Pick-up instructions
Once you have arrived at the Orlando International Airport, proceed to baggage pick up area.
After you have collected your luggage, please call 001 4 078 568 866 for a shuttle to the rental location which is only a few minutes away from the terminal.
Carls Van Rental shuttle will pick you up from Level 1 (Ground Transportation) which is 1 level below baggage.
Shuttle does pick up from both A-side and B-side of the airport. Shuttle will pick up in spots A-11 through A-13 and B-11 through B-13 of the airport.
Shuttle is a black Mercedes Sprinter and displays Carls Van Rentals on both the front of the vehicle and side of the vehicle.

Pros: The vehicle we received was immaculate! We kept wondering if it was a brand new van that we rented. Will definitely rent from Carl's again!
Cons: A little more clarity on returning the vehicle. We were a little worried and concerned when I returned the vehicle and I thought I did something wrong. It was all good in the end.

Pros: Very friendly. Easy to get a hold of. There was an issue that was handled promptly.
Cons: As soon as I got in the car the tire pressure was low. Windshield wipers were bad. And the car had a live cockroach running around the back. 😱 The tires were likely low due to sitting/non use..as after I filled them with air there were no issues after that...but I can’t believe they would hand off a vehicle like that. Windshield wipers were so bad I had no visibility with a long lasting downpour on 75. Very dangerous. I mentioned these things at drop off - hope they fix before next customer.
