Zezgo at Orlando Airport

Cons: I received a Rogue instead of Jeep Compass I booked. The car remote had low battery plus there was no washer fluid in the car. They charged me for insurance where I already had credit card insurance. This is insane.

Pros: They provided a very good car. Car was perfect! Clean and running so smoothly!

Cons: I didn’t like how the staff didn’t give us much information and discussion on the options of the insurances and toll passes. We left there questioning a few things. And they just left the car running leaving us to guess which car was ours. No walk around, no one around to ask questions about the car. Staff very relaxed about the place’

Cons: I declined all the insurance coverage as my insurance company provided full coverage. The agent was not willing to accept anything abd forced me to buy insurance with additional amount. I booked the rental car through your website that started no hidden charges or fees but that was not the case. I feel your website have false information.

Cons: They gave me a car with a tire with a leak in it. This was really annoying as I had to fill it up every couple of days. In addition, they would not rent the vehicle to me if I did not buy the basic insurance. This increased the cost of the rental by $120. I’ve never had to buy rental insurance before in any state I have driven in as my Canadian insurance and credit card imsurance covers it. Ill never rent from them again

Cons: I was totally put off by the fact that I called them to pick us up at the airport, we were tired and just wanted to get to our resort. They asked questions about my credit card, which was on file, since I put a deposit down. They kept asking me for the numbers. I finally got angry and called Discover cars. With in 5 minutes a very nice man came and picked us up.

Cons: I wanted to make changes to my trip and fly home earlier out of Miami, but even though Zezgo has an office at Miami, I was required to return it to Orlando. I'll stick with more established brands in the future that allow this flexibility. Also had a flat tire and could not install spare tire because there was no jack or lug wrench.

Pros: Zezgo tried to scam me and add 250 more dollars of extra fees for the car rental. The costumer service person also failed to answer my questions as to why the fees were being added. They proceeded to say there was nothing else he could do. I still have not received my refund through discovercars for the 41 dollar deposit and will be opening a case with my bank.

The price is cheap even with the upgraded high end vehicle, which also helped us out a lot when navigating throughout our stay in Orlando. I saw a rep there brow beat a lady into paying $217.45 for their "extras." The rep just kept brow beating her into paying. Then when I got up the counter this guy started to do the same thing with me. I kept turning him down. So after he realized he wasnt going to get over on me, he refused to rent me a car.

Cons: They charged me $100 over the price i ordered it for. I was involved in an accident. There was no one to contact or speak to after the accident for guidence. Someone rear-ended me and they would not exchange it unless i orderd a new car which would be a higher price. They then proceeded to charge me $2000 for repairs even though the accident was not my fault. The also sent me on my way in the same car with no back bumper and told me keep the accident report if i got pulled over. Poor management.

The agent told me that I had to add on the easy pass service because of COVID-19 the pay lanes was not open which cost me and additional 47.00 on top of a $250.00 deposit hold.
