AZ Car Rental at Orlando Airport

Pros: The car was definitely in an accident with the bonnet not sitting right and the body of the car separated from the windscreen. There was a rattle from the wheels. The car shuddered at higher speeds. There were scratches and dents all over. The manager told me ther was nothing wrong with the car because you could not hear the rattle with the windows up. Then the engine made a strange noise so he switched the engine off. He refused to swap the car so I felt unsafe in a car that was not roadworthy

Cons: I tried to swap the car because it had many issues and the manager treated me with disdain and played me for a fool. Their communication is ver poor and there are heaps of hidden fees. They make you pay parking fees to collect the car and to drop it back at the airport. If you drop it to the office they make you pay for a shuttle ride to the airport.

Pros: No car service , they never had the car for delivery.

Pros: Just awful experience, old high mileage cars

Cons: Dealing with them over text and having to transfer money

Cons: Poor responsiveness prior to the rental day. Day of rental - they sent us to pick up from a remote parking space. After 30 minutes past 12am of us looking for the car, we found it in a different lot!!! no one was available to answer the phone. The driver took the parking ticket with him so we had to pay for the lot parking and wait for the lot agent 30 minutes to clear this mess. The car was not clean and under the seats we found bottles of drink. the doors were scratched.

Pros: The staff were nice, the service was completely online.

Cons: -There was no shuttle to the car, and I was left in the hot weather waiting for almost 2 hrs, It took them ages to respond to my calls and finally, they responded. -They left the car in the parking area of the airport and asked me to pay for it, they asked me to return the car to the same parking and they overcharged me (24-hour parking) -Too much deposit compared to the quality provided (they charged almost the price of the car with that condition )

Cons: The stress waiting at the airport for 2 hours with 5 of my family waiting for a car. Then been over charged bye over 200 dollars.

Pros: Nothing worst company I have ever dealt with we have been charged hundreds of pounds over what was agreed.

Cons: Everything, car was battered stereo didn’t work part of the under bumper was hanging off. We had to wait an hour in the heat for the car we were told we couldn’t pay the toll charges any other way than through their plan which was $15 a day we only went through tolls on 3 days. We were threatened over messages about leaving a bad review. Disgusting company.

Cons: No car seat on arrival! The window tint was scratched off making it impossible to use the mirrors we had to the car back in the morning to have it removed! The car was parked in the west car park and it too nearly 1hour for the bus to collect us to take us to the car, we wasn’t told about having to pay for the car park normally it would be part of the fee. Car wasn’t clean! But was a comfortable drive. The “tag” was expired oct 23 we kept getting pulled over in Orlando and Miami!

Cons: Having to depend on the shuttle service

Cons: if I have a problem... you're not able to help at the moment, I think you guys should be able to give the hold on the credit card the same day. thank you

Pros: The people were polite.

Cons: The people were extremely inefficient. There was no way to call AZ Car Rental or Discover.com. We were totally dissatisfied and felt unsafe in the vehicle.

Cons: Absolutely horrible service they kept charging money could not speak any English hung up on me when I was asking why the extra charge’s absolutely ridiculous never ever again.

Pros: Genuinely, nothing.

Cons: The lack of sense, organisation, and basic rental vehicle things like it being clean, with fuel, not having warning lights on... basic stuff...

Cons: Didn’t even get my rental car as az rental put it down as a no show due to my flight being delayed past the time of pickup then refused to give me a refund

Pros: Love the way the agent communicated through WhatsApp.

Cons: Everything. The customer service agent was rude and fought me, was hard to understand using speakerphone with a thick accent. Even after I gave photo evidence, the agent kept telling me I was wrong. The vehicle they gave me was not what I ordered, or anywhere near the type/size vehicle I requested.

Pros: It was cheap

Cons: First of all I was not informed in any way what the pick up procedure was, so was left wandering the airport halls Subsequently, neither number provided by AZ cars worked for me. They later said this was due to my international phone number, which is ridiculous for a car rental at an international airport. After getting in contact through DiscoverCars the phonecommunication was nearly unintelligble. Despite solid help and a resolution in the end probably worst car rental service I ever had.

Pros: This company cheated me.I rented two cars with them and the same day they said they sent me an email saying I could only rent one.they don't know the desperation we lived once we arrived at the airport.this company is no good.we didn't choose the car with them.if you want to rent a car at a good price and be treated well go to ACARENT.that company solved our situation.ask for Marcella she is a sweetheart.

We then had to rent from a different company and paid way above the odds. And AZ are still mailing me most days looking for payment but no way for me to reply to them. Honestly the worst car rental experience I have ever had.
