Pros: The car was a car and in decent shape.

Cons: That I was being scammed. They also told me that we had to buy a toll tag from them and they said there were no cash booths on the tolls. We saw cash pay spots everywhere we looked on the tolls.
Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 26.62 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each unpaid toll will apply.
Please note, that it is difficult to avoid Toll Roads while driving in Florida State, so it is highly recommended to activate Toll Device offered by the provider in order to avoid violation charges (up to the full amount of security deposit). Note that it is not possible to use personal Toll device or pay on spot.
A return airline ticket and passport must be presented in order to qualify for a rate with unlimited mileage.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, booking voucher, flight information.
Glass and Tyre Cover (GTC), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Personal Effects Coverage (PEC), Roadside Assistance is available for an extra charge.
Additional insurance will reduce the deductible/excess.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following are accepted methods of payment:MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Debit cards.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 90 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
