Pros: They try to overcharge for everything. Brought $100 to $393. Worst experience ever
Pros: Atrocious as was given an old car with scratches and dings all over it!!
Cons: Charged extra and having trouble still trying to get deposit back from the car rental after 22 days and Discovery not interested in helping you

Cons: Mandatory daily fee for ez-pass / sunpass even if you don’t use this feature for the day.
Pros: The process of agents having to explain why the vehicle deposits are so high and up selling the insurance products so hard leaves a really bad experience.
Cons: Again, lack of transparency and up selling from the original quote. Quote $97.00. Paid $277 that is quite an increase. I am reporting this to the FL attorney general.

Cons: THEY CANCELED MY RESERVATION BECAUSE THEY SAID FOR NO SHOW. I WAS LATE BECAUSE OF OUR FLIGHT WAS DELAYED AND NO ONE SHOWED UP TO PICK ME UP AT THE AIRPORT UNTIL I CALLED.
Pros: Car was clean and drivable. The drop off was fast and simple.
Cons: Additional fees added on that were mandatory.

Cons: Had to bring the car back because it required a service, that took some time out of my holiday.

Cons: I didn’t like the “surprice” insurance requirements. $300,000 in coverage? Two other potential renters walked out when they found out what the actual rental price was. I’ll NEVER rent from Surprice again
Pros: It was relatively quick in and out.
Cons: Sun pass requirement. And don’t make it sound like it’s not an option because if the alternative is to pay a $25 fine per toll then there’s no option.

Cons: I decided to cancel before taking the rental after all fees were included which doubled the cost of the car for the 5 days I wanted to rent. I have full coverage but SurPrice cars requires $300,000 of liability coverage on personal insurance.

Cons: They did not have English speaking Americans there. So if you have a problem, they will not help you as well as an American would. Do yourself a favor and find another car rental company!!
Pros: Terrible, we wasted many hours and had a terrible experience at the beginning of our vacation because of this outfit. Everybody that came into the lobby was upset, frustrated, crying because of this scam.
Cons: They do not disclose that you have to take their liability insurance which basically doubles the cost of the rental. Even though we had our own rental car policy with our car insurance company, this was not acceptable for Next car, again forcing their liability insurance on us. The rentral cars in the lot looked old, rusted, and one person returning thier car said thier rental car stalled on the freeway.
Pros: Unbelievable how you rope people in with a quote then gauge them with stupid requirements that no other rental place requires! And $14 a day for tolls when we only used tolls twice! You people suck! I'm putting it on all social media!
Pros: Nothing. Nothing was to like about this awful company.
Cons: Customer service is the worst. They are the absolute shadiest group of people. They make you get their insurance and toll service no matter what. The price on your contract isn’t even close to the actual price you pay, it will be much much more. They are looking for every excuse to charge you. The shuttles do not run every 20 mins, as stated; they run once an hour. Every single unrelated customer was SCREAMING at them due to their shady business practices.

Pros: You tried to charge us double the agreed upon rate for various fees no other car company charges. So we didn’t get the car. We are still waiting on our refund.
Cons: Customer service was some of the worst I’ve seen we are still waiting on our refund.
Pros: After waiting for a shuttle that never showed up we had to take a taxi to the resort. Extremely poor customer service. I called 2 times prior to our trip to confirm the pickup arrangements. We ended up using 2 Lyft cars for our trips to Disney and they were on time and less expensive than the van rental.
