Pros: They were not there to meet and greet me as advertised. The depot was outside the terminal too and required a shuttle which was not expected as I specifically searched for an “in terminal” service.
Cons: They explained that Discover Cars set the terms and not them. They were perfectly polite but they were double the cost of similar off-terminal services with shuttle services.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
Many highways in mainland Portugal are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
You’ll be charged a service fee of1.85 EUR day up to a maximum of 18.5 EUR rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.
