Pros: Was quick at the counter as due to being quick through the gate as checked In online shouldn’t have had to speak to someone should be sent a email what number the car was at so could just pick up without having to speak to someone with the deposit automatically taken from my card once picked the car up

Cons: Interior wasn’t clean and scratches - wasn’t made aware of this at the counter - had to wait in a queue even though sighed in online with all my detials
