Pros: easy to rent

Cons: Unfortunately, the car was not clean again when we rented a car, in 2022 it was also not clean inside, it is also a shame that if you order a Tahoe you will get a Nissan Armada. We come from Europe where they don't drive those nice big American cars and even though it was quiet, according to the man behind the counter, you get an (in my opinion) an ugly Japanese car. it is then said, when you say I would like an American car) this also made in America?

Pros: I absolutely did not appreciate the service I received. Budget did not provide the prepaid car rental. We spend 1.5 hours at the counter at 1am. They then tried to rent us another car for almost $800.

Cons: We were treated poorly and was not provided a car. We were told to call DiscoverCars to resolve?!!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
It is possible to purchase prepaid tolls.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Mileage policy
Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for Domestic one way.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP). Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, booking voucher, return flight ticket.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
