Cons: Nothing is good with NextCar. The agent who gave the car was showing attitude and no response at all. It took almost 1 hour to get the keys. Car is not yet all in good condition. Strongly not recommended NextCar even the prices tempting you.

Cons: the front desk agent wasn't fair. they require car insurance coverage that almost no one has, and when I got to the counter i asked the agent if I could call my ins co to make the changes they require and he said ok. After 20 minutes, I was able to prove through the insurance declaration page that I did make the changes they require. he wouldn't accept it he said because I didn't have the coverage when i came in the door. he wanted to charge me $100 more for the rental but when i got u

Cons: What a joke of a rental company they are. They advertise low rates, then when you go to pick up the car. They tell me I need to have a minimum 300 k liability insurance. I have State Farm and covered for 100/300 k. They told me it was insufficient and would not rent to me unless I bought their insurance at $26 a day. The rep was very rude and unprofessional. Said to me you want the car or not. Highly do not renting from this company.

Cons: The insurance I had to add even though I have car insurance and credit card car rental insurance, the worker was taking pictures of my id and credit card with her personal cell phone and then called someone and was whispering to then while still doing all my stuff, it took nearly 2 hours to get my car and they only allow one person per party inside while the others sit outside in the blaring hot weather.
