Pros: High priced Car insurance trap

Pros: Rented a Toyota Corolla, was staying in mederia beach, 120 miles away, started raining near mederia beach, car was all over the road, hydroplaning, scarry, upon inspection the front left tire was so bald the wire was showing, called Company was told to return the car, but I am 120 miles away! Parked the car an did not use for 2 days, then took 4 hrs to drive back, woman at counter came out an looked at tire, said she would give me another car, damn right!!! Told her I was unable to use car,

Cons: Scam company do not fall for it!!! Check real reviews!! Not the fake ones you will be glad you did

Pros: Excellent service and friendly staff

Cons: This was a nightmare. Hundreds of dollars added on when we go to the car place, unclear on insurance coverage they forced people to purchase, offsite facilities. We ended up eating the cost of the rental just to get out without losing more money. Run away!

Pros: We paid deposits on 2 different cars, 1 under my name, 1 under my spouse’s name). However, when we arrived, OC car rentals only gave us 1 car, saying we’d need to pay additional for an upgrade for the 2nd one. Also, the 1st rental car price, with fees for using our own insurance and other charges, ended up being about double of the rate they showed online. They also required $200 incidentals down payment, which we did not damage card, however we have not seen a reimbursement.

Cons: AddCar and OC Car Rental are the same business. I got my car from OC and they are unscrupulous. They change an additional $10/day just to use my own insurance even though it met their criteria. Then when I told them the transponder from my state works in Florida, they told me that I would be charged for tolls any way from the transponder in the car and added their fees on top of that. They advertise low fees but then hit you up for fees that you would not expect from a reputable firm.

Pros: I like that their vehicles are brand new 2023

Cons: Extra fees because we couldn’t use our own EZPass, and they would not honor our own car insurance. One tire was almost bald.

Cons: Came to a completely empty building. Waited 30 min with toddler and infant on hands for a representative, who told us he had an “emergency” and drove away to the airport for another 30 min. I hope that our money will be promptly returned for the car that we never got.

Cons: Horribly long time spent picking up the car. Never got my deposit back. Terrible customer service - no phone number to call(given number only good for calling for the shuttle service) and no response to emails. Had to use a credit card challenge to try to get my deposit back(still in progress).

Pros: I am not convinced that I received the best value in terms of overall charge. Website was confusing and gave the impression of a lower overall charge. Having said that, service was superior. I especially appreciated the return/shuttle to the airport. The attendant realized that my mother (with whom I was traveling) had some physical challenges and went out of her way to make the shuttle to the airport as easy as possible. I really appreciated that.

Cons: Location of airport pick up was confusing and not easily explained to me. I did not realize that the premises was not actually at the airport.

Cons: I'm honestly still not sure this service exists. I took a cab from the airport to the given address and either the place was closed or doesn't exist or doesn't have clearly marked signs. That was $30 wasted in addition to the deposit I made on the car. I emailed the company earlier in the day as my flight was delayed, but honestly, what car company AT the airport doesn't stay open? At least until midnight? Or answer their phone? Or have hours posted on their answering service? Nightmare.

Cons: Service was good. Biggest issue is the amount of money that I had to pay when I picked the car up. I never had this issue at any other car rental places. I have been to Florida numerous times. We went with this company because of the discount price they offered then when we picked up the car I paid $200 more than what I agreed to and paid at the time of my reservation. I feel as if I got taken because they already had me at the car rental place so what was I going to do.

Cons: Attitude of agent was poor; when I told her that the charge was 3 x's higher because she did not except my insurance (which I was not told upfront or never happened ever before) and in addition an undisclosed cost not original quoted her reply was you do not have to take the car. Really? I was traveling alone and now since all the waiting time it was dark and I was on the side of what looked like an expressway in a trailer! She did not care, I had no choice I had to take the car and pay upfront

Cons: They are total liars, jack up the rates when you get to the rental counter, which is not even at the airport. We had to take an uber back to the airport and rent from a respectable company. Laughed in our face when we showed them our reservation price. Horrific experience all around.

Cons: I took a very long to get picked up by the shuttle and brought to the car rental place. I was told at booking that the price would be $107 but when we went to actually pick up the car, it ended up being closer to $326 in mysterious additional charges that the agent couldn't even explain clearly. There was another couple sitting in the waiting room when we arrived and they were very angry and described having the exact same experience. Very shady and would not recommend.

Cons: There are so many fees and insurances limitations that I ended up paying much more money than I had anticipated. And they say pick up location as Orlando airport which certainly is not the case. Overall not at all happy!

Cons: didn't open till 830 am. their response to my 7 am flight. Drop the car off a day early and have my hotel drive us to the airport. I wasn't staying in Orlando or at a hotel.

Cons: The price was different than advertised.. the people literally copied my credit card onto a piece of paper and kept it out in plain site. I saw someone else’s card info just sitting there too. License too! This is how identify theft happens. There were beer cans in the car!!! Are you kidding me? What if I got pulled over and the cops didn’t believe me?? The car engine service light was on. Wtf?? The people spoke very to little English. I will be leaving bad reviews everywhere.
