cleanness, time spent dropping off car. I wasn’t able to get car.
Pros: The car inside was overall clean and in good condition.
Cons: The service was slow to pick up the car, we had a surprise when picking it up (almost double the price advertised because of the third party insurance!!). The windows were too tinted and we couldn't see at night and also the wipers kept the window so dirty it was difficult to drive.

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Prepaid tolls are available for 14.99 USD per day.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 10.99 USD per day.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 25.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
