Cons: Bring the car back full of gas. No problem a station right across the street. Except it is owned by the rental company !!! $5.00 a gallon for regular!! Just another ripoff scheme from this terrible rental company. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Cons: Hidden fees jacked up the price from what I thought I was paying and the $45.72 I paid through DiscoverCars didn't count towards any of the rental.

Cons: Tried to forced me to buy insurance for 150 bucks a day, even though they website stated that they accept my State Farm. The lady said 'Yes, but not today.' When I said I'll call cops they send me a text message canceling the rental.

Pros: I hated the service provided by Rent a Car. Everything was virtual and only one person was working on site and he didn't even speak English or Spanish. It was very stressful and chaotic renting this car through an online virtual person.

Cons: The car seemed like it was going to fall apart and felt very unsafe when driving. I also did not like that the security deposit was $1000. Overall my experience was absolute horrible. Never again. would I rent from this company.

Cons: after they said I paid for the toll services, and that it was unlimited I got a charge of $6. I called and they said ill get a refund, its almost a week and no refund received

Pros: I was very disappointed we showed up to the rental place it was literally a junk yard. They over charged us and did not honor the price that was booked thru this site. Car was dirty and AC did not work.

Cons: Impossible to talk to someone when the AC stopped working. Girl on zoom was not friendly will never book thru here or rent 4 less ever

Cons: Never got the car I paid for. Waited at the airport for 2 hours, was told my car reservation was “cancelled”, the rental company was a scam. Have yet to get a refund. All other rental companies were completely sold out. Missed my plans that were paid for already then had to spend $600 for the last car found after spending 2 hours calling around. Awful experience.

Pros: Absolutely nothing! I rented a car for $62 for 4 days through this site but the car rental facility charged me an additional $265 upon pickup. Fees charged were not mentioned in the contract.

Cons: They charged an additional $10 per day for me providing my own insurance without telling me about the charge. I had rented from them one month prior and received no charge.

Cons: Horrible car- no bluetooth or backup camera on a minivan which is now standard. Too many dents and scratches to count. Air conditioning was broken in 85 degree weather. Car had a strange smell. This was all after they tried to give me an SUV that seats 7 and pass it off as a minivan!

Cons: Impersonable. So many hidden fees. Car was not mechanically sound.

Pros: I was told I had to take E-Toll for $9.99 per day but on the voucher it says it is not mandatory. Also I never had to pay for insurance if I used my own, you charge 19.99 per day that is absurd, I have never had to pay a penny more than the total on my voucher but I ended up paying at least $75 more than was on my voucher. This company is a scam, with a filthy office and the premises looked like something from a third world country, I took pictures and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Cons: I liked the fact that I didn't have to deal with the crook agent on the monitor when I turned in the car.

Cons: scamming people... You're trapped once you get to their location, in the middle of nowhere... take whatever and solve the situation, or get lost .. Because once, you say not agree with terms. Ok, get out of here by walking. They're not taking you back to the airport. Hidden fees every where... overcharged you with nonsense things... So, yes, they're scam company scamming people

Pros: The counter agents and phone help was available and professional. Even though I rented at a location not at the airport, they arranged for me to park the car at the airport, which was a very big help to me. They answered my call after hours to arrange a change in my schedule.

Cons: I was a little concerned about being able to drop off the car and then obtain transport to the airport for an early morning flight when my schedule changed. They did allow me to return the car directly to the airport, but it would have been nice to know that was an option when I picked it up. Not a big deal, but would have saved me a little stress.
