Cons: Lots of hidden charges and trying to rip you off. Inspection of the car pre handover was very incomplete, down to marking the incorrect amount in the fuel tank by quite a bit in their favour.
Cons: They did not want to honor my fully paid reservation and kept referring me back to Discover Cars. After going back and forth they eventually gave me a car but charged me over $300 more on top of what I had already paid in full in advance!

Cons: Check in man rude. He would not accept insurance card because date was cut off. On your list of requirements it doesn't state we need to bring insurance card. You should correct this. He would just look at his phone while we spoke to him. Then he spoke to another agent in a language I didn't understand. Then they went back to English. Terrible customer relations.

Cons: Picked up car, but on leaving the lot it was obvious the car was undriveable and unsafe. As we picked up speed the vibrations increased making it hard to hold the steerin wheel and the thumping road noise increased as we increased speed. We turned around and went back to Green Motion. We were given another car. This also had a wheel vibration, but not as bad. Cons: The customer service team used 'fear tactics' to force us to purchase an Ezee Pass ($174) that we did not need as there were NO TOLLS IN THE DISNEY PARKS AREA. Green Motion should have known this, but instead their advice was many tolls are un-manned & every violation would result in a $25 charge. Having been told this we felt we had no option, but to purchase the Ezee Pass. We did say we were only driving in and around the Disney Parks, but they failed to give us the correct information.
Pros: After having the car four days it would not start while i was out picking up food. I called green motion customer service at least 15 times and left messages before someone answered. They said they would send someone with a new car to switch where i was stuck. 4 1/2 hours later someone finally showed up with a new car for me. I called customer service overall more than 40 times and only spoke to someone once. I left numerous messages and never received a call back with any updates or info.
Cons: The rep dropping off the new car to me seemed to not car at all about my situation. He said it’s not my fault and nothing he could do. Meanwhile i lost just about a whole day with my family in our vacation. They didn’t even apologize or offer anything to make up for the trouble. Horrible company. Get your rental somewhere else!!
Pros: After landing the airport and went to pick up the car at 10:15 pm but the car dealer was closed..called the representative immediately but they told me it’s closed at 10:00 pm , they can’t help. I needed spending two hours to book new car rental..very bad service and their is no where it’s mention to pick the car before 10:00 pmnon any document..I need my deposit back

After awhile they just told me to forget it because they will drop the charges. Then they take me to the airport and almost lose my flight for this.

They cancelled our rental and then told us they couldn't give us a rental as there were no cars available. Seems they were over booked and happy we were late for an excuse

I specifically asked if the toll booths accepted cash, and he told me no, which was incorrect. He told me that if I didn't buy the toll package then I would get a ticket each time I went through the toll plaza.

Cons: We had booked a large suv, Ford Explorer or similar, we had a long wait for the shuttle and when we got to the green motion rental depot, we were told they only had a smaller car for us , we had to get suitcases in to back seat with the children, as the trunk was too small, they told us we had no other option, only the could drop us back to the airport!! After a 9.5 hr flight and a 4 hr drive, we just wanted the car we had booked almost 2 months in advance, they also charged us the same rate ??

I paid $2.75 at the tollbooth same when I returned. Told me I needed to pay an extra $89 for Insurance even though I had my own courage. I get placed on hold after I explain why I'm calling, over a half hour time after time trying to find out why my credit card has been charged an extra $500.00 that I didn't authorize

Reserved a van, received SUV. Back door of SUV not working at all (at 19K miles). Front left turn signal not working. Strong smell of marijuana inside. No other vehicle on site to chose from at time of arrival. Returned next day (wasting 2 hrs in traffic) for swap: no other vehicle, again.

Pros: There was none. The shuttle never came to the airport despite being there on time and calling three times. When I called the next day to get our car - they had none. BUT I ALREADY PAID FOR IT!

The entire rental period was stressful because I took daily videos of the vehicle and paid cash for all tolls because I was worried about being charged for potential charges that I did not incur.

Pros: The staff at Green Motion are friendly and quick. It only took a few minutes to pick up my car and drop off was also quick and easy. The shuttle comes fast and the rates are affordable. I have booked with Green Motion three times now and they are the only car rental company in Orlando I like to rent from.
Pros: Absolutely horrible, booked online for around $237 for a 7 passenger vehicle with a 500 hold, once we got there was told hold would be 150 and I had to pay over 600 dollars. Absolutely crazy! Canceled everything and that to uber to another rental office that took great care of us. Pros: The gentleman helping was extremely polite and patient despite some unreasonable customers.
Cons: There was only one gentleman working the desk, so we ended up waiting about an hour to get our car. The inventory appeared to be messed up, and the car that was available had dirt and stains on the seats. The car was not full on gas and the mileage was off from the inspection sheet.
Cons: They tried to offer me a smaller car than the type I requested. After trying to use compact instead of a sedan and finding it wasn’t a fit for someone who is 6’2” with long legs. They didn’t even offer to take me back to the airport or to another rental agency. I had to make another rental and get an Uber to the new rental agency. What should have been an in and out took me two hours.

Pros: Almost nothing. There was only one counter agent on duty who handled the paperwork, retrieving the car, and performing the initial inspection with the customer. It took over an hour of waiting before we got our turn. When doing the paperwork for our rental we were informed that our insurance card was not acceptable and were forced to purchase the supplemental insurance even though we had sufficient insurance.

The fact I was told I needed a toll pass because going to Disney World and Universal Studios I would have unavoidable tolls both ways and there'd be no option for cash which incur a $25 fine plus the toll. The reality was the only toll we had was to and from the rental car company. Never saw another toll in the 9 days we were there. Back of car was damaged so back up camera didn't work right, tire almost went flat, key fob had low battery

Cons: I waited the longest at the airport for pick up so was first on the shuttle bus, which meant I was last off, therefore people who had walked up at last minute got served first and added an extra hour onto my wait with two very tired children, to pick up our car which I felt was very unfair. Maybe a fairer system could be introduced?

I wrote a email and it took 2 days to hear back and they didn’t care about what took place or that I tried calling for 4 days about the toll pass that I did not want. I believe it was a scam

Cons: When we arrived the front desk agent was less then accommodating. She was very impatient with us. We had never rented with a company who required proof of full coverage to waive insurance which is our fault but the front desk agent told me that I should read things before I sign them. When we got in there was a candy wrapper in the cup holder and dried vomit in the back seat. When I told the lady she said “sorry” but did give us a new car. Very unpleasant experience all together

Pros: The attendants were very nice and apologetic about the long wait. A small discount would have been nice especially since the car they located had no power locks or power windows.

I felt deceived in that I believed the car rental would take place on site at the airport making it easy to drop it back off for our early flight. We had to allow an extra hour for travel to rental site in the opposite direction and then to the airport.

Cons: We were to rent a Camry or, a car similar to the same size as a Camry. We received a Nissan Versa (compact car) with crank windows. A similar car to the Camry would have been an Altima, or at the very least a Sentra.
Cons: On March 23 I arrived with my family at Green Motion Orlando. There were two groups at the counter when we arrived and two additional people in front of me when we walked in at approximately 12:15. Only two registers were open when we arrived. I listened to the woman running the counter immediately in front of me emphatically convince two clients in a row to purchase additional liability insurance with their rental, the second of which lamented the extra cost and how the extra cost would impact

Cons: It took 2 hours to rent the car at 2am. The car caught fire. I was sold unnecessary insurance and LIED right to my face about it being the law. I called USAA and Capital One, both told me that the agent lied.

The agent that checked me in made a mistake which caused them to call me on my last day of vacation and they accused me of trying to steal the POS car they rented me. They tied me up on the phone for 45 min, lied, made false accusations and assumptions without even looking for facts. When I stood my ground and they finally looked up facts they realized they were in the wrong. I got a lame apology.

Also he did not pull the car up for me, help with luggage, or explain the drop off process. Car had a scratch on the front bumper and I had to locate another associate to mark it on my pick up paperwork.

They required documents that I have never been asked for before when renting a car in MULTIPLE different countries.

Cons: The car had not been cleaned. The floor mats were dirty, there was something sticky sprayed over the center console and pieces of food between the seats and on the floor. It made me wonder if the car was also poorly maintained mechanically and could leave me stranded.
Cons: They seem to nickle and dime you once you have the car booked. High mileage vehicle for a rental, had tons of rattles.

This made the total charge nearly DOUBLE what I expected to pay! The airport-based counter rental companies would have been easier AND a better value. Cons: It took forever at the rsv desk. She was nice, but It would save both the company & the client time if they put on their site a place to input their insurance info or copy of the card. I had to call progressive to get my info because I wasn’t aware that was needed until I arrived. This is after a red eye flight, wait time for the shuttle & car pickup issue which then was annoying. The staff were friendly and the place was clean.

No apology nothing... Can sounded broke. Noone would listen to me. Highly dissatisfied.

Cons: Policy was very unclear about the providing insurance (full coverage required) also their cars smelled like weed/smoke and very nasty from inside also the damaged fender car they gave me was very noisy on the highways and I had already reached my destination and it was too late to switch it. Charges for the Toll roads are very very expensive ($50 per toll) what the heck! I had to purchase their toll package which had cost me an extra $90 over the rental price.
Pros: Overall , they seem like a great company, with one exception. They had car the car ready & waiting for me. There was no line and the agent was very patient with me while I called my insurance company's after hours like to try to get the insurance resolved.

The reservation stated that there would be room for 7 bags, but GreenMotion left all seats in place, so we had to transport bags in a seat.
