Cons: Its a scam, additional charges were tacked on and wasn't on time and didnt have the requested car seat on time or safely installed.

Pros: Not much. We waited for over an hour for someone to come pick us up, it would’ve been longer if another rental company’s driver called Yours to tell them we were still waiting. Car was 6 years old and worn. Windshield wipers were old and worn.

Cons: Booking the car required the payment. The price was good but when picking up the car the company only accepted 4 insurance companies, and ours wasn’t one of them, so we had to paid an extra $300 for insurance to rent the car

Cons: Terrible service, couldn’t get in touch with anyone, guy late to the office, charged ridiculous fees over the cost of rental, felt very criminal and no support from discover cars. Car was terrible condition, dents and rust and stained inside. Hub cabs barely fitting the worn tires.

Cons: I was booked for a car that did not exist. When I asked for a refund, it took over 48 hours to get a response. When I finally did get a response, it included a lie as to why the car did not exist.

Cons: This was more of a bait and switch. They canceled my reservations when I refused to pay $390 for $300,000 in insurance for 4 days. On top of that, they tried to give me a car with structural damage. It was more like a true rent-a-wreck.

Pros: Please do not rent from this supplier. The amount of money in the agreement is not the amount you are paying. Also money that they charge for the deposit won’t be returned. It’s been 3 weeks since I rented from them and they promised to refund the deposit back however the money has not been returned and now they don’t answer my calls and texts.

Pros: The agents that process the return when I brought it back were great.

Cons: Took 40 minutes to get from the airport pickup to the rental location. Doors were locked, so I had to get find someone to help. Added extra Insurance and Toll fees and I had no option to decline them. Felt deceived and tricked as did the 3 other customers that were in line before me. Also, was booked under Yours Car Rentals, was contacted by Seven Auto for pickup instruction, and the receipt came from Stark One. This seems like a scam shell company structure.

Cons: They did not accept our personal auto insurance or payment we used to reserve the car. When I said we wanted to cancel said there was no charge HOWEVER the initial charge of $120 is still on my credit card and do not want to create it back.
