Pros: After a VERY long wait, they did not have the car I had reserved and paid for, but instead offered me 2 smaller cars (for twice the price initially quoted).

Pros: The great communication! Even though we had reserved a car, none was available when we arrived. However, the supervisor was absolutely amazing. She was up-front and honest and kept us informed. She made it worth the wait!

Cons: Car had many stains and a chip in the windshield which could be dangerous. The rental agent was very pushy with ad ons. I did not need a Sunpass that he kept insisting I did. My homeowners insurance covers rental cars. I usually show my wallet card they record the policy number and it is good to go. He demanded proof of my coverage which I printed out and had after reading previous reviews. I have never had to do this before. It is a low budget operation who I would not rent from again.

Pros: Derrick at Easirent wasted 2.5 hours of my time because he is not S competent at his job as he should be. I had shown him my insurance information as well as my credit card and he still wanted me to pay for collision insurance with Easirent for everyday I was renting the car. Between me trying to solve this issue that should’ve never been an issue, Derrick wasted so much time with my family of elderly parents and young daughter waited at the airport in worry.

Cons: Derrick said I needed to pay for collision for everyday I was renting the car even though my credit card had collision coverage and my own insurance also had collision insurance that would kick in the following day (though this change I made wasn’t even necessary given my credit card had this already). Basically Derrick tired to oversell and was focused more on being a salesman that he didn’t care that he was being a terrible human.

Insurance $140 was more than the car rental itself. my wife luckily had her declaration pages. more transparency of this would have saved 20min. carseat $105. luckily we know this charge and we brought our own. that would have been $300 in charges over the car rental. for that i could have just rented Hertz on site

Car was only surface cleaned, if you opened up pockets or went through it thoroughly you could see it was pretty dirty still. Rental facility was very dirty and not well maintained. The two gentlemen who drove our shuttle to and from the airport were horribly aggressive drivers who could easily have caused accidents multiple times.

When I said this, he as much as told me I didn't know what I was talking about and that I couldn't drive on the Florida highways without paying some type of toll without actually calling me a liar. We travelled between various theme parks and to the ocean without paying ANY tolls. Please let customers know there ARE ways to avoid tolls and don't pressure them

Pros: When you arrive at the Easirent facility the lobby is dirty. While waiting to pick see an agent they were experiencing delays due to a internet outage and had their employees using their wifi Hotspot. When we got to the counter the car we'd requested was not available and the comparable was smaller then we needed. The agent gave us a rental with undercarriage damage and looked to have been in a wreck. When we turned the car on it had several warning about sensors.

Cons: The rep we received the car from lied to us about the toll saying Florida doesn't have cash payment lanes to get us to buy the surpass. This was patently false as there is a cash booth not a 1/4 mile down the road from easirent.

Cons: My cost was doubled and unexpected. I would have brought my insurance with me if it was clearly defined when I reserved. I was told if I didn’t have a sun pass at 29.99 per day that I would get a $25.00 fine. It was never explained that I could go thru the cash only lane for the few times that I went thru. I asked if I could bring my insurance info the next day but was told no. I then said I would only rent for one day instead of a week and was told that I would be charged for the entire week .

Upon arrival to Easirent (which is not on site at MCO, we knew this though), our total due was $410 even after declaring our credit card company covers insurance, etc. Insane fees and aggressive suggestions to jack up the price of the rental. The facility was disgusting, most of the staff were friendly though. Just please avoid this place, there’s no way you will save money here.

This time they where not renting me the car using my Statefarm insurance, which they did the last time with the exact same insurance information.

Cons: The depot for collection was utterly disgusting with filthy floor, broken chairs and rude, unhelpful customer service. We waited for 1.5 hours after a ridiculous waiting system of having to write your name on a list. It was very late by the time we finally got the car - about 11pm. We were then told we needed additional insurance, a daily fee for tolls and I don’t know what else - the bill came to over 950 dollars when the discovery cars quoted price had been around 550.

Told me they wouldn't let me have the car if I didn't take their collision damage. Then they also bullied me into buying the auto toll, even though I said I would pay at tolls and I was told I couldn't do that anymore. I didn't know any better so paid it. Then found as I came to first toll, the man lied to me. They took 250 dollar refundable deposit which I still haven't received.

Cons: Upon collection of the car, I had to wait an hour and half for service. I was only two minutes away when the low tyre pressure light came on. As it was thunder and lightning, we decided to keep going and head to the hotel. During our journey the steering wheel was shaking and an oil light came on too. Upon arrival I checked the tyres and found the two front ones to be bald. Car was exchanged next day, but had to take it back rather than them deliver. Other car was roadworthy but dirty inside.

Cons: The car was filthy, tires were bald and unsafe, hood latch was broken and the service reminder light was on. windshield wipers were shot! I had to spend the time taking the car into a Toyota dealership to service the car just so I felt somewhat safe driving in the Florida rain. The check in process was awful, with agent forcing upscale of more insurance and toll fee coverage. You need to vet the companies you're sending customers to.

Cons: Pressured to purchase additional insurance cover. Used scare tactics saying the current SLI cover did not cover me properly. Then insisted I sign a form claiming I had refused SLI insurance for my rental period. I stated I would not sign as I had SLI insurance sa stated on my voucher. Took 1 hr refusing to sign any form or pay additional cover before the agent allowed us to take the car. Bad experience collecting the car. Good experience returning due to Jose’s professional approach

Cons: Condition of the car was not cleaned outside or in and there was a smell that required a freshener to be used. They didn't seem to be aware of the excess insurance I'd paid in advance and wanted me to buy extra insurance, eventually asking me just to sign a waiver. Also the charges for toll fees were excessive at $10 per day, making out that we'd need toll coverage continuously even though we used the tolls maybe four or five times the whole trip. No GPS in the car. Would not use again.

Cons: The car I rented from was easirent.com that was found on your site. I would not utilize your site that has them for a referral. Terrible customer service at the rental company. Limited signage on what to do upon arrival at rental. Upon return it took me half an hour to turn in my keys. Customer service was taking care of renters, but no one available to check my return. Car was dented, not washed and I had to put a full bottle of washer fluid in car.

Pros: attendants were very pleasant and courteous upon arrival and departure to pick up vehicle.

Cons: tire pressure sensor was illuminated during entire time of rental usage.

Cons: They pressured me to take out further insurance (I'd already topped up my insurance) when picking up the car and wouldn't let me take it without. They then refused to give me a physical proof of satisfactory return when I dropped it off (it was certified fine; I returned it full of gas and in perfect condition). They said it would be emailed; nothing has been emailed. It all made me feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Pros: The guy on the desk apologised about the long wait time to pick up the car and offered us a complementary upgrade to a slightly larger vehicle to compensate for the inconvenience caused. When we arrived at the airport, the shuttle bus was waiting for us to take us to the Easirent desk.

Cons: When we arrived at the Easirent desk, we were told the computer systems were down and had to wait in a very crowded waiting room for nearly 2 hours. Even though we had checked in online ahead of our arrival, this was dismissed as they still needed the computer systems and so paperwork for each customer had to be completed manually. However the car given did not come with a built in sat nav even though it was a newish car as the software had not been downloaded & it also stunk of cigarettes.

Pros: When dropping off a friendly and informative staff. Shuttle bus service very good

Cons: Shuttle bus long wait, nearly 1 hour. On arrival only tried to sell full coverage. I declined and made it clear I required no extra charges. Response was to state that deposit would take 30 days to reimberse because not full coverage. Stated I had $900 still to pay according to their records despite $0 paid in advance on your paperwork. Easirent had to contact main office to confirm $0 to pay. Tried to add 'toll' charges giving incorrect information on toll cash payments instead of prepaid.

Cons: They attempted to offer a car of a lower specification than the one reserved which had a drivers seat that could be moved due to a fault. They were forced to provide me with a car that matched the specification I had reserved. They attempted to scare people in to paying for the E-Z toll pass at $12 per day + taxes. They suggested that many toll booths are unmanned with no other means to pay. We travelled to Sebastian and had day trips where we only encountered toll roads around Orlando.

Also, the gas was a quarter of a tank which in a way is fraudulent. Contract says full to full. Overall, it was a poor experience.
