Pros: Good collection and delivery back to the airport and there the recommendation ends

Cons: The company basically defrauded us on arrival and forced us to pay additional payments, Toll rental was quoted as £5.95 and we had to pay £$10.95 per day plus tolls. They also tried for 30 minutes to try to force us to take additional insurance, over and above the additional insurance we took out through you're booking site. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Cons: "Hidden" charges... shouldn't have to dig through agreement to understand additional fees or find out during pick up. Vehicle was not the vehicle that was originally quoted. Shouldn't have to pay toll fees on top of Sunpass activation fee, basically forced to pick an toll option or $50 a toll!

Pros: Nothing. They tried to rip me off so I decided the rental and had them drive me back to the airport and I rented from a legitimate provider.

Cons: Everything. They are a scam and tried to "add" costs on as a money maker.

Cons: I was not expecting to be charged for fees that I had not budgeted for; there was no clear justifications for them. It seemed very arbitrary. I had to pay extra to drop off the car early which made me miss my flight. Will not rent with them again.

Cons: I had to cancel my car rental because the agent wanted me to pay more than double of what I had booked the car for. She was charging me for tolls and insurance because they did not take my insurance. I end up canceling the car and got a car from Budget and I was not required to pay for the tolls and my insurance was not a problem. Please do not rent from this company. The only good thing was that the Shuttle was fast and driver was friendly.

Cons: If there is more clarity on where to go to pick up the car instead of ringing numbers and trying to find out what to do. Pick up was a disaster. Trying to find out how to get a shuttle bus to collect you. To bring you to Horspower was way too long. We waited over 2 hours to get to the car and overall since we arrived in the airport to sitting in our rental car, it took 4 hours. Needs to be ore efficient.

Pros: Nothing. Only help given was providing telephone number of taxi service & confirmation of their office’s address.

Cons: Everything. Unable to contact them by phone. No shuttle provided to take me from airport terminal to car hire office. Unacceptable amount of money charged for new car booking.

Pros: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! The worst car hire experience I've ever had!! Our flight was delayed so we emailed to say we'd be a bit late (also customs took over an hour to get through). They'd said this was fine but when we arrived they charged us $55 for a 'reactivation fee' as we were picking the car up late, what BS!! It was never mentioned and I couldn't find it anywhere in the small print but when I argued the rude woman just said 'take it or leave it'. And then it got worse...

Cons: They tried to sell us the toll packages, the unlimited one worked out to be well over $250, she told us we should take it as it costs $60 in tolls to go to Miami alone. It was late at night and we were exhausted (and travelling with a screaming one year old) so we almost took the package but I suddenly thought to do a quick Google check and found that it was nowhere near that much ($20 to Miami) and also, avoiding the toll roads altogether didn't even add much time onto our journeys.

Cons: They would not accept my UK license cos I have a Florida one. Very bad customer service. Left me stranded with family and no car

Pros: One of the on site employees was fine and was trying to "just do his job" but was clearly caught in the middle when confronted about their policy. And even more so when speaking to the manager.

Cons: Blatant "bait and switch" attempts, attempted violation of and switching the contract after terms and conditions were already settled. Complete money grab and trap. Not worth the headache or litigation and I advise immediate cancellation before it's too late.

Cons: they seem a very small company, their office was in a room in a hotel a good distance from the airport and on drop off had changed location to a unit on an industrial estate. Were told we had to purchase toll road passes at $6 per day which we didn't!!so were told we would be unable to use any toll roads even if we paid cash at the tolls as this would result in a $25 fine per toll. In the past when we've rented cars from the big companies we have been able to use toll roads and pay cash at them.

Cons: I was charged charged $285 when I was suppose to pay $224. When I booked car it said it would be $256 total and it wasn’t. They added a taxes and fees. You should reimburse me the difference. Care hire should not use this company. They are ripping people off

Cons: My flight was delayed and I got a text message 30 minutes before original pickup saying I would be charged if I didn't pick it up in time or I would have to wait until the next day. Flight changes are out of the customers control. It doesn't seem right to charge someone for late pickup. It was also rather sketchy when landing late and it being completely dark to have to walk up a side staircase of a hotel to get to an empty office where people were laying on the couch. I did not feel safe.

Cons: They were unprofessional. I paid extra hidden fees. I also paid extra for them to be early at their office the day of drop off and they never showed up. I kept calling them and they finally picked up the phone and said for me to leave the car at the airport. When I asked about the early fee drop off they said they would waive it but when speaking with the representative afterwards I was told “they don’t do refunds”. They also charged me for “smoking” meanwhile we don’t even smoke. Worst company.

Cons: The car was dirty in and out plus the car had Multiple scratches & dents problems with the car exterior

Cons: They Charged me $36 for after hour fees. My airline was late and I picked up the vehicle 5 minutes after the grace period and they still charged me the fee. I was also miss informed about the Florida Ezpass system, I was pretty much obligated to purchase the $5.99 daily use of the ezpass toll when I could've paid in cash at the tolls and avoided the added charges. I would like to refunded for thw added charges if possible.

Pros: Initially, the price. However, after the added fees, it was the same price as the rental car companies at the airport. Buyer beware, READ THE 3 PAGE AGREEMENT THEY SEND YOU and back out as soon as possible.

Cons: Extra "hidden" fees - these fees are in the 3 page document they send you. Typically, rental car companies send you and/or you sign forms, however, these forms are boarder line like a scam. Basically, they get you to rent from them on Kayak and then hit you with extra fees when you get to their offices.

Pros: I don't know why, but we were told when we got there they don't take USAA insurance. They were trying to get us to buy some of their insurance, which it's not necessary if you are an insured driver in the US. So we were left stranded with no car unless we took very a expensive insurance package. Not a great way to do business. We called Hertz nstead.

Cons: We felt it was deceptive to put down that they only accept certain insurances several pages into the agreement. Not to mention that I don't think it's legal. That insurance also made their price as expensive as all the others

The car rental desk was not at the airport, they wouldn’t answer their phone, and when they finally did they told us it would be an additional 30 minutes before they could pick us up. We had already waitied an 30 minutes so we did not pick up the car. We rented from an actual car rental company and not some scam, that HoresPower Car rental seems to be.

Cons: The worst experience I could have ever imagined. Waited 20 minutes to be picked up Driven off site 15 minutes away at a sketchy hotel. We unloaded our stuff from the van/shuttle, took it inside. We had to leave our stuff in a back staircase and follow the driver upstairs to a back “office”. There was club music underneath, stained carpet. we were led down a back hallway into a room. They doubled the price of the rental with fees. We made them take us back to airport. So Scary!!
