Cons: Additional fees and charges once you get to the rental company, they said due to high demand and 'everyone wanting cars' they had to charge more. They also said that depending on the time of the year the fee increases and we were there during a 'peak' time frame so had to pay more. They did not answer their phone but rather had you text them via WhatsApp. The car was extremely basic and way over priced. We booked a Jeep Cherokee and they provided us with a KIA. They only had two cars available.

Pros: It took 20 mins for the shuttle bus to pick us up , then when we got to pick the car up they wanted another $500 to cover the cost of a Toll pass , this was discounted after some arguing they originally wanted $9.99 per day plus tax , even when I told them I gave my own surpass they still insisted that I take theirs , so I cancelled the car got a taxi to our place , and rented one from the airport the next day .

Once we got there they changed the story and all of of sudden neither of our car insurance (State Farm and Progressive) was good enough and he said we would be charged over $300 for their special insurance in order to rent. The main unit did not provide cold air from the center venting and the rear venting for the passengers in the rear seats. Would take up to 20mins before it started functioning. If I turned off the engine, just to get gas, the air conditioning would reset and take another 20 mins before the unit would blow cold air from the center vents. For Florida, it was between 82-91 degrees so Air in the car is a necessity.

Brought me to my hotel instead of the airport upon returning the vehicle. Loved how they sent an email with 80 photos of the vehicle before I left and advised I could take my own photos as well.

Cons: all the add on prices we had to pay just to rent the car were ridicules!!

Cons: They are misleading and you pay over 4x what is expected in the end. I regret not going with a more reputable company. If the company was more honest, maybe they would have return customers. I don’t think scamming their patrons is good business practice. Also, the car I received was overdue for a service and showed -4000+ miles every time I started the car.

Cons: THEY ARE A SCAM AND GOUGE YOU WITH INSURANCE FEES THAT ARE NOT LISTED ANYWHERE UNTIL YOU GET THERE

Pros: The car itself was fine. The first car they gave us had ants all in it. Then they gave a 2nd car which also had ants inside of it. But other than that the car was fine.

Cons: Again even though I brought all documents proving I had my own insurance, and had an insurance company that was approved by Clubs- I either had to purchase a 3rd party liability insurance for $72 per day for 8 days which came up to over $600 or leave. Which site is not on the airport so not much of a choice. It was also to late to cancel.

Cons: This company tricks customers into thinking that they are getting a good deal but if you don’t use one of the insurance companies for your personal car insurance they make you purchase their insurance which is very expensive. Buyer beware!

Cons: As close as you can get to a scam. Super fine print states that they won’t accept insurance unless you have very unrealistic coverage limits then you have to pay for their outrageously priced daily insurance add on (I was insurance agent for 15 years , no one in America meets these insurance limit requirements). So I get stranded either having to figure out how to get to different rental place or pay almost 5x as much as I was quoted originally.

Pros: The car rental was a scam. The customer better read tiny print, there are additional fees added. I called to confirm the price and if they are no additional fees and I found out about additional insurance only when I went to pick up the car. I refused their offer.

Cons: I was quoted $140 by DiscoverCars.com just to find out at pickup that CLUBS Car Rental will make you buy their own overpriced insurance. There is no way to use your own. The rental turned out to be $400 after all said and done. I am not using DiscoverCars.com again.

Cons: Booking # DC-6027161. I didn't pick the car on Saturday 8/26/23. I purchased insurance at the time of booking. Plus I even provided my own auto insurance card and the declaration page to Clubs car rental. They still wanted me to buy their insurance with a liability of $300,000.00, and $35 coverage per day. I want to report that to BBB. I request a full refund of the amount that was charged to my credit card, including insurance that I purchased for the rental. Thank you, Mathieu Georges

Pros: They are totally out to take your money. They were forcing us to accept their insurance policy which would have costed us an extra $300+. They said the only exception was a handful of insurance companies, which we had and had full coverage in. They still found an excuse for that to not be good enough. We ended up eating the original deposit and took an Uber. We had our kids and car seats with us and they did not care! Do not get mixed up with the shady company.

Cons: The agents were not friendly and trying to scam you in anyway possible. They can get a way with it cause their policies are under different countries rules… found that out by reading the fine print in the “terms”

Why can't there simply be a key drop or longer hours, given that there are flights into and out of MCO all day and night? I ended up paying a much higher rate for the rental (3x-4x more) than expected due to the fine print of the contract related to my personal insurance level.

Cons: Read 1st comments - Orlanda airport, homeland security caused delays. We were in arrivals hall by 9:15pm - but your agent told me they closed at 9pm - and it wasn't their problem. This cost me $100 getting a cab. The next morning they would only hold the car till noon (despite telling them on the phone we were on our way). We had to rush tp Club Car rental Orlando. I previously worked for Avis - and would not have allowed the car to go out with Coca-Cola stains on the driver's seat .

Waited almost an hour for them to pick us up even though we were told the shuttle was “en route” and the station is less than 2 miles away. Avoid.

Cons: The fact that we had picked a specific vehicle, and when we arrived for pick-up it was a totally different vehicle.... apparently in fine print somewhere it said "our vehicle" or a similar one. That should of been properly advertised...and what is the point of reserving the vehicle you want if you can't even have it when the time comes???

Pros: I got an upgrade from a corolla to a rav 4 and did not have to pay extra.

Cons: They limit Insurance coverage to a specific number of companies. Which means you are forced to buy insurance coverage from them even if your current insurance covers you for rented vehicles. You have to pay minimum $10 per day for toll fee + actual toll. It is like you have to rent their scanner at $10 per day. You have to call for shuttle pick up from the airport and no one answers your call every time. In other words, they don't have regular shuttle picking up passengers from the airport.

Pros: There was nothing to like about the Clubs Car. They cancelled our reservation for no reason and blamed it on the computer "system". They did give us water as we had come from long trip and were without food and water while waiting for the car pick up.

Cons: The service was very bad. Our reservation was cancelled for no reason and we had to look for new booking which had to do with Priceline. We informed Discovercars.com by email and sent screen shots but no one responded and we were left standing at airport after a long and tiring trip
